Staff, and food was great! However, the lack of a/c at this location makes it unbearable to enjoy. Myself and other patrons having to fan themselves with menus to try and stay cool is disappointing and unacceptable. Speaking with staff this has been and on going issue. This shows lack of care for your guests and employees. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I hope the unit is fixed soon or myself and family will not be returning.

I try to avoid chain restaurants. They lack any charm or any real hospitality. But we were in a bind and had no other options. I can say this was not the nicest place or the best food by far but…… the service made up for it. A smile and a laugh go a long way. Our waitress was great and her spice made up for the bland food. I think her name was Katy or Kate. Needless to say probably won’t be returning but if we ever have to I hope we get her again.

If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be back to this Denny's. Our server, Erin, was the highlight of our visit. But it wasn't even the great service we got from her that we were so impressed with. It was how she interacted with other guests. Being so kind and helpful to a young mom who was tidying up after her toddler, a sweet hug to an elderly woman with a genuine caring conversation with her, and even giving high praises to the cook when she brought our food out, and we remarked how beautiful it looked. She made our breakfast a wonderful start to our day! (Food WAS delicious also!)

Myself and my boyfriend went to this restaurant and not only was it clean but the wait staff was extremely attentive, the atmosphere was like home and the food was cooked perfectly. I usually can't eat much because it's usually not cooked right but I'll have to say that I definitely didn't leave hungry and not much was left on the plate. The best of everything! I have to say that James, James and Michael were the greatest! Couldn't ask for a better date. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're anywhere near Geneva.

on a saturday night, i found myself at this handsome little dennys, as i stumbled in from the blistering cold i was greeted by james, the handsome gentleman taking our takeout order, as he offered us deals and hospitality, i couldn’t help but marvel at how clean this place was! you can literally lick up a spilled milkshake and not get any sort of sickness like the average late night breakfast establishment. we were served with a very fast pace, in and out in 20 minutes. james was so grateful to serve us despite our brief time at said establishment, and when i puttered off in my car, i knew i needed to let the world know that james and the geneva dennys team needs a raise, truly classy friends.

We were a large party of 8 EARLY morning I believe 1am, James was our server he was amazing! He was attentive, fast, knowledgeable with all of the questions. We never went without anything! James made sure we were taken care of 100000% we will be back and we will ask for his section if he is working! Thank you James!

My husband and I came up for thunder on the strip and stopped for breakfast one morning. They were short a server and the manager sat and waited on us. I cannot remember his name, but it was by far the best experience dining out all weekend. The manager was amazingly friendly, didn’t rush us, and got our food out in a timely manner. The food was great as well! We were both impressed with how personable and sweet he (the manager) was. Definitely will stop back if we are in the area, and definitely coming back when we come for thunder on the strip next year!!

The most personable staff I’ve ever encountered! Michael our host, reviewed the menus with us and made sure that we were well taken care of by Alyssa, Our server. Alyssa was lovely, attentive and brought our orders promptly. The kitchen staff was spot on, and I couldn’t believe all the food I got for the price. The restaurant itself a spotless. There was some kind of motivational sign on the kitchen door, which said something to the effect of ” Be the staff you want to work with”. They certainly take that to heart and have a winning team.

Ok, it is a Denny's! When you go to Denny's, you expect a certain taste and level of service. Some shine and some suck. This one shined. The food, service, and atmosphere are good. One of the better Denny's I've been to. Excellent wait staff and good portions. The food was well prepared. The fruit bowl was fresh and delicious. I had a veggie omelet which was quite good. The building is showing its age but it's well worth stopping and eating there.

This Denny's was way better than Oneida. They have bigger portions and the customer service was outstanding.

Went with my husband Monday evening (9-23) and our server was terrible. She was rude and scattered and running around and it wasn't very busy. My receipt says her name was Felicita. Food was good, could have been better but its dennys. The lady (who I believe to be the manager) who cashed us out was so nice, she apologized profusely and even gave us a small discount for the poor service. Should have better handicapped parking. Will most likely dine in again. Good portions for the price.

They are always understaffed, they keep downgrading the quality of the food they serve. And it's not clean. The vent in the ceiling in the staff area right by our corner booth was caked with so much dust I was waiting for it to fall in someone's food. Very disappointed. Just keeps going downhill every year

Good food slow service always. Been here multiple place. Last family restaurant in Geneva. Always out of multiple menu items. Waitress was very friendly. They were busy and had lots of dirty tables but I was seated promptly. Restaurant is strangely laid out. Food came quickly. Toast was lightly toasted, tons of margarine and ice cold. Eggs were seriously greasy. Chicken fried steak and gravy saved the meal but overall the food is meh. $15.00 and I'm wishing I had eaten at home.

A typical large chain restaurant. Good sized menu, maybe tilted a litte more toward breakfast than lunch or dinner. Their food is ok, but a little expensive for quality of what you get. I used to eat at this location often years ago with no complaints. However, after today's experience I do not plan on returning. Cleanliness was below par. The floor in the dinning area was greasy and the bathroom was appalling. My chicken was not fully cooked and the other people in my party did not have good things to say about their food. Prices were on the high side. On the plus side there was no wait and the waitress was satisfactory.

There were two other families and it took them 10 minutes to seat us. The food was fairly slow to come out. Our original server only came out twice more the full meal. At the end of the meal when we asked for the bill and a couple of take-home boxes the waiter left and didn't come back! We had to ask one of the other staff to bring it out. Extremely displeased by the service.

We were in the area and looking for some good burgers, when i googled for a place it gave me The burger Den, we arrived and were disappointed that it was a dennys but decided to stay and try the burgers. Our waitress Erin was great, very friendly and very attentive, the burgers were overcooked, soggy bread but not the worst we’ve had, the onion rings were great but you dont get very many, wendys burgers are better and i dont like fast food places but when it comes to a good burger i would definitely choose wendys over here, the mocha ice coffee was really good though and when you sogn up for the dennys rewards you get 20 percent off your order and a free stack of pancakes with your next purchase. The best table was sticky and the menus were really dirty, the staff was friendly and very sweet. Overall experience i would rate at 2 and a half. If they clean the tables and menus, cook the burgers to our liking and add a bit more to the fries and onion rings, i would give it a 4 star.

When I first walked in it didn’t smell clean, second was sat at a dirty booth. The silverware didn’t look clean and the food was ok. I love dennys but this was a different experience.

Our party of 4 were seated within 5 minutes, this was at 5:20pm, we had all made our food choices from the menus given within 10 minutes... We still did not have a greeting, our orders taken, or drinks by 6:00pm, when our waiter finally took the orders, he messed up one of them, to the tune of mistaking beef, for my coworkers chicken request. Other patrons (MR) were extremely loud, and a few had gotten up and were walking around, obviously making other patrons nervous, for over 30 minutes, I'll never be back! Especially with those high prices.

Sat our huge family at a tiny table where there wasn't enough room for everyone to have table space....when there was 2 tables for 8 people being unused (we had a group of 7). When they brought out the food, they kind of just dumped it... didn't ask if we needed anything.... meanwhile my son ordered pancakes and they didn't bring syrup, and by then we needed 5 refills. Finally, they asked if we needed boxes at the end, we said "yes, we need 4". And our waitress just left and never came back. I actually thought maybe she actually left for the night.... but she checked my husband out. The only reason they got 2 stars was the food was good.

Came at noon with my mom and HAD to leave waitress let us know there was only one cook and for the time being he was so backed up they couldn't take any more orders. Said we were free to wait but she wasn't sure if our wait wouldn't be more than an hour. It wasn't that they were out of seating they literally couldn't keep up because they were understaffed. I've been to the Geneva location several times and have always had some sort of issue with the food. The quality has just continued to plummet over the months. It isn't worth the wait time (we waited almost an hour the last time I went with friends) nor the money it costs. The last straw was when I got the new strawberry vanilla crepe breakfast. I don't expect it to look exactly like it does in the photos, but what I received is extremely unacceptable. The eggs were raw, I was afraid to even eat them. The hashbrowns were the only decent thing about the dish. The crepes looked like a blob plated and mashed around and tasted like straight up dough. My girlfriend brought me home some regular pancakes last night from the same location, and those were filled with so much salt I had to put something sweet ontop of them to choke them down. I have not and will not ever visit there or eat their food at this location again.

I would never go to this location ever again. Restaurant was not even so busy, waited 45 minutes to get the order. Server was walking around but didn't take our order for more than 10 minutes. And the order finally got to the table missing items. Had to wait and call receptionist to remind what must come with order as the server sasha didn't bother to come around and notice the items are missing. What a disappointment

Awful food that took over an hour to get to the table. It was served cold and everything was extremely dry except the burger that was dripping grease. Also our group of 6 being called a "herd" was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Waited over an hour for food while tables around us were served, ate and paid in that period of time. Even other customers noticed the delay and commented to the employees about it.

Our waiter addressed us as "another herd coming". Food was absolutely disgusting, six people and every one of us were disgusted. Left over food on the floor under our table. Should have went to McDonald's at least there you know the food is going to be bad.
