Ordered pizza for lunch yesterday. Arrived in twenty minutes and piping hot. The pizza is very good, and the service is excellent whether you pick it up in person or order it. The pizza is excellent, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. One thing I really appreciate is the transparent paper they put on top of the pizza, for example, with the stracchino cheese, which prevents the stracchino from spreading everywhere in the pizza box.

A good takeout pizzeria. The staff is very quick and punctual in preparing the food, despite the high demand, and home delivery is available. Even though the pizza is cooked in an electric oven, it's overall very good. On the downside: slightly high prices and a limited selection (in my opinion).

First of all, I've always had a pretty good experience (that's why I gave it 3 stars despite the ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE review). I ordered pizza at 9:00 PM. I live 3 minutes away from the pizzeria. The pizza arrived at 9:17 PM, so it can happen, so be patient. I sat down to eat; my pizza (gorgonzola and spicy salami) was barely warm, while my partner's (burrata) was freezing cold; the slice couldn't even be folded. I called to report the issue, very politely, and to order another burrata (which I paid for without any problems), but they told me, in these exact words: "It's 9:19 PM anyway, not 9:20 PM (too bad the delivery was supposed to be at 9:00 PM), and if you chose burrata, it's normal for it to be cold." After that, I politely wished them good luck and explained that it would be the last time. With a little education and professionalism it could have been resolved easily... but no... ps so much to learn...

Called on Saturday at 7pm to order pizza at home, unfortunately the delivery was after 9pm, I understand the day, maybe specify the use of advance booking in your link... it could make it easier

The classic pizza, neither good nor bad. Something in between. For me, it was too thin and crispy; I prefer it a little thicker and softer. Another issue for me was that the cold cuts weren't cooked with the pizza, but simply placed on top before placing it in the box. The ingredients are good. The punctuality was excellent, especially considering the number of orders they had.

I had given a positive review a while ago, but recently I changed my mind again. The pizzas were bad and badly cooked. Probably not done properly during transportation; the pizza with vegetables and sausage was upside down. Too bad.

I'm truly sorry. I've been ordering from Portico for over four years. Their pizza is truly excellent, but the service is terrible. We ordered three pizzas. Either due to the girl's confusion or for some other reason, a COMPLETELY different pizza was written than the one we ordered. Upon delivery, when we realized this, I called the pizzeria. They told me the order had the pizza that actually arrived written on it, and therefore nothing could be done. Why would I call and make a fool of myself if the three of us didn't believe what we said on the phone, which was also repeated? Furthermore, when we called, for the second pizza, the girl on the phone got confused and must have had to make some corrections on the order. I wonder: did she rewrite it and, due to the confusion, misspell my pizza? I expected more understanding from a super-loyal customer who always leaves a generous tip for the guys who come to deliver our pizzas. Too bad. Ps: if you check the history there is a wonderful review made from my private account and for obvious reasons I was unable to review from the same one.

We ordered a friarielli pizza and a casertana pizza. On the menu, the first one cost €8 and the second one €9. How come we paid €21? I don't think delivery costs €4.

If I call and ask you how long it will be before I can come for two pizzas and you reply, "Come on, we'll make them for you right away." You can't make me wait half an hour. A pizza, once made, cooks in 3 or 4 minutes, from what I can tell. And they're also rude. It seems like we're doing you a favor by making you a pizza. Plus, I asked for them to be cut.

I'm very sorry to write such a nasty review, especially not because of the pizza, as I've always appreciated it. The review concerns the owner's arrogant rudeness. Kudos to the delivery guys and those who take phone orders. I've been a customer of this pizzeria for a long time. I often order from home and work. Tonight, the owner's attitude was terrible; he forced us to order pizza from another pizzeria. And we ordered 21 pizzas, not just one! If this continues, he'll lose his customers, dear sir! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.
