Zach and his staff are the epitome of professional and courteous. They go out of their way to help their customers and their needs. We all know that the food is top notch but next level customer service is appreciated.

My church youth group came to this store in quite a large group on a Saturday afternoon as we were passing by on our way to a Newsboys concert in Austin. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, prompt, and respectful. I was impressed by the fact that they began serving our food before our group had even finished ordering! Moreover, when one of the kids in our group accidentally spilled his drink, the lady behind the counter smiled the entire time she mopped up the mess the floor - reassuring us that it was no big deal and that they would get it cleaned up for us. Finally, the food was delicious - some of the best Cane's I've ever had. This store is a shining example of a Raising Cane's under fantastic management and staffed with hard-working and caring employees. 10/10 would definitely come back!

I come here on way to Austin for work at least 2 times a week all year long. Considering that the consistency is outstanding . The 3 finger combo is all you need but everything is so good on the menu . Customer service doesn’t give me attitude and is always having a smile ! If your passing through and see this review go eat there. Can’t recommend enough!

They’ve got som pretty tasty tenders at this joint. Of course every location that I’ve eaten at has been consistent. Their restaurants and bathrooms are always nice and clean. The employees always pleasant and seem to genuinely enjoy their job.

First time visiting this location to grab my coworkers lunch and I just had to write a review because of how friendly, helpful, and accommodating the employees were! We had a bunch of separate orders and they were very patient with us while ordering. The food was fresh and tasty as well. :)

Consistently good chicken strips. Finding consistency within the fast food industry is nearly unheard of. Food is always fresh. So fresh that the chicken is approximately the same temp as lava. Don't burn your taste buds off, like me. Wait a few minutes before you dig in.

We absolutely love this location! Tonight we were treated extremely well. Our food was fresh and delicious as always. However, tonight, the customer service was more impressive than usual. Despite us showing up right before closing time, we received by far the best customer service over all other locations we’ve visited.

This Cane’s location is always a great experience! The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work, which makes a huge difference. What really stands out is the atmosphere—it’s clean, welcoming, and a place we actually enjoy dining in. So many fast food spots feel uncomfortable, whether it’s because of unhappy employees or a messy environment, but that’s never the case here. It’s always a pleasure to stop by, and the service is just as great as the food.

You can't beat that Cane's Sauce. Stuff is amazing. Leave the ketchup, fries, everything, Cane's Sauce and you're good. Food comes out nuclear hot and just done, I've never received it any other way no matter how busy they are. Chicken is great, fries are top notch. Service is fast and amazing. Great for sit down or on the run through drive through.

Quite literally the best Cane's location in all of Texas. We never really paid attention to customer service, but they really opened our eyes with how above and beyond they went. Everything was fresh and crispy and seasoned the way we wanted it to be. I have never seen a Cane's get all of their items perfect. This one definitely takes the cake. Georgetown better count their blessings.

Great place for fans of fried chicken 🐔🍗. We were the first ones there in an empty restaurant at about 10:15 am. We ordered a couple of the box combos. Service was pleasant and quick. Interesting decor inside both about the history of the chain and about Georgtown where this store is located. Everything is clean in this location and we enjoyed a nice meal. Seems quite popular with teens and kids in particular. Tried to order via online app and it for NOT work! Multiple credit cards didn’t work when ordering through the app. Can Cane’s fix that!!

Unless it is your first time eating there, you know what to expect with the food. What can and may fluctuate is the level of customer service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and whether or not they have improved or gotten better. They are pretty consistent which is appreciated. I stop in every time and in the area, and will continue to do so. In a day and time where customer service sucks completely, this Canes location is a moment of clarity. ...okay, meal complete. Now time to get back out here and deal with rapid declining society. 😩

The drivethru takes forever, they've gotten our order wrong a couple of times, quite expensive. Not a lot of variety which I wish they had. Sweet tea used to be really really good, not so much anymore. A few times the chicken had a weird texture...kinda rubbery. Georgetown location. Wish they were as good as they used to be & offer mashed potatoes, gravy, other veggies like most chicken places. And other sauces.

I took off a star because you don't get very much Cane's sauce and if you want more, you have to pay for it.

It's a fast food restaurant and it was the only place we found open at 1145pm after a long travel day on a Monday. The staff was nice and the chicken fingers were good and very hot; they were a bit plain though and needed salt/spices. Not a bad place at all.

I ordered my food a specific way and they got it completely wrong. I mean it was like they were pranking me by giving me all the opposite stuff. I was so upset I couldn’t even go back. But they were really friendly and the food that they did give me was top quality. I’d recommend coming here if they could get their act together.

For fast food chicken, it's fine. I wish they had more than two choices for sides. Sometimes I don't want fries or cole slaw. Given that they only have four items on the menu (chicken, fries, cole slaw, and bread), you would think the drive through could be a little faster. I was a bit disappointed that when I ordered a couple meals and said I didn't want the drinks, I still got charged the full price for "combo" meals. 🤔

The chicken was moist and EXTREMELY HOT. The crust was soggy and wet. I couldn't even dip it in the Cane's sauce because the crust would just fall off in the sauce. Fries were soggy. Texas toast and Cole slaw was the best part. But kind of hard to mess up Texas toast. This location definitely needs to work on making their batter better. It would be nice to be able to eat fried chicken strips without the crust falling off. The customer service is great. Sweet tea is great too.

Well for almost $15 getting a few pieces of chicken that are the equivalent to a 6-piece McNugget soggy fries excellent sauce and coleslaw just a bit too steep. Expect a little better the chicken was tasty though.

At one time this was probably the best Canes in the Austin area. Now you are lucky if your food is even cooked. Today, on Christmas Eve we thought we would give them a shot and they failed again miserably. Under cooked chicken, fries and bread. At some point fast food has to scrap the customer cant sit at the window longer than 10 seconds and go back to wait your turn and deliver better quality.

Haven't been here in a while. Surprised at how small the pieces of chicken have gotten. Allowed us to get 2 cole slaws instead of the bread and fries. Super busy location but they kept things movin…

Three orders last night.. two 4 piece orders and one 3 piece. It gets worse and worse each time I buy food there. The tinders keep getting smaller everytime we buy food at a Canes. Tenders were smaller than normal and had a thin skin on them that I had to peel off! If it does not change for the better, we will stop purchasing food at any Canes. Not worth the $$... 11 small pieces of chicken tenders for $38.00.. For thst price we can do much better.

I ordered online for curbside and when I got the I checked in and waited for my food to come. Multiple employees saw my car in curbside (one even going in and out of the building back into the kitchen) ultimately had to go back inside after waiting for to much time. My food was lukewarm and soggy (cold by the time i got to eat it 10 minutes later). Should of had them remake it. Any other location I have been to has been great but definitely won’t be going back to this one.

They will never left you finish your order. They will “Anything else” you to death before you finish placing your order. I was asked “Anything else” 7 times while ordering two items. It actually increases the ordering time and irritates the customer. Wait for a pause before interrupting the customer. It will go faster and the people making the food will hear the whole order, the customer won’t have to repeat themselves because you cut them off and you’ll have less mistakes.

I’m giving this place 1 star in hopes that upper management notices and addresses this major problem. THE CHICKEN FINGERS AT THIS LOCATION ARE TINY. They are half the size of other locations (ex. Corpus Christi location). It still has the same great taste, but it is extremely frustrating that the size which translates to quality is not there. Please fix this issue as I have been scammed out of ounces and ounces of bird.

Came to canes and immediately the ladies at the front register came off very hostile , an older lady and a lady maybe in her early 40’s late 30’s , I asked for just a cup of water and after realizing how small the cup was I then said I’d just pay for a medium cup and the lady in her 30’s I’m assuming rudely snatched the Styrofoam cup and kept making a face as she was grabbing the medium cup, as she proceeded to fill up each cup with ice she slammed them on the counter. The older lady taking the order just seemed like she had an attitude as well. And when we walked off snickered with the other lady. Terrible customer service was just all around very rude and unwelcoming.

This should actually get ZERO STARS. Raisin Cane's used to be my go to for chicken. My 2nd to last visit, the chicken fingers were very tough. Thinking it was just a one time thing, went back and the chicken wasn't crispy on the texture, was borderline soggy, and the chicken was hard to chew. It wasn't overcooked, but had a weird texture. I will NEVER go back now. Quality is no longer existent here.

Terrible. Worst tasting chicken I've evertasted. Fries were cold and tasteless no salt to be able to add. The special sauce wasn't worth giving to an animal. The side cold slaw was like eating cabbage itself no taste and was not a serving size. The restaurant and I say that lightly was filthy. Tables dirty trash all over the floor. The booths had food on the benches. The only thing that was good was the ice and root beer. I will never be bake and telling everyone about the experience. This was the first and last time I will ever go to a cane's.

My friend bought me a gift card for my bday. You can’t even activate them online and it wouldn’t work. So my friend went online to complain to the merchandise team and they mailed me a second gift card and that also didn’t work wasted several trips and money and they didn’t care to even try and make things better. Ordered 20 strips and did not come with any sauce. I was told it doesn’t come with it. It is extra. Seriously?!? I reached out to corporate bc this is unheard of. The sad part is, I frequent this place. We are here at least once per week after the kids’ activities and they have given us extra sauce whenever we ate inside.

Don't buy extra. They'll leave it out. You'd think on a Sunday lunch the fries would be warm, probably because they aren't cooked through. In a week day And kid portions for the meals. Almost no fries and the chicken fingers are half the size. This never was a great Raising Canes. Always an issue with them.
