We went for dinner at the Getafe location today and the food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the place was beautifully decorated. It's a shame there was so much food that I couldn't order dessert. The waitress made a mistake with my drink, which I hadn't noticed because the one she brought was delicious, but when they realized the error, they brought me the correct one and didn't charge me for it. We will definitely be back.

Local de comida mejicana, con decoración y música típicas. La carta es amplia y también tienen menú del día entre semana. Las raciones son más contundentes de lo que parece y estaba todo bastante bueno. Quizá lo que más indiferentes nos ha dejado sean los postres, pero en general se come muy bien. De precio está bien y el camarero que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable.

We went on Three Kings' Day and they were almost fully booked. When we arrived early, they made room for us, so we got off to a good start. There were only two waiters for all the tables, and the service was truly impeccable. The food was excellent; I highly recommend the taco wheel and the nachos. My girls each ordered a burrito and devoured every last bite. If you're ever in the area, it's a great place to try some good Mexican food.

The food was all very good, the service was great, and the decor was colorful and pleasant. I have no complaints; everything was very good. That said, being a Mexican restaurant, I expected it to stand out a bit more; in the end, it's decent Mexican food, but without any surprising flavor.

Everything was quite salty, very average. The pork dish was actually quite good (although it was also very salty). As for the alcohol, I can only blame myself for not liking it; it really didn't suit my taste.

Tengo sentimientos encontrados con este lugar. He ido muchísimas veces, hace algunos años había otro personal y la manera que tenían de cocinar era diferente (mejor). Ese queso fundido sobre la carne de las fajitas, o sobre los nachos mayas que solíamos pedir... Ahora ha cambiado un poco la película. El queso no está bien fundido, por lo menos las últimas veces que he ido, está apelmazado y cuesta mover y mezclar con la carne. La salsa de guacamole que te ponen en los nachos (por lo menos en los nachos mayas) es ridículamente pequeña. Antes estaban repletos de ello. Pese a todo ello le sigo teniendo cariño, pero antes iba mucho y ahora quizá, lo evito más. No entiendo esa manía de subir precios y bajar calidad. Súbanlos, oiga, eso se puede comprender, pero como mínimo denme lo que anteriormente ofrecían... Mal, señores.

Siempre nos ha encantado este sitio, pero esta reseña es específica de la comida para llevar y loa pedidos a domicilio. Absolutamente mal. Pedimos unos nachos, unas fajitas y un litro de margarita. Las fajitas venian sin las tortitas, no habia salsa y la comida, que recogimos a los 15 minutos de llamar (bien por eso), estaba totalmente plastificada. Deberian cambiar el formato de envase porque arruina el producto. Ademas de esto, el hecho de que los 3 productos fueron 74 euros. Cuando llegue a casa y vi los dos tuppers y la botella de zumo de naranja rellena con la margarita y pensé "74 euros y sin tortitas"... no volveremos a pedir ni para llevar ni a domicilio.

Fuimos a comer a mediodía, pero hemos tenido mala experiencia. Pedimos varios platos, entre ellos quesadillas de pollo, la sorpresa fue que el pollo no estaba bien limpio y tenía huesos, cuidado si pedís ese plato porque es peligroso atragantarse. Al decirlo al camarero se lo ha comentado al otro camarero (con dilataciones en orejas) y ha sonreido al enterarse, cosa que nos parece falta de respeto. Un mínimo primero disculpas y después preocuparse por si el cliente está bien. El hueso se ha clavado en la boca. El resto de productos mejorable la calidad. No volveremos, cuidado si vais. Atencion al cliente pésima, no te puedes reír de algo así.

Además, el sabor era completamente insípido, muy lejos de lo que uno espera de una cocina que suele destacar por sus especias, aromas y personalidad. A esto se sumó un trato por parte del personal que resultó poco agradable, transmitiendo la sensación de que estábamos más bien molestando que disfrutando de una comida. Con todos estos factores juntos, lamentablemente, no podemos recomendar este lugar ni tenemos intención de volver.

Muy decepcionante. Cada taco pequeño cuesta 3 € y no están nada ricos. Las quesadillas son totalmente insípidas, sin sabor ni gracia. Todo es carísimo para la calidad que ofrecen, las porciones son muy pequeñas y la relación calidad-precio es pésima. No merece la pena.

Lovely place, the waitress was lovely. The food... I DO NOT RECOMMEND it for the set menu. I'm going to 100 Montaditos instead... I ordered mushroom casserole (that's what it said...) well, it was three canned mushrooms and half a kilo of melted cheese... The burrito was okay... I've had better, but oh well... Desserts... There's no plural, there's just one... And coffees... €14 for a burrito and a coffee because the first course was a joke. It's a shame because it's right next to our work... I won't be back

It's a place I like to eat at because the food is delicious. But I've always noticed very poor service from the staff. This time, however, it was the worst possible treatment, specifically from a mustachioed man who's the manager. It's awful that he's always providing bad service. On Monday, January 5th, I went with my sisters. There were four adults and two children. First, two adults and one child arrived, and then about 20 minutes later, two more adults and a child arrived. We asked the waitress if we could put a table together, and she said no because ALL the tables were occupied (there were several empty tables). So I asked if she could add two chairs, and she said yes. When she went to the manager, he yelled no and told her to go serve another table. My sister and brother-in-law stood there for 10 minutes without being served. We decided to leave. I had already ordered drinks and nachos, and we had to get them to go. Honestly, I'm never going back to this place.

My experience was really bad for the food and the price … I am sorry but I cannot pay a plate of food with chicken and there weren’t enough chicken … the portion it wasn’t for one person it was for a kid …also if I pay 18€ I expected something more; …. And when I went to pay he said to me that he didn’t understand because I couldn’t speak enough Spanish … I felt like he was teasing me … even if he say sorry I mean if there weren’t my cousins with me from this city I couldn’t let him understand because he just reply as soon I start to speak “I don’t understand“ also if the client say and report something you should do something… otherwise don’t let pay people like you were in a great restaurant..
