A small but very charming place. The staff are polite, kind, and helpful. Decorated in a retro style, you feel very comfortable sipping a coffee or a good beer. They make excellent "bicerin." In nice weather, it's lovely to sit quietly and watch the typical Giaveno market on some Saturdays of the month.

Excellent location on the main pedestrian street. Comfortable outdoor seating for croissants and cappuccinos, all very pleasant. A few more smiles from the lady at the counter wouldn't hurt.

Good, for goodness sake, but: 1) the receipt only contains the total; the price of each item is unclear (and there's no menu at the tables). 2) problems with Satispay; there's no connection. "Go to the door." "Okay, you'll get the amount from..." "No, go pay and then come back..." Please, don't embarrass a customer like that! You just need to install a repeater for the connection! Too bad, I was fond of that place, but they won't see me again.

The art exhibition is a great initiative, but the service really leaves much to be desired. At the end of the 20-minute mark, we stood up without being served, much less taken into consideration. Not even a gesture of apology.

It's the Sunday of the mushroom fair, so the cafes are packed, and the wait or delays are justified. What's not right is the waiter's hostile attitude and his irritable response to the customer who comes to ask about two espressos ordered 30 minutes earlier, to which you reply: "I don't know what to tell you. Go find another café where they serve it faster." 😒 Even just a "We're slow with the wait, if you don't mind, take it from the counter so it's free sooner" (perhaps with a smile) wouldn't have prompted me to write a negative review.

My father and I entered, they didn't pay any attention to us, 3 people passed in front of us, given that during the festival tourists should be treated better, you don't start talking about comfortable pigs with Gabibbo.
