Forse uno dei migliori caffè a Gibilterra. Come italiani il nostro caffè è difficile da sostituire all'estero, ma qui, a mio parere, è dove si avvicina di più. Ottimi anche i dolci ed i salati. Locale piccolo ma accogliente, personale veloce ed efficiente.

I come here absolutely every single morning without fail and I’m always attended to by a very friendly set of stuff who remember my order and then nothing but kind. This kind of service makes a difference and is the reason I keep coming back apart from the great coffee taste!

One of the largest Americano I have ever received!! Cream was excellent and service was fast and friendly... Just a short stop to rest from our day exploring Gilbraltar before returning to our cruise ship. Had an excellent snack as a croissant 🥐 sandwich. WiFi included but didn't use it! Not crowded just before closing.

Great hot chocolate and they didn't mind people using the toilet who didn't purchase anything which is why I entered in the first place, but ended up buying a hot drink.

Not bad but it’s not worthy the price

Used to use this costa a lot but don’t really go any more. Didn’t like that they serve your stay in coffee in a take away cup. I stoped going when I got a take away coffee with no coffee in, I didn’t drink it till I got to the car and it was to late to go back. Sent the manager a message but got no response.

je suis arrêté dans ce café, pour un café latté. t'as regardant les belles photos, je m'attendais à un bon café avec un peu de Latte Art ! Détrompez vous, en regardant le staff effectuer la préparation de mon latté, il font couler du lait chauffé dans un verre, et ensuite il lance le shot d'expresso sur le dessus, et te remet ton latte. je peux vous dire que la dame n'avait aucune passion pour ce qu'elle faisait !! aucune dextérité dans la préparation ! en comparant les endroits de café, il est un peu plus cher que les autres. donc je recommande d'essayer un autre café qui pourrait être plus attentionné dans la préparation du latte/cappucino...

Looks better than it tastes, the one with whipped cream didn’t really taste well. We got our coffees in paper cups although we wanted to stay in. The toilets were not working.

Visiting from the UK, wouldn’t accept the UK Costa app. Considering Costa is nowhere in Europe and Gib is part of the UK, it seemed a bit strange. Coffee was good though.

Needs improvements, takeaway cups for sitting in is very poor for “Costa Coffee”. Not having almond milk is another let down for the cost of stocking it, they no longer stock it now due to low demand, again for Costa coffee it’s the least you’d expect. The staff are always busy speaking to themselves about their problems and using rude language about what happened to them over the weekend, I mean it doesn’t bother me at all but it deffo doesn’t sound/look great. Food is okay, not bad if you are in a rush and need to grab something quick! Ideally I would like to see this place improve, starting with the milk and sitting in mugs.

Tiny coffee shop up a steep single step up off the pavement, with only 4-5 tables of two seats inside. Definitely not wheelchair accessible to reach toilet, or counter, altho seats/tables outside could be accessed by wheelchair. Lacked any atmosphere due to tiny size & tables crammed in together.

We had cappucino and muffin to eat there. They dont give you mugs but paper cups. The coffee was solid but the muffin too dry.

They never have oat milk, always out of chai lattes for weeks at a row sometimes. My friend can only have oat milk and they unfortunately have to get an alternative coffee from somewhere else as they don’t facilitate something as simple as this. The 3 star rating is only for the costa in casemates, the costa by trends and in Atlantic suites have great, friendly staff 😊

I really like Costa coffee but then the blonde waiter with glasses is pitiful ! I won't come back just so as not to cross him in addition he is on his phone during the service he doesn't listen to you when you take the order he looks besides talking with other people.

Ordered a double shot of decaff paid for it watched the server simply run more water over the bag and the tipped a cup of hot water with a dash of flavour into a cup of milk. When I complained she threw it out made a fresh one with 2 bags. I wonder how many times I have paid twice and not had both bags used.

Last Thursday 28th December we stopped for a coffee. My husband ordered a flat white which was not war enough. We told the staff and he started talking in Spanish with the lady working with him. He said “pónselo a 200 grados a ver si asi está bastante caliente”. My husband is Spanish so we totally understood the tone and words used by him. He was rude, very rude. We will never go back. Terrible experience.

Very bad experience for me here. The staff was extremely inpolite. Two girls, busy chatting between themselves, almost got annoyed when I asked for a coffee. I paid 2.40 for a coffee to go, but they didn't have plastic caps as at 10 am they didn't set up the bar yet. They probably were too busy texting on their phones until then. When I gently asked if they could check if they have some in the back, they obviously couldn't be bothered and answered they finished the plastic caps...yeah...at 10 am...today they've lost a customer

The worst customer service I’ve got since a very long time.

No ice left to make a frapaccino. They refused to serve me in a proper cup. The barrista said they only used proper cups in the morning. I think it was probably to save him washing up at the end of his shift.

Ordered 5 coffees two of which were iced caramel lattes. Once we got the coffees we noticed the iced lattes had no caramel so we brought them up to the counter thinking they may have forgot but no, we were met with a very rude worker who told me I did not ask for caramel, this man had glasses and a bad attitude he tried to argue with me that I did not say caramel. There was 4 other people with me who all heard me say caramel. I had no problem paying extra for the caramel its the attitude he had towards me that I was not happy with. If I didn't have everything paid for already I would have left everything and went somewhere else. Absolutely disgraceful behavior when we are spending our hard earned money and trying to enjoy our holiday. Very rude. Will not be coming back here.

I ordered a frappe. It was literally only ice, sugar, and taste enhancers . I haven’t visited Costa Coffee in a long time. I am not doing that again. The blender was not cleaned throughly.
