I was there because I know that this is the only Subway that pretty much takes coupons friendly atmosphere I was approached by two Subway workers they were nice they were pleasant they had good customer service skills I was speaking to both the ladies that work for subway

Sometimes you just want something familiar. Not a huge fan of chain delis but glad I stopped at this Glenmont location. It was lunch time, with about 8 people in front of me and the 2 ladies running the show, sure did! I was next within minutes. Keep up the great work.

Caesar chicken wrap had too much mayonnaise asked if the cookies were macadamia nuts. I was told yes, however it was white chocolate chip which I do not like. The girl at the counter was either new or on orientation so another person had to take over. The environment was dirty paper all over the floor. And the glass door was obviously not cleaned for some time. It appeared as if someone spit on the glass. I will not return here. Threw half my wrap away. Needs new managers!

I would like to give 5 stars but the young lady would not stop giving me attitude towards how i wanted my sub wanted to be made. I dont usually make bad reviews but if you do not want a job dont get one and definiteltly do not take it out on the customers! I paid for a sub that when i got home i refused to eat although i watched you make it and repeated what i wanted on it 5 times very nicely you atill managed to make a sub that i shoukd have not even taken out of the store. But you are young i have 15 years in the food management industry and i figured this would go well just fine. No embarrassment just more training or she may not be ready to take on a job!

Lots of employee turnover, sandwiches are never consistent. Some employees dont give you what you pay for. For a 8 dollar sandwich i expect a full scoop of tuna, not a half scoop spread out like peanut butter. If you mention it, they try to charge you for extra meat. Id advise letting someone skip you in line, and see how their sandwich is made, befote placing your order.

If you treat the staff with respect, they give much better service. But there were a few fruit flies sketching me out, hope the management is proactive because that's a serious turnoff and I doubt the young night crew is well versed in pest management legalities in a public serving food environment

What a joke. The so stingy on the salad ingredients. They don't cut anything and have no knives so how are you supposed to eat salad

Hopefully the new location is doing better than when they left their former location. This place used to be my favorite Subway, then as time went on the staff seemed to rotate and there was constantly new people, subs not quite cooked with meatballs or "hot" subs microwaved haphazardly... It's why I haven't been in the new location because I can at least get a real fresh sub across the way at Jersey Mike's.

The inside seemed cleaned, however after sitting down outside to eat my sub I realized that it was a nightmare! There were several bees, an overflowing trashcan, and hair all over my sub! I bought the two for $10, but I chose not to eat the second one because of the amount of hair that was on the first one! Also me and my friend were swarmed by the bees that were living in the overflowing trash can.

I order online..it states my order will be ready at 1:15...I show up to pick up my order at 1:25..giving them extra time to complete the order..only to find out once I am already there that they have no meatballs and other items...I could have been contacted because you are prompted to put a contact number online...also when I'm there all I hear from one of the 2 employees working there that they are going to quit because they can't work under certain conditions...of which must mean sitting in a chair on your phone. Very bad customer service... Subay just missed out on a $50.00 order

After shopping at Walmart I decided to get s subway for the family. I seen two employees in the back as I approached the counter, there was no one up front. I got to the counter and looked at the meat area which was dirty and obvious cross contamination with the meats and cheeses. Upon “inspection” the cheese appeared to be room temp due to discoloration THEN..... I SEEN DEAD FLIES IN THE BOTTOM OF TWO MEAT CONTAINERS... how disgusting.....! Needless to say I didn’t wait for the employees to finish their conversation to wait on me.

Yikes, I never thought I would be disgusted by eating at Subway, I usually order grilled chicken and what I got was filled with nerves and dark brown spots. I guess Subway in Canada is far more superior… The soft drink fountain only had 3-4 options available, everything else was out of stock. The only bathroom was so filthy it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Myself and a co-worker ordered online and I'm very displeased. I ordered a wrap for $10 and added bacon extra onions. There was no bacon and no onions. There was no dressing and the wrap was very small. I have been to this subway many times and today whoever was working just didn't care. It's just frustrating with the prices of things and you don't even get close to the norm. My co-worker also got stiffed and wasn't happy. Probably not going to order online again because if I was there in person I would of gotten what I wanted.

Order not correct for three straight visits. Totally sloppy subs, fall apart. Subs had different items omitted when ordered through the App. When I advised the pertinent person there, they just said “sorry”. Will not participate at the Glenmont location while these owners are there.

Short staffed every time I go in. I place online orders and they don’t even start making my food until I arrive to pick it up. So sick of this place, it’s been like this for years. Not going back. I put in several complaints and never heard back from management. I love subway, but not this subway.

Just moved back into the area. I went to this location to enjoy a nice sandwich several days ago, while I took notes on the job hunting I did that day. The lady there was super nice. However today, I went back to that location after walking around all morning to complete several job interviews, making sure it wasn't crowded there thinking I could escape from the heat and go over my notes.. I was sharply dressed in business attire in a corner,quiet, peaceful all by myself and it was very slow and not crowded at all there. Sooo many empty seats. After 25 minutes of composing myself from a stressful day, AND about to order a meal. The older male employee was very rude and kicked me out for not ordering anything. I calmly apologized, explained my situation, and was gathering my things to go. I lost my appetite and respect for that location as soon as I heard "Can I help you?!" in such a rude manner. And I was still getting yelled at with such attitude on my way out. I was calm and respectful the entire time ! Had he approached me in a friendly, professional manner as he should've done, I would've happily comply, been a regular customer, and bring my professional colleagues there too. Never in my professional years at any establishment was I treated in such a lowly rude way.. Suffice to say Subway WAS my favorite go-to place. However, I am never going back to that establishment ever again and I told my colleagues to never go there..

He said that he was preparing the order so I said OK that’s fine as he was making the order I noticed that the subs were very sloppy messy. He didn’t even put the knife in there so that it was even down and it was just a big it’s just a big sloppy mess and he was very rude. I asked him if he could remove some of the stuff and he continue to just wrap the subs and said, do you see that I have a whole bunch of customers I can’t do anything about it basically and continue to wrap the subs as they are a mess. He has no customer service. He’s very unprofessional and he shouldn’t even have a job there. To be honest. I just emailed corporate. I’m waiting for a call back.!!SENDING THEM PICTURES OF THIS SLOPPY MESS! Chopped up tomatoes super soggy. lettuces old foods going straight to the trash. And the bread was not toasted!! STAY AWAY FORM THIS SUBWAY WHEN HES WORKING!
