Food was great. Customer service was good. Dining room needs work. No ketchup pump. That was my favorite part about Wendy's.

Our order was 100% correct with zero errors, the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and quiet, so it was a nice visit.

Staff members are always friendly and accommodating. My orders are always correct, hot, prepared well, and well packaged in the bag. Food and portions are always consistent. Generous with sauces and napkins.

The food is really good and my favorite person on the front counter is Krissy. She always greets me with a smile and makes sure my order is fresh and correct. Her bubblie personality make it even better. I suggest to everyone to stop in and see for themselves what I'm talking about 😀

Always Love going to this Wendy's because it's nice, clean and spacious. Update: April 16th 2023. Went to store and ordered through drive-through and was very disappointed in the fries and sandwich. Fries were dried and shriveled, and sandwich was just lettuce and meat. Not even the sauce could save the fries how they were dried and shriveled up. Maybe it's just a bad batch, so will go again and see if the same. As for the sandwich, I wasn't sure if I should have specially asked for other things in the sandwich. Mind-blowing.

Got the new meatless burger...it was dry but it tasted ok to me. The 2 people i went with didnt like it. The regular Whopper was great as always!

This location is drive-thru only I believe. I have always enjoyed Wendy's, always have...... but, I feel sometimes they make the food so quick and don't pay attention to the simple detail on simple things. For instance: spreading the condiments all over your sandwich with enough to go around instead of just putting a small dab in one area making the meal very dry....

Food was really good and they got food out pretty fast. The layout of this place didnt seem to help, the associates were running around and bumping in to each other and anytime food was cooked, the cook had to walk it out to the front. I can see this greatly slowing down production if there was ever a rush. Also, the food at Wendy's is pretty expensive. Ordered a chicken burger with a drink and it was pretty much the same price as the meal would have been being a little over 9$. If you order, I suggest getting a meal just to save a little money even though it's a little expensive either way.

Oh I'm gonna be regretting this decision tomorrow. Was here last week and saw that loaded nacho chicken sandwich with queso fries, and I was like: "Oh my." So of course I had to try them, a week later and I also gain the courage to add the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with the matching fries, you know, to make sure I tried all the newest items on the menu. As a backup plan to that ghost pepper spice I also tacked on a frosty, originally going for the pumpkin spice but I later found out they had just changed out to the peppermint. No big loss I thought. Ordered online which was weird, because unlike other joints there is no way to place a pickup time and that's because they do not start making your meal until you show up. So while you can pay ahead and order it all to your specifications, like adding pickles, extra lettuce, etc, you might need to wait around once you get there if your customized order is large enough. As for me, the wait was close to 5 minutes, and all I did was remove the tomatoes, add onions, pickles, and extra lettuce. When I got home and opened it all up I wasn't blown away by the visual appeal for sure, it all looked pretty mundane, but how was the taste? Well the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was spicy, after eating half the sandwich that is. It's a build up spice in this case, so don't be fooled by your initial few nibbles. The matching fries reminded me heavily of flaming hot cheetos, but they too had the same build up effect. The loaded nacho chicken sandwich was by far the tastier of the two, but maybe it was because I was so excited for it, that my hype was not met. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Worse yet the queso fries were just a mess, with the cheese topping having solidified into this ball of wet potatos. The queso was just slimy and not spread across the fries, leaving a good 20% totally dry. As for the peppermint frosty, it was alright, helped combat the spice of the ghost pepper, but compared to the pumpkin spice one they just had, it was the lesser. Very vanilla, not much peppermint. A meal of ups and downs for sure, but as I sit here full, satisfied, I'm not upset with my purchase or even unhappy at the $29 I spent. Just a good reminder that fast food does what it needs to, fills you up but won't wow you per-say.

Clean restaurant good service Burger was good but the fries were old not to mention almost $3 for a small fry

Today I am giving this particular Wendy's a 3 star review. They were out of avocado for the salad I wanted to get. The girl who took our order wasnt very friendly but she did her job. Dining room was just okay. Had random garbage around and a couple tables werent wiped. On any other day I would have given this Wendy's a 4.

Baked potato is excellent. The quality of the burgers seem to have gone down over the years. I wouldn't mind waiting for my order if my burgers and fries were actually hot, and not warm.

It's a fairly good place to go and get some nice Chile. Very good to say the least. One thing I did notice is that it could be a lot CLEANER. WE WILL be going back.

The food is typical for a fast food restaurant. It is overpriced though but that happens. The workers there always argue with each other and it gets pretty bad sometimes. Also the atmosphere isn't really the best. It's reeeeeally dated.

Friendliness of staff is a 5 but the food was gross. I bought the jalepeno chicken sandwich and, I've gotten them before, but this time it tasted like something on it went sour 3 days ago. Very expensive meal for a fast food place too.

Same old place as they all are. Nothing really different for me. The baked potato that I had was dry and too starchy, and they only gave me one sour cream. I thought that since I asked for no chives, they would give me a break. Oh well. Maybe next time???

Dining room is still closed and cant place orders inside, drive through is usually a bit long and a bit of a wait. If you're looking for quick and easy drive a little further down the street to McDonalds. Aaide from that food is usually warm and staff is friendly.

Even though the store was very clean they could definitely change the oil in the fryer more often. My fish sandwich was overcooked and it had a bitter aftertaste. Also, the toppings on the baconator fries lacked quantity compared to other stores that I've been to.

The Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich with avocado was pretty good. Needed more avocado. The jalapeno bacon fries were not good. I did not like the weird spicy dressing that was on the fries. The bacon and jalapenos and fries were good but the dressing was terrible and the sprinkle of cheese that did not melt was a disappointment. Bacon burger was good. Birthday Cake frosty was okay, plain vanilla would have been better.

I arrived today to a mostly empty building just after dinner time. I placed my order for a number 12 Alvacado BLT with medium fries and a drink. The person taking my order had to use the drive thru credit card reader as there was something wrong with the one at the counter. My food arrived fairly quickly and the order was accurate. I moved to the condiment bar to find neither of the two ketchup dispensers had any product. After returning to the counter for ketchup I made my way to my table. The sandwhich itself was fantastic as it had a fair amount of alvacado so I didn't feel cheated. The french fries were a little more trouble as they were not fresh and bordered on cold. This hasn't been my experience at this location but today I had the issue. The building was customer free other than myself so other than the chatter of the employees and the faint music playing in the background everything else was fine. I will return here again but will sample my fries before sitting down.

The folks there were great and very pleasant. I don't eat "fast food" that often but the fries were the typical fries not the bigger and tastier ones like they use to be and the bacon double cheeseburger are now round? Not square like they used to be and taste wise was ok. But the folks at the location were great, the place was clean etc.

I ordered a 6 dollar Biggie Bag as a dine in guest. Cashier was pretty rude and didn’t say anything when I thanked her and rolled her eyes. Soda machine didn’t work the only soda that worked was root beer. The food was actually very delicious. No customers inside though. Just a silent eery environment.

Place was shop worn and the bathroom out of paper towels. Not very many people there but staff acted like they were overworked and that there was a line... no line just 2 in our party yet it still took more time than expected with so little people there. Food was cold.

asked for junior bacon cheeseburgers w no mayo. both had mayo and when i took the bun off to check the other one there was literally a single small piece of bacon in the middle of the burger. They werent busy so they're obviously just lazy.

Although we frequent this Wendy's quite often and especially like the fish sandwich during lunch season there their point system for the app has been down for weeks and they say they have no one to fix it but most importantly it is very unclean their tables are usually never cleaned and we clean it ourselves because we do like to go there but on this last visit it was especially dirty in there even the service counter where you pick up your food there are four or five people in the back just standing around while the place was filthy the floors were disgusting probably won't be going there anytime soon again

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the majority of the staff is friendly and polite. Every time we go to this Wendy’s the mess up our order. Literally every time. Service in the drive thru was incredibly slow. Took about 15 minutes to get my order, there were only two cars ahead of mine.

WOW. A friend and I went for a quick bite. There were 4 ppl waiting to pick up orders, they looked irritated. We waited at least 5 minutes before a confused young man came to the register. He didn't listen when my friend placed her order which necessitated her repeating herself. He mumbled responses, looked around for help? then walked away to do something else completely ignoring me. He wandered back and forth looking lost as if today was his first day of employment. When he finally got close to the register again I asked if he was ready to take my order and spoke slowly and clearly for him. We watched as several customers came back to the counter stating their orders were wrong or they were missing something. An employee in the back was getting frustrated and was yelling about "incompetent ppl". It took us almost 20 minutes to place and receive an uncomplicated fast food order. My friends order was wrong. As for the restaurant itself, tables and chairs were sticky. When we left there were 15 cars at the drive thru. Save yourself time and frustration and go literally anywhere else. I hope that employee gets some actual job training soon.

This location has gone to crud. My online order was not ready at the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited 20 minutes for it to get made. once I got home, I had to turn around because there was missing food. It's all good. No longer eat here.

Usually this Wendy's is awesome hoping for an off night. Wait was on the long side, order was messed up, food was luke warm. Chili was all sauce very little beef. Staff was polite and seemed to be trying their best.

Pros: woman at counter was friendly. My food was hot and fresh. Cons: my sandwich was made wrong and I went at lunch time so it was too busy for me to bother complaining to get one made right. My fries while fresh were unsalted. This is a huge pet peeve of mine as it takes seconds to salt the fries as they come out of the fryer. Without the only seasoning they get(salt) I'm not sure they're even really french fries. Just hunks of fried potato at that point.

Not worthy of 1 star.....yet. Atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable. It's like they don't want to cater to dine in type of people. Absolutely no one was inside eating. Chairs were turned up on tables, AT DINNER TIME!!! I don't know why these failing fast food franchises think they need to be a conveyor belt operation of making food and moving you along without one thought to quality, brand identity, or customer satisfaction. Wendy's is no longer something I associate with quality fast food, if there is such a thing. The food few notches down on the quality scale lately. Fries were under done. Burger was meh and dry. I'm sorry to say, but I see why Wendy's might not exist in he next few years.

3 weeks in a row I place a mobile order in and it’s never ready when I get there. Today I made an order for pick up, I got there late and it wasn’t even stated. 20 mins after the pickup time it was ready.

Unprofessionalism from the evening manager,cursing from two employees,two employees not wearing hats,the dining area not cleaned,food uncooked and the mens room not cleaned.. last time going to the Glenvile location.

This place has gotten so bad. Tiny "burger". So awful can't really tell if it's anything. Fries were fine. Disinterested staff.

This may be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Extremely slow service, we were ignored for about 15min before it order was taken. One of the orders was a Sprite and a frosty which took about 10min. The Sprite just tasted like Seltzer water, they said there were out of the syrup, so exchanged for a tea. But it wasn't a tea, it was coffee! I'm actually blown away by the incompetence and unwillingness to serve.

Today 12/19/23 6:00pm (date and time for staffing porpoises) was rushed to complete my order with no one behind me, the female taking my order was very rude get to the second window to gather my order drinks come out first (one sweet tea one pomegranate lemonade) all wrong my tea was actually a coke, and the other was a pink lemonade, when asked to correct I was scoffed at and then told “here you go” when I got them back this was the worst experience I have ever had with this store and am very disappointed with management for allowing this to happen.

I had the chicken tenders and french fries. The chicken tenders were disgusting. The meat inside was like almost transparent and tasted gross. French fries were good.

Why are masks so hard to wear? I wear mine going through the drive through as respect for the people working there, but you, who handle the food, the packaging you're about to send out to me, masks are to inconvenient for you to wear? And you cant even get an order right.

The manager was loud and obnoxious while talking to her employees behind the counter and the food prep area. I'm not sure why she thought the room of customer's needed to hear what ever drama was going on at this particular establishment.

The store opens at 7, but I waited at the drive through until 715 and decided to pull up to the window and it was locked, no one ever came to the window. There were 3 cars in the parking lot - no one could’ve said hey we are closed or not taking orders?

It took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, they are terribly slow there. You would better off driving 15 minutes out of the way to get food.

I stopped to get a highly advertised baconate at three glenville location and got home to find no bacon in the damn burger. Not only did I get ripped off on the price bur got cheated on the bacon as well. Very disappointed in wendys service.

I always go through the drive thru, but I notice the parking lot and restaurant are always empty. Although, the employee at the speaker and window are usually polite, there never seems to be anyone in charge inside. The Apple Pecan Chicken salad I got on my last visit was sad! The apple pieces-what few of them there were-were brown and/or soft. There was hardly any leafy greens, mostly stems. And very few pieces of chicken. This is often the case at this store, but also at the several other Wendy's locations in my area; Clifton Park and Schenectady. It's obvious the company or franchise owners are not doing quality control checks...at least not for salads.

The worst meal I have ordered recently. Missing chicken nuggets, no dressing, no straws. Missing bacon on the burgers. No chips, chili or sour cream on the taco salad. Avocado was rancid. Mostly lettuce. Lots of lettuce. I am done

This evening we ordered a large baconator meal with sprite. Girlfriend noticed it wasn’t correct so she went back to a very rude attendant. The sprite is yellow… the burger patties look like they were chewed before putting on the sandwich. Chicken nuggets were added, which I guess I can’t complain about and ALL portions were medium. I normally would just eat the food but after being told that the young woman working was rude, I felt uncomfortable eating the food without first documenting it and making whomever aware of the incompetency of this specific worker. The food was ordered around 9pm. Unfortunately we misplaced the receipt otherwise I’d provide whatever information I could. I do have video documentation if there is any follow up with this.

On Sunday June 10th I entered the restaurant for a quick bite around 3 pm. I was the only customer there at that moment. I went up to the counter to place my order only to feel my feet stick to the floor. It was apparent that there had been a spill earlier that went on to be ignored. I had brought the attention to the cashier only to have my words simply ignored. I then said that I had hoped that I wouldn't lose a shoe when leaving. Again I was ignored. That's when the heavy set young woman walked back to her slightly built female shift leader who was preparing my 2 burgers, had turned her back to me and had a quick conversation with the slight woman. As this was happening the leader was looking directly at me and seemed annoyed. As I got back to my car I had come to realize that my burgers were not heated in any way (cheese was still cold). Guess they fixed me for speaking up. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and would advise anyone else to stay away. Can you imagine how and in what condition the food is prepared?

I had ordered a baconator and a double bacon cheese burger...when I got home I had two value menu chicken sandwiches...I do live 10 minutes away but everything was cold. So I was shorted about $10 worth of food. I guess you need to pull your orders out of the bag and open everything to make sure you don't get robbed! Never going to this place again! Beware, check your orders!

Been here a few times. I always get charged for what I order, yet never get what I ordered... For instance adding bacon to a sandwich but it's never there when I open it.

We ordered our food, paid for it and they lost our order. We watched as 5 other people got their orders and we still had nothing. We waited for a half hour and lost patience so we got a refund. We drive out of our way to go to this Wendy's because they used to be the best one near us but now half the time they lock the lobby because they're not staffed correctly. It's unfortunate, we will not return.

Staff were unprofessional and had a "no rush" vibe about them. They didn't seem to care to have the food prepared quickly. I had to wait close to 2 minutes to even place my order at the drive thru speaker. My order was just 2 lemonades and they didn't have it ready when I arrived at the window. They instead made me pull forward and wait another 5-10 minutes for the lemonades. Once the drinks arrived, they didn't even give me any straws. I chose drive thru for my simple drink order to hopefully be in and out of there quickly, but that was a mistake. Avoid this location.

Food has become absolutely terrible in the last 2 years, I’ve seen lines around the store. I’ve had my order messed up and had to go back through the drive thru for that order 3 times for my wife who is allergic to dairy. I had to tell them on the speaker that no cheese and proceeded to put it on 2 more times. I then heard as I pulled up to the 2nd window the employee say “there is cheese on that sandwich?”. I also within the last week have tried to go for breakfast and sat for 5 mins with no one answering the speaker while there is employees inside. This Wendy’s used to be fantastic. I’m not sure if it’s the management or just the employees but this store needs a lot of help and there is some serious disconnect somewhere along the line.

Placed a pick up order tonight, partner brought it back home, and when I went to eat the two chicken BLT sandwiches I ordered they were not chicken patties. I thought I made a mistake and selected as an option for my order, thats not the case. $6 for chicken less sandwiches.

When I have my grandchildren they like to go Wendy's or McDonald's. Tonight is my last time taking them to Wendy's. Their food has just become consistently terrible! Dried up old burgers, stale fries and on one occasion they put spicy nuggets in my granddaughters kids meal. If a 0 rating was an option that's what I would give them.

Meat is barely cooked on my burgers. I understand temp vs color, and I prefer to cook my own burgers medium. But from a fast food place? And the center was cool- i thought these were never frozen, but they must have been close. Its not just pink, the picture doesn't do it justice, the entirety besides the outside (not just the center) is barely cooked goo. Not impressed
