We only stayed one night in transit... the hotel is not brand new but comfortable, parking next to the reception, clean and functional room although the mattress is a little dated... breakfast unfortunately poor and with products not at the top even in terms of freshness... in any case the staff were very kind and the lady very nice and friendly... prices were normal considering the area.

First thing, I would like to say thank you to the nice lady at the reception and at the breakfast. They were very nice and kind. But unfortunately, the hotel itself was not the best experience. The room was very cold and no system to change the temperature. I was really cold at night. The toilet and the shower were super small and right next to each other which was really hard for me to use. One of the power plugs in my room was not working. And the bread from the breakfast was like a piece of rock :)) seemed like it was for yesterday. But since it was clean and calm, I guess I shall give it a 3 !

Good hotel for a great price. My room didn't have air conditioning but it did have a large door to open for fresh air. Breakfast was nice and the staff is friendly. This is also a pet friendly hotel which is always great.

It's ok, a bit out of fashion, average food. If you are in a hurry and not booked anything in advance I suppose it "will do" otherwise with time search for far better option. Ideal for people traveling in groups.

Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It feels like a trip back to the 70s. The carpet in the room was unhygienic and dusty, the bathroom had pink tiles from the 70s, the shower was almost destroyed and full of mold... and above all, the price for two nights was extremely high, around €240. The location is excellent, just steps from the lake with ample parking. The value for money, however, is out of line.

I want to clarify one thing right away: if I had to review the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I would have given it five stars. If I had to review the hotel parking, I would have given it six stars; the restaurant also held up well. In short, if I had to review the potential of this hotel... it would have been an excellent rating. But that's not all! The rooms are rundown, the cots—because they are cots—are embarrassing, the furnishings are horrendous, the bathroom is beyond reproach. A welcome bottle of water in the room? Needless to say. I've said it many times before, unfortunately, that at breakfast, food like biscuits, creams, and various drinks must be hermetically sealed in disposable containers!! Come on!
