Fuimos mi pareja y yo ayer, y me gustaría decir que desde el primer momento que entras parece que te transportas a otro lugar. El sitio está muy bien cuidado y limpio, el agua no huele a cloro ni a químicos ( gracias), además que es muy muy bonito, todos los detalles están muy buen cuidados. También me gustaría resaltar el trabajo de todo el personal que nos atendió ayer,desde el personal de recepción a las limpiadoras, fueron todos muy amables y respetuosos. Sin duda volveremos, muchas gracias por todo!

Es sin duda mi lugar super favorito de Granada. Excepcional. Un paraíso. Siempre salgo relajadisima. Todo es perfecto: los aromas, las temperaturas, el servicio, masajes, lo visual, el té... Absolutamente perfecto!!! Cada vez que puedo repito.

Hemos estado muy agusto. Lo reservamos casi un mes antes para poder ir toda la familia con el mismo tratamiento. La plantilla muy atenta y profesional, a pesar de ser sábado y haber mucho jaleo de gente, al ir a primera hora, estuvimos tranquilos. Los productos que tienen a la venta son muy buenos, además algunos de ellos los puedes probar en los vestuarios. Es de los pocos centros de baños y masajes que puedes ir con menores de 11 años. Deseando de volver. Es fácil seguir las normas, si un niño de 11 años puede cumplirlas no se que problema hay para que los adultos no lo hagan. Si te dicen que los vasitos de te no se pasan a los baños, no se pasan, si piden que haya silencio, se habla poquito y muy bajito. Siempre hay gente que hace lo que le da la gana...porque ellos/as lo valen. Gracias al personal por la paciencia.

Really enjoyed this. Booked the first slot for a couple at 10am for a discount. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was extremely relaxing and the 90 minutes flew by. We tried all the pools, the steam room and the hot stones. The showers after were great and appreciated the facial cleansers and moisturizers.

I attended the emerge experience (massage not included) at 23:00, as no other times/services were available (for good reason). Having said, I recommend booking well in advance to secure the time/service of interest. For reference, I reserved day-of, 5 hours before the reservation. It was the perfect opportunity to relax after a long travel day. Despite the late hour, the baths were busy, but not too crowded. The staff were kind and clearly stated the expectations upon entering. If groups forgot to stay quiet, the staff was attentive and respectful in their reminders. As for hygiene, I noticed the floors being cleaned at least 3 times during the 90 minute period; similarly, guests are instructed to shower before entering the baths, as well as after the steam room. I cannot recommend this Hammam experience enough, for relaxation and learning about the region's Moorish history!

Our experience in Hammam al Andalus in Granada was flawless from start to finish; they thought of every little detail and the treatment is very special. The architecture of the baths and the ambience are truly amazing, I didn’t even realize how time passed. They never rush you when the time is finished or disrupt the experience in any way, everything is well thought-out. Going to this hammam was one of the most magical and memorable experiences I've had in a very long time. Every inch of the hammam was gorgeous and luxurious, and every staff person I encountered was so warm, kind, and professional. I kept gasping inwardly as I walked through the chambers of the spaces, with its low lights and candles lining the arched halls, hot tea and aromatherapy, beautiful music playing, and multiple rooms with spectacular baths - this is a very special place that I'm so grateful to have gotten to experience. My facial treatment was so soothing and relaxing, and even though I'd thought that 30 minutes wouldn't be nearly long enough, I enjoyed every second of it, and it absolutely enhanced the experience. This is not a massage parlor, but so much more! Even the showers and vanity room are exquisite. After spending the day at the Alhambra, I couldn't help but think of the ancient history of this beautiful part of the world and imagine that this is how royalty must have been treated. I certainly felt like a queen! If only I lived in Europe, I'd go way out of my way to go back here every chance I got.

I had a lovely experience here. My one-hour massage wasn’t the Chinese deep tissue one I usually get back home, but it was still quite good (I asked for “hard”). NB: it’s not super private. There was someone in the massage room with me. It didn’t bother me, but I am used to more privacy (and I appreciate this is safer for masseurs as well). It’s not a huge space, especially the locker room, but people were smaller in the 15th century. Entries are timed. You need reservations. I ended up getting 25% off (black Friday discount?), which was great! You just need to bring a swimsuit. There are shoe covers for the locker room; the rest is barefoot. A sarong + a bath towel are provided. My massage was first, then the baths (hot, warm + cold). The cold one was incredibly refreshing, though I don’t think most people did it (mostly men). Sometimes some baths were fuller, so I was flexible. It was also a time for tea. Guests were really varied. Maybe half couples + friends, families, solos. The space is really gorgeous; the lighting is so beautiful and it’s quiet. The ambience is amazing. I’ve been to a hammam in Istanbul, where they scrub you with a loofah (nice!)— but it was not as fancy and a spa in Switzerland (in the mountains). They’re all good but in different ways. I moved around within the various baths for different views — each better than the last. After hoofing around Spain for 10 days, this was such a nice break. Very relaxing. There’s tea in the sauna and after. Basic toiletries are provided. Hair dryers also. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. It’s a unique and special place.

I went with my 7-year old and we loved every minute here. I booked the 15-min scrub and 15-min massage thinking a shorter treatment would be best for a kid. I didn’t have to worry! The treatment rooms are in an area at the end with open doors to a hallway and families are given rooms opposite each other so you can see each other if you sit up. There are 4 baths and they are as incredible as in the photos. We left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Fantastic experience.

We went for the weekday 10 a.m. special for two and had a great experience. It was very relaxing — no talking allowed — and I loved the tea and the calming scents. It wasn’t overly crowded, just the right amount of people. The staff spoke both Spanish and English and gave clear instructions throughout. We were a bit worried about the time limit, but they rang a gentle bell at the end to let us know when our session was over. The only downside was the shampoo and conditioner in the shower area, which felt a bit watered down. The shower areas are also really dark so it was a bit hard to see what was shampoo / conditioner / shower gel.

Must visit whilst you are in Granada. We booked the spa and a massage and it was phenomenal. From the start we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. You were shown to a waiting area where you could have some tea and were given shoe covers and two towels. Then we were taken in to the changing area and a staff member shown us around. After getting changed you were shown around the different spa areas. From start to finish the experience was tranquil and luxurious. The spa was breathtaking with beautiful Moroccan architecture. The spa was clean and well kept. There was unlimited tea available. The massage was unbelievable. And afterwards, the spa experience didn’t end as the showers even felt like you were in your own spa. The changing areas were amazing. There was many items on offer to use at your pleasure such as body cream, face cream, sprays and deodorant etc. I will definitely be returning and recommending

When my husband and I were planning our trip to Granada, I always knew I wanted us to visit a hammam. I had visited one in Chefchauan, Morocco a few years earlier and wanted a similar experience. I found this one from a blog about Granada, and it was highly reviewed elsewhere as well. The website wasn't too difficult to use even translated from Spanish. This hammam was quite different from the one in Morocco, but in very good ways. We made reservations about a month out (because I'm a planner), and we showed up a few minutes before our reservation. We were given towels and 2 wristbands, indicating our arrival window, as well as our couples massage status, and waited in the atrium. Later, male and female attendants came and showed us around the locker rooms which are really well appointed. I'd say the level of US Health club, if a little smaller. The women's locker room could get a little chaotic with people coming and going, but it was still a friendly experience. Once you go into the main area, everyone talks in hushed whispers, there's low lighting, it smells great, and there are the different areas to wander between. Everyone is barefoot and in swimsuits (plenty of bikinis and some speedos), mostly couples but some solo and friend groups. No children or teens. A cold plunge area, a place for drinking tea, shallow and deeper hot pools. A room temperature pool, a sauna, and a large hot stone to lay on like lizards. There are alcoves on the main floor for individual massages. We were taken upstairs for our couples massage and given more tea. The attendants are all very gracious and the atmosphere is so calm and and relaxing. I think we maybe spent 3 hours there, including our massage and some soaking time again afterward, but there were no clocks. We didn't have our FitBit or phones in hand. I highly recommend the experience.

Me encantó Hammam Al Ándalus, el ambiente es precioso y muy relajante. Me gustó mucho el trato del personal. Destaco especialmente el masaje: muy profesional, relajante y justo lo que necesitaba. El único ‘pero’ que puedo poner es la educación de algunas personas que vienen a compartir la experiencia. Por supuesto esto no depende del sitio. Pero estaría bien que llamaran más la atención a ciertos comportamientos que pueden estropear la calidad de la experiencia. También puntualizar que creo que entra demasiada gente por sesión. Igualmente no es la primera vez que vengo, y si encuentro otra oferta, repetiré.

Hoy tuve la segunda experiencia en el Hammam Al Andalus. La primera fue excepcional con un masaje de los mejores que he tenido en la vida con María José. Fue cuidadosa , amable , atenta y fue aplicando la presión que me hacía bien para poder relajar las zonas de más tensión. Hoy he tenido otra muy buena experiencia con Verónica. Ha sido un placer recibir su masaje. Muy recomendable. Mi única sugerencia es que me gustaría la opción de poder elegir a los masajistas para aquellos que somos clientes regulares . Además estos masajistas recibirían un reconocimiento por la empresa debido a su solicitud por buen servicio. El lugar es espectacular, las piscinas , la decoración y el ambiente que invita a la relajación. Muy recomendable.

The place offers a relaxing experience with several different bath ranging from cold hot pool. It also has a steam room. The atmosphere is very calm, with low lighting mostly from candles, which adds to the ambiance. The low lighting really helps for relaxing. Our package included 30 minute massage. Due note that this is not a deep massage at all. So keep that in mind when booking. Once your 90 mins is up (30 mins massage and 60 mins bath), they ring a tiny bell to let you know. As part of our package we got two bottles of oil. The oil was okay. In my opinion the product quality could be improved. Finally, they use a lot of wax based candles for lighting which had unpleasant smell. It’d be better if they could change to soy based as it’ll make a big difference. Definitely recommend this, especially after a long walk around Alhambra.

First, we want to book straight to the website, but it doesn't work ( I don't know why) even though we try many times. Second, the staff are friendly and speak English well. I wish that when we come, they should sit down and tell us what to do or prepare before going inside. Because I thought I would get a massage first and then go for a hot bath or sauna later. So I come straight with my short without no one and wait until I see people wear swimming suit. So that's not good for people come the first time. The massage is okay, with 30 minutes you can't feel enough wow or relax for your body. You should choose the oil you want before they massage( that's in the tea area) I wish they should tell everyone to take a bath first and then massage in the end. Because if you massage and then you come to the bath with oil so that's not good too. From my perspective, they need to train all your staff about the system so it will not be uncomfortable for customers to use their services because the price is not cheap. Otherwise, that is the good place to relax, floating your soul in the hot bath. They have great decorations, 👍quiet, and the water drop make you connect with nature. They have towels, shower 🚿 area, dry hair area.

The hammam was cool. We enjoyed it. We've been to quite a few and this one is a definite 4 star, the atmosphere is great. We felt a little bit rushed in the beginning. Getting instructions as to what to do and the order was a little overwhelming for first timers. Plus they are trying to be quiet, so it was hard to hear the instructions. One real negative thing for me is they wouldn't allow water shoes or flip flops of any kind. You had to go bare foot. They is definite no no in my book. We were told to put on our bathing suit and meet just inside the pool area and get further directions. Another staff member then told us the what each pool was (hot, medium and cold) and pointed out the steam room. Please shower first and after any time you use the steam room. We were surprised that you didn't have to wear a bathing cap for your hair. By the time she explained the layout, and we showered, the massage guy came over and said it was time for our massage. We were able to drink some tea while waiting outside the room. I wish we were told to smell the 4 different oil scents that you can choose from. They were on the wall. We were just asked which scent we wanted, but we then noticed the samples so we quickly smelled them and made our choice. The massage was average. 45 minutes. Relaxing, both masseuses were very nice and cautious about keeping body parts covered. After we went back to the pools and had our soak. Trying each one at least once. Very nice atmosphere. The changing room gets crowded with multiple lockers on top of each other, not much room to change. Individual stations are set up to do your hair, makeup and that was really nice. We felt the price was reasonable enough for what you got. No photos inside as we locked our phones in the locker.

Le doy tres estrellas porque después de pasar por el Hamman Al-haram, la experiencia deja mucho que desear. Reservamos la experiencia con 15 minutos de masaje por 65 euros cada uno y aunque he de decir que el masaje es increíble y relajante, lo demás no lo es. No se cual es el aforo exacto pero hay bastante gente y aunque es cuestión de educación de cada uno, la gente habla como si estuviese en un bar y al final la zona de aguas no es nada relajante. Sinceramente relación calidad precio, recomendaría el Hamman Al-Haram, es una experiencia mucho más cercana y con un aforo muy reducido para poder así desconectar.

El lugar es muy bonito, el personal dentro en los baños es muy amable y el masajista ha sido un gran profesional. El servicio al cliente al frente de la recepción tiene muchas área de oportunidad, no resuelven ni dudas, ni te explican bien los servicios, te mandan a la página web o a mandar email para todo, no contestan el teléfono, llevo más de un mes esperando la factura y siempre que pregunto por ella me piden nuevamente los datos. Hay otros baños que son un encanto y menos gente, y excelente servicio al cliente y mejores precios.

Tenía grandes expectativas al visitar este hammam, especialmente por la historia y reputación del lugar. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el check-in fue fluido y el té que sirven es delicioso. Sin embargo, la experiencia dentro se siente poco acompañada. Una vez que entras prácticamente te olvidan: no hay guía del circuito ni explicación de los beneficios de cada estación, lo que hace que se pierda gran parte del ritual. Además, la alberca fría no estaba realmente fría y, lo más decepcionante, fue que el hammam no tenía la temperatura adecuada. Al comentarlo con el staff, me dijeron que el sistema era automático y que volviera en unos minutos, pero no cambió. Considerando el precio, la experiencia resulta excesiva para lo que ofrecen actualmente. Con más atención al detalle, mejor manejo de las temperaturas y un poco de storytelling sobre el ritual, podría ser una experiencia mucho más memorable.

I booked Jan 21st at 20:00, a package including 15 minutes massage, 15 minutes Kesse, Arab hammam for €85.5, which felt overpriced for the experience. The massage was okay. The worst part was at the end. An elderly blonde woman at the exit desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her tone was unpleasant, she handed me the black soap (included in the package) as if she was doing me a favor, and seemed annoyed when I asked for a simple bag to put the soap in. I was looking at products and she sarcastically asked if I knew where the exit was!! Overall, an average experience ruined by a very unprofessional ending.

Very expensive and could easily be improved. I went because my girlfriend wanted to go and I thought we would be together. But she did her 45 minute massage while I sat alone in the pools with all the other couples - and then I went for my massage - and she was alone. So much for a shared experience with my girlfriend. The masseur was male - which I don’t like - but I thought at least it would be a strong massage. It was a weak useless massage. Definitely not worth 100 euros each. Please schedule massages at the same time so couples can share the baths experience. Please offer choice of male or female masseur.

No good service when i book online i pay 56.7 € for Manager of Hammam Al Ándalus): Hello, I recently visited your hammam and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I did not expect the service to be this poor, especially considering the high price. All that was offered was moving between hot and cold water and steam rooms, and then showering by myself. There was no body cleaning, no scrubbing, no fragrances, and no staff providing any traditional hammam services. This was one of the worst experiences I have had as a visitor in Granada. In a traditional hammam, proper body cleansing and scrubbing services should be provided by trained staff. I was shocked that none of this was available. I do not recommend this place at all. Please be aware that visitors expect authentic hammam services, not just access to basic facilities. Thank you.
