This place has good tasting meat. They have many options to choose from. I ordered the Texas Brisket Sandwhich and it was delish! I got two different Bar-B-Q sauces to taste and my favorite one was the spicy. My meat didnt have any fat on it. I got my meal with smashed potato and a sweet tea. The portion was regular size, It is a little pricey but worth it. The place is nice and clean. They have ice cream too! I did see several people picking up doordash orders. The food was out quickly too. Will come again soon.

Food was three stars, service was five stars! The appetizer of original bbq wings were average, the cook was good but the sauce was ho hum. The brisket sandwich had good flavor but was a bit dry beneath the bark. I had the pork burnt ends and they were not very good. I had some for the first time two weeks ago at another bbq establishment and they were great so I thought I’d try them here, they were a major disappointment. The sides of okra and the creamy spinach were the highlights of the meal.

Never been to this one but other restaurants in other towns I tried ams usually clean environments and services usually awesome nice helpful and positive and fast services Definitely good food

I mean it’s fast food chain bbq, so don’t expect to have some revolutionary meal here. Atmosphere is ok, food was OK. In the end? No big excitement over the experience.

Tried to place an order online for my husband to pick up. It is not an option to pay when you pick up, you must pay by credit card (which we never do). So I called the restaurant to place the order for two, 2 meat specials that were shown online. The man on the phone informed me that he couldn’t take that order over the phone, that was an online special only. What? You offer it, but I can’t order it? And your website will not allow me to place an order & pay at the store when we pick up, instead of using a credit card! Stupid! So, Hubby decided to go ahead & stop in to pick up lunch, even though we couldn’t order ahead to have it ready. Now, on to the food…..lackluster at best. Canned pork n beans (heated at least), blah cold slaw, the okra was ok, but no smoke flavor in the meat at all (We tried 4 meats) but the ribs were tender. The chopped “brisket” (notice the quotes) was more like roast. All in all, a 2 rating is the best I can do. Those people who refer to this as true Texas BBQ, have obviously never had Texas BBQ & are delirious! Been there, done that - won’t be back.

A day old potato or a potato that was over it's time limit. A potato (baked) that has cooled and then reheated has a different color and tastes gross. Yea, it was not good. Barely any meat...like almost non existing. But, yea that potato was gross. Workers were awesome. Friendly and helpful. It was super clean in the restaurant.

The female manager didn't smile once. The brisket and sausage was overcooked mac n cheese tasted like it had been watered down and after I finished my meal, could only choke down maybe a third of it, I heard one of the employees say that they were just sick the night before and were at work! Sure enough, the next day I wake up sick as a dog! This place sucks! It's expensive, too. Definitely not worth anyone's time!

Tried for the first time since they’ve been here and the brisket was like eating a rubber chicken with no flavor, not to mention there was zero smoke flavor. When asking the staff about the smoking system they used, all they could tell me was they have the best cooking system in the country. This place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend this nasty place to anyone!

Didn’t know such a basic question like do you sell barbecue sauce like the other locations? Could really shut their brains off. 15 minutes to figure out how to sell me 2 cups of barbecue sauce while standing there acting like I asked a dumb question. Pure Idiocracy…

If you’re looking for a place with an employee that loves to argue, gives you 1/3 of your order and has an inconsistent quality of food this is the place to go! After placing a $200 order, all of which included 9 meals with little to no modifications, we were argued with and treated poorly for checking our bags because there was no way all of our food fit in one bag. The employee was very defensive and argued many times that checking the food would “affect the quality of the food” and assured us it was “all in the bag and if not, call back and let him know because he was too overwhelmed and stressed out over the order” After a huge ordeal was made by the employee as he raised his voice multiple times, we figured out we were missing all of our sides, multiple meals and a drink. While waiting for our food to be made we watched an employee lick sauce off of their fingers and proceed to grab our food and bag it. Overall it was a terrible experience, especially while trying to celebrate my parents’ birthdays. Never had an issue here before but after this interaction we won’t be going back.

THE FOOD IS 5 STAR. It was the rude and terrible svc from the 2 workers. This is me and my son's second time going in because the 1st time was so great with very friendly young men, very helpful, the price, the amount and the taste was superb. Because of this, my son wanted to go back! But this 2nd visit, the woman handling the food was VERY unpleasant. I even cracked a joke to lighten her mood, and she never smiled and didn't want to look at me as if she hated me. And the male-she who checked us out - also never smiled, timid, and wouldn't look up. The cashier didn't get my order right, spoke too quietly, and didn't give us our receipt or remind us of the ice cream. A man from back came to serve a couple next to us, told them of the free ice cream and they looked at us and we smiled and all 4 of us got happy about that. Sitting there eating was making me more upset because the rude lady smiled at the white folks.and greeted them and even joked with the he-she cashier but when I came up to ask for a cone with a smile, the woman handling the food immediately stopped smiling and walked away, glanced at me and looked away fast. I tried making the cashier smile too and nothing. Terrible service from these 2 people.

I was super excited to try Dickey's and had high hopes. Food was very mediocre for such a high price point. The rolls didn't taste or feel cooked all the way. Brisket was very bland and seemed like it wasn't seasoned. The sausage tasted good but was very, very, very greasy. Even after squeezing it in several paper towels, it would drip grease. I got the 3 meat plate for $15.50 and a pulled pork slider for $3. A third of the slider was a detached slab of pure fat. The meat wasn't pulled - just two slices on a roll. The burnt ends were mostly fat and skin with a very small amount of meat. The meat from the burnet ends and the sliced brisket itself was bland and super fatty. Even with bbq sauce it was bad. The best part of the whole meal was the Lays potato chips. Do not recommend whatsoever. Very disappointed.
