The food took a long time but we had a large crowd, 25 to be exact. They got our entire order correct, which is huge for me.The inside was really clean and the employees were friendly.

This burger king is one of kind because they feature a self serve icee machine with three flavors. This is unprecedented and deserve s recognition.

Went in for some coffee with the misses from our trip and really enjoyed the service from both people in the front it was two teenagers one was a girl the other a dark guy.

The chicken sandwich were yummy and the free ice cream cones were delicious.

Tatiana helped me this evening. She is so kind and happy. She has such a beautiful smile and a coworker was clocking in as I was about to order and she greeted him with a big smile as well. It’s u fortunate that many of fast food workers aren’t so nice these days, but Tatiana is a great employee.

This is the nicest burger king in the world. Also being pistachio season there are farmworkers everywhere offering various services such as windshield wiper installation. It's a one stop shop

The food is good and i definitely recommend it by anyone charging their teslas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The night crew made my food perfect . Definitely recommend!! Thank you manager Wendy and Gilbert and the friendly kitchen staff .

I went here last night and the staff was very friendly. They took my order and within about 5 minutes my order came out. The tables were pretty clean but i just wish they had some music in the lobby because its a bit quiet in there.

Went there to order a bunch of items from the app, received them relatively quickly and enjoyed the feeling of getting my money’s worth, would go there again!

Stopped to recharge my car at Tesla supercharger. This was right next to us. Perfect place and service was decent. This was located in a Hispanic part of town and the server couldn’t speak Spanish and could follow Spanish accent which I could understand. Food was good as always

The food was good and I can't complain about it. At least it's not all smashed or soggy. The food looked very good. Service, on the other hand, can be better. You would think they would be more friendlier, but they are not. And why do I have to drive forward them backwards. So they act like they are being prompt. Well their not.

I stopped here twice during my trip to Pismo Beach, to charge my Tesla. The staff is very friendly and offered an extra mini ice cream cone to my toddler. I recommend Onion rings and chicken nuggets. I wish they also had some freshly prepared healthy smoothies.

Small Burger King in a small town. A homeless man came in and asked for a burger since he had no money They told him no and then threw away food from a previous messed up order right infront of him. Sad.

Put is good but on the drive-thru at night time in all the lights are on and they don't say anything about that is closed or something

The bathroom gets used a lot due to location and crew are busy so it doesn't get checked as often as needed.

They have a woman's bathroom, a all genders bath room but no men's bathroom... Not very inclusive.

I did not eat here. Others say it's pretty good. Atmosphere is ok.

Trays feel very dirty, wiped with a dry napkin it was black, the catsup dispenser was visably dirty didnt notice until i was wondering why it was sticky, told the hostess about both items and wiped the tray so she could see, she was very sorry and understood i would not be the only one to notice this ans said she would take care of it right away, she asked if I wanted anything complementary, nice gesture. I told her no thank you, I hope I don't get sick from eating here. Hopefully they follow through with some sanitary training with the employees, again she was very nice.

This Burger King location always closes at 9 p.m. I've seen people let down and hungry, come to a locked door while charging their Tesla's. Front door is closed off with yellow wet floor markers.

No music or sounds. Very quiet and creepy. No one to take the order so I used the kiosk. Food was fine. Near Tesla chargers. Nice employees. Employees doing the best they can. Bad management.

Food was cold and took 30 minutes to get my order.

When I order here the fries are always cold the meat is always burned.

No Men restrooms in this location.

This place use to be great. Now you would be lucky if they have lettuce. Lately they don't have cups or straws or ketchup or let's... I'm not joking. They take a long time to get the orders done. I feel bad for the employees because you can tell it's not their fault. Bad management or something. Last time I was here all friers were down. The employees did their best to still give us a good experience but you can only do so much.

The burgers here are delicious, but I've came here a few times already and they take for ever to give you your order. I think they might either be understaffed or they are taking their time to make sure the burgers are perfect! I'd give it a 1 star, but giving 2 because I like the burgers... don't come here during your lunch break unless you only see 1-2 cars.. even then you're risking spending all of your lunch time waiting! I normally don’t go to Burger King in greenfield because the customer service is bad but recently I went first time same service but the food was great this time the service was great but the food wasn’t i ordered a whopper added cheese and extra mayo well the put so much mayo it was inedible I couldn’t eat it even after I tried remove the excess mayo it was like they put a cup of mayo i tried to coke it down because it was my lunch fur work I will never go back to this Burger King again and I live in greenfield .so disappointed what a waste of money .oh and they always have me drive forward then back so they don’t get in trouble for taking too long. Anson or DM Alvaro would have fired anyone that didn't take care of a customer.. Completely unacceptable.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment. I was given the wrong order and it tasted very disgusting!! I ordered an original chicken burger, received a junior chicken... Place was empty and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes for a $10 order. I overheard one of them saying “minimum work for minimum wage”. After 30 minutes they still got the order wrong, everyone was just standing around.

Management is the biggest issue for this franchise, they are not proffesional. I've never ever thought I would ever write a review in my life but omg after living here for a couple years I have never seen a establishment with the customer service being so bad as this one. It does not matter if it's dead empty they will take so long on your order and on top of that they will still get your order wrong. I've been going for years and from my experience they will get your order wrong 3/5 times and I wish that was the only thing. I don't know how they do it but they hire the most moody employees that look like there forced to be there I don't matter if you try to be kind, they will still give you a face of annoyance/anger for some reason. The reason I am saying this is for maybe a chance that a regional manger or someone can maybe help change this because I'm not sure who there hire team is but they have not been doing a good job everyone in this town knows that BK is unreliable and you kind of second guess to go there because of all the problems they have.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been around the country enough for that to mean something. Always wrong, missing ingredients they didn’t say were out even after remaking the food, terrible (terrible!!!) restrooms, and actually closed hours early tonight. Oh, and they made me wait 30 minutes for a $6 order like that other reviewer once, too. Got it wrong, just like they did with the other guy, and with me, virtually every time. I don’t really eat at bk because it’s not that good, but this one is really convenient, I am genuinely stunned that it’s still open, and corporate should absolutely close it. It really gives off a “we don’t care, and won’t say we do either” impression.

I started to write a positive review until I see customers leave because they stopped serving breakfast and a girl at the register took another customers order incorrectly. I think this Burger King has very big issues. Employees need better training and service needs to update to match the competition (breakfast). Good luck. My order thankfully was ok.

Came by at 10PM 5/11/2022 and the girls cleaning hide and acted like it was closed. When online it said they close at 11PM. I was charging my Tesla next to the restaurant and I saw more than 8 cars go in the drive thru within the 15min I was there. Management you want to take a look at this! You’re losing business!

Food is always delicious and everything but The Night manager Gilbert is very rude and passive aggressive. Always calling me “bro”. Like I don’t know him like that to be coming at me like that. That’s not very professional in my opinion. When he also gives out your food through drive tru. He be giving dirty looks and slams the window shut once you receive your food. Most of the times I’ve gone he doesn’t even look like he’s in his senses. he got into it with my girlfriend once and was yelling at her while his General manager was on the phone. I usually come acroos this burgerking and service is so slow. I ordered a coffee on the app and waited 5 min for drive theu service. There was nobody else on line. Only me. She asked me 5 mins later. After i told her my online order she told me to pull up. At the window, she informed me that “ We dont sell coffee after 8 PM, ill make just for this time, but dont order after 8 PM again” It was 8:23. If im not able to order why there is an option for coffee and its not showing “ This item is not available in selected location”. Maybe u should close from your settings after 8 PM instead of informing. She was nice but this place is horribly slow and has management problems for sure.

While I was in the area, I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, and options were pretty limited especially when it came to fast or ready-made meals. Because of that, I reluctantly stopped at Burger King, even though I’ve always been skeptical about the quality of their burgers based my experience . I usually prefer Wendy’s, as their burgers tend to look and taste the way a proper burger should. Despite holing to get a freshly made burger as advertised on the poster on the same restaurant wall, what I received was far below expectations. The burger looked extremely unappetizing and nothing close to fresh. As shown in the attached photos, it was clearly poorly reheated, likely from frozen patties, and lacked any sign of being freshly prepared.

And manger was so rude i order one Berger and one order mozzarella stick…after 20 minutes when i ask for my food she ( manager) her name is sherlyn said we don’t have 10 hands….and then i cancel my order and my wife want to use restroom but restroom was lock and she said if you don’t want buy food you cannot use restroom…..I really disappointed to Berger king and management.

Very rude people. They didn't let me use the restaurant even though I used Drivetru. They asked for a receipt and I refused. You're just an employee there and you can't make rules in the name of Burger King as you wish.

I walked in at 10 pm and asked if they were still open. The woman (Latina?) at the counter was staring down at the register and didn’t respond. I waited for a moment and asked again, but she continued to ignore me. When I asked a third time and cheerfully said “Hello?”, she finally looked up and snapped at me: “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I was shocked — I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. We simply turned around and left immediately. I will never set foot in this place again.

They responded very negatively, "Please, pay attention to the seller." 😡😡😡 10.29.2025 Today was the second time I was here and I was absolutely convinced that I will never come here again. Only the drive thru is 24 hours, a fact not indicated online. I went through the drive through on my bike after the car in front of me. Waited, but no one took my order, so i went around the side. Turns out, the one person who seemed to working there just ignored me because a bike isn't a vehicle, apparently. Even though i have to obey the say traffic laws as a car. She didn't seem interested in taking my order until i pulled my phone out. Oddly, when she gave me my burgers, they were already cold and the cheese not melted. Are they microwaving already made burgers, I wonder?

Although the map indicated 24-hour service, I arrived at the store at 10 PM to find the door locked. Only a small window for the service driver remained open, with five or six people waiting outside the window and no one inside – it seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen. I left without ordering anything.

While I was placing a mobile order from the parking lot before heading into New York, my pregnant wife went inside to use the restroom. As she entered, a young child politely held the door open for her. Suddenly, a female staff member—an African American woman—ran from behind the counter and aggressively told my wife she couldn't use the bathroom unless she made a purchase. My wife calmly explained that we *were* placing an order. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member refused to listen, dismissing the situation entirely. When my wife pointed out she was pregnant, the worker callously responded, "I don't care." Then, without provocation, she accused my wife of being racist. Let me be clear: my wife is not Caucasian—she is brown—and even if she were, that would not justify this kind of treatment. Her appearance shouldn’t trigger anyone’s assumptions. This encounter was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We are disgusted by the behavior at this location. No one—especially a pregnant woman—should be treated this way. I will continue to report this issue and leave reviews until we receive a formal apology from Burger King.

I placed an order through the app (which went through), but was greeted with a hand-written "closed" sign. No idea how to get a refund. Meanwhile there's a big "open 24/7" sign in the window. Just be honest and list the hours you're actually open.
