Nice cozy spot to stop by get coffee and snack for a road or to sit down and enjoy , either way you chose will be nice. Service is very nice, friendly and pleasant. Prices lower than most of others DD I visited and food taste good. They were busy when we entered but lady was doing her best to accommodate everyone order and she did it good and all with polite smile and nice attitude. Truly suggest this place stop by and enjoy, service, food, drinks and other offers

Coffee & egg sandwich, egg bites (no more egg white bites) & avocado toast is pretty good for a fast food. Everything was warm & fresh tasting. (Not a frequent flyer, but recommend for on the go)
The quality of coffee you get is sadly inconsistent. Some days it tastes great and some days it tastes like bitter water. Service is fairly quick, and usually, the employees are pleasant.
Took a while to get my order, but that’s because there was only 1 person working the drive thru! My coffee was made perfectly and my bagel was a little more toasted than I wanted, but still good nonetheless. I’ll definitely come back to this location!
Good service, great staff! But can I make one request: Please stop placing the "The wait is over" sticker on the plastic lid of the cold beverage drinks in the drive thru? The adhesive never fully comes off and it is right where the straw is inserted. From a food quality and food safety standpoint this is unacceptable.

Guys... I'm there nearly every day. This is like... the 6th time in a row that you can't get this right. Avocado toast with bacon means with BACON. Not this. I'm not sure if it's an inventory issue or what, but just take it off the menu if you run out! You guys are always awesome with my drinks, but this has happened nearly every time the last 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe just retrain whoever is doing the food? I really do love you guys and wanna support you but this is getting annoying.

Two things- 1)There’s an overwhelming smell of septic/sewage as you leave your car in the parking lot. 2) Entering the store, if a car pulls in the drive through they will take precedence over you waiting at the counter. The first worker went over to the screen to assist the drive through customer. The second worker came out, said “what’s up” almost under his breath, with what looked like vanilla frosting at the corner of his mouth. That’s how I was greeted. Seemed like I was inconveniencing him. Also, the attitude from the first worker seemed a bit indignant when I asked if they had any holiday donuts. “Just what’s there.” The donuts were fine, but a little courtesy and less sewage smell would go a long way.

Im.only leaving 2 stars bc I really like some of the people that work there but the staff on Tuesday June 24th should all be let go. $12 right in the garbage
I love Dunkin and loved that they were in Greenwood Lake 10 minute walk. But I've noticed in the past year that they have the worst Donuts. But i've noticed that trend with all the dunkin' donuts. But today, I stopped by for extra large coffee. The cup was half full cold and 90% milk. And it's not the first time. I don't blame the staff. Management is to blame. Proper training and quality control are needed there. I love the convenience of the drive-through, but I'm done with them.
This is a terrible Dunkin. I ordered a large hot decaf blueberry with one Splenda no dairy. I had to wait a ridiculously long time to order inside and then received my coffee with dairy in it. I had to wait another five to six minutes for someone to come back to the counter to remake my very simple coffee order. Neither of the men working there apologized for the mix up or the painfully long process of getting the correct order. The associates are rude, there's usually not enough straws or sugar and the bathroom always looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the store opened. I've only been here three times and two of them weren't great but this one sealed it for me. I'll never be back.
We were tired and cold after snow tubing at Mount Peter and we stopped in for a warm treat and there was nothing left at 3pm. The staff was so rude and a startled with our party and said he ran out of hot cocoa. I didn’t buy that I think he just didn’t want to be bothered with us. We frequent Mt. Peter and we will drive to another Dunkin instead of this one.
Probably the 10 th time I use the drive thru and have to go inside because my hot coffee is ice cold after asking to please make a hot coffee I’m confronted with attitude and and rude service today was the last straw for me and voiced my frustration to the manager and was only confronted with more rude and disrespectful responses unfortunately most people pass through and are half way home when they realize the order is wrong the coffee is bitter and cold and myself and plenty of other folks live here and unfortunately get this service on a regular basis and I’m not dealing with it anymore goes to show why this town with one traffic light has 3 coffee houses
If you're going to invest in a franchise you need to also invest in having well trained and sufficient staff. Putting profits ahead of customer service is a failed business plan. The person at the counter struggled and had no clue how to ring up an order and serve customers and then spilled hot coffee on my clothes and shoes. I don't blame him .. I blame the owner for not caring enough. I'll never visit that DD again and suggest caution for those who do.
After visiting this establishment multiple times, I have found that it consistently falls short in terms of service and quality. The lack of doughnuts, despite the name, is unacceptable. The management appears to be inadequate, exhibiting a lack of care and attention to detail. The staff seems to be underqualified and disinterested, leading to a poor customer experience. The drive-thru line frequently extends far beyond the establishment's parking lot, causing frustration for customers. To improve, a change in management and staff is necessary, as well as a focus on providing the products and services that the establishment is named for.

Service is so slow. Just utter chaos with the employees. Leave it to the next person to fix. Got my order in 3 different increments. And when I ordered they had blueberry muffins on display which i paid for. By the time I finally got my order they had no blueberry muffins left. Had to walk out the without it. Don't think I will be back.
given this Dunkin multiple tries the coffee always has a burnt taste to it. The donuts are stale. And the last two times I’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches they have been served black. The staff and managers there don’t seem to care, seems more like a hangout then a business it’s extremely unprofessional to be cursing when customers are around.save your money and go to another Dunkin
I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk today and inquired about the purpose of the cold foam machine from two employees. I watched the employee prepare my drink—adding matcha powder, warm water to dissolve it, sugar, the white liquid (cold foam), and oat milk. Despite consistently requesting oat milk due to lactose intolerance, my iced matcha latte has always tasted like whole milk. It is unacceptable for the barista or cashier to assume all customers want cold foam in their drinks without confirming. When I raised this issue, the manager rudely dismissed my concerns, claiming I received all my orders and then telling me to "have a good day." Such dismissive behavior from a manager is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this location. I will not return. While the employees were friendly, the manager's attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I take my lactose intolerance seriously and expect respectful service and proper handling of my concerns.
Was surprised to see the drive through open at 4:30am. What a mistake. After a bite or 2 of a bagel I couldn’t take the horrible stench. After further inspection I realized the wrapping was covered in insecticide. You have to be kidding me.
Absolutely disgusting, I get breakfast from here often and to my surprise there’s mold on both slices of bread in my sandwich.

Cold brew tasted watered down, went to get it remade but the oven was on fire and the store was closed after. Went to green wood lake Dunkin and it was made right the first time
