Delicious artisan chocolate from Yucatan, Mx. Excellent service, they give you a tour of the store, samples of many chocolates with pepper, chipotle, oregano and many other flavors plus an explanation on how they make the chocolate starting from the cocoa bean. A whole experience for the chocolate lovers like me.

Delicious, go try it! The price is high because they say they support cacao farming and add a markup to their products so the farmers receive a benefit or incentive. The young man is very helpful and explains the products well.

A wonderful experience and the best chocolate in Mexico. The manager gave us samples of almost all their products and told us about the company and their process. I find it interesting that in the country that originated chocolate, it's hard to find good chocolate these days. But here you will find chocolate as good as any in the world, maybe the best, and in a wonderful shop with a friendly staff.

Notice to all lovers of good 100% Mexican chocolate, I recommend a must-visit Ki'Xocoplatl and try their delicacies, for a craving, a good gift or simply a pampering to the soul!! I am addicted to pecans covered in white chocolate, they are layers of flavor 🤤 you bite and reach the center of the crunchy nut and when you chew you taste caramel, a pinch of salt and more chocolate it is edible love 🤭!!! And you know what we love most about this store??? All the collaborators also infect you with their passion for chocolate 😍 There is nothing more to say than my tummy and I highly recommend them!!! 🤤👍👍👍

Highly recommended. The place has parking, and upon entering, they have Covid-19 prevention measures in place. It's also very clean and organized. The girl who served me was very attentive and friendly. They have a wide variety of chocolate products, and the prices are in line with the quality. It's definitely worth stopping by and buying something.

This chocolate is amazing. Walked by several times before I went in. It’s artisanal chocolate made in Mexico. I wish it was closer to the next time I saw my mother. I would but her chocolate. It’s so good. Bought some for myself and I’m sure I’m going back to get some for friends back home. We’ll soon GDL will be home too. And I will stop by this place often.

The girls who worked there were very friendly as soon as we walked into the shop. They explained several things about the chocolates they had available, although it was a shame the shop was so poorly stocked. I had seen videos and photos of the place, and it was nothing like it looked in the pictures. The chocolates themselves are delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it.

She gave us something to try and we really liked it, we ordered some drinks, unfortunately the flavor was not what we expected but without a doubt the chocolate bar that my boyfriend bought was the winning star 🥇I would come back to try the chocolates!!!

First of all, I'd like to highlight the attentive service, and the people serving are probably the owners, as they seem very knowledgeable and well-prepared about the product they sell. I was surprised when they mentioned a chocolate that won a competition in France for its great flavor. They have a wide variety. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I expected their chocolate to be richer, and the prices are exorbitant. However, in defense of the business, I can say that this is most likely the normal price for chocolate of this quality in a commercial establishment in that area. Regarding the flavor, I must also say that I'm not an expert, and I'm perhaps more accustomed to traditional commercial chocolate. But anyway, I must say that these chocolates seemed to me to be about double or triple the price of Swiss chocolates, and I personally didn't like that fact.

All things considered, it was a bitter experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very kind, attentive, and respectful woman named Elizabeth. She explained the award-winning chocolates and most of their products. I told her I was looking for a gift, and frankly, she was a great help and offered excellent advice. However, later, an elderly woman from the same staff appeared, with a somewhat indifferent attitude toward her customer (me). I greeted her and received a more obligatory than friendly response. I didn't dwell on it and preferred to continue chatting with the saleswoman (Elizabeth). While preparing my purchase, I decided to take photos of the place to upload to an Instagram story and for this review. The woman from earlier looked at me with a very subtle expression of displeasure, because I felt someone was watching me. Feeling uncomfortable taking photos, I turned around, and it was her. She asked, "Why the photos?" I replied, "For my social media." The woman: aah (in a disapproving tone, as if I were lying). Me: Is there a problem, or are photos prohibited? The woman: Yes, because we've had issues with people. Me: —Surprised and even more uncomfortable with what she said— I deleted the photos and showed her my gallery and my trash can. I went back to the register with Elizabeth, asking, "Why the name 'Ki'Xocolatl'?" out of simple curiosity. She gave me a seemingly correct answer, but immediately the woman from before corrected me in an arrogant tone. Next, I took what I bought, thanked Elizabeth for her service, and left. If there are no photos or evidence of the establishment, it's because of that woman's awful attitude toward me, because seriously, there wasn't a "no photography" sign anywhere on the walls. P.S. The chocolate tastes delicious, and the store smells amazing.
