I don't recommend ordering from this store's platform. The food quality is terrible. Several times the sides (salsa, rice soup, cold soup, and even the fried tacos) have arrived spoiled. The salsa is just water now, and the tortillas were the same; they smelled sour. The worst part is that I filed a report for a refund, and they refused. They're nothing like the chain they used to be. They're not as cheap, and the quality leaves much to be desired. 😡

It was awful. My husband bought it for me, and out of respect, I never asked him where he got this disgusting thing. I just asked him where he bought it. What's wrong with you? Can't you do your job properly? The chicken wasn't even roasted right. It was seriously bad, it was appalling. I'll never buy from there again.

Very bad service. I ordered potatoes and they gave me all of them black and greasy and tasted like old oil. The package gave me a choice between nopales, mashed potatoes, and soup. I asked for soup and they gave me whatever they wanted (mashed potatoes).

Terrible service. Out of 4 times, 3 times they don't have what they're supposed to be selling, there are never any extras, the cashier is glued to the phone talking to her friend about outings and doesn't attend to anyone. Everything was served to me completely cold except for the soda.

Bad service, he wants to charge me more for half coins that are no longer valid. When I arrived, I asked him if I could eat there and he said yes, but when I gave him the chicken and after I told him that his coins were no longer valid, he told me that he was going to close and he still gave me an incomplete chicken. They should put people who actually want to work and who actually care about their jobs in place of more responsible people.

They used to offer decent service, now it's terrible. The chicken was very small, although it tasted good. I won't be returning because they've eliminated the restaurant service.

Today, September 14th, I went to buy a 2 for 189 promotion. When I got home, I realized the chicken was very tough and dry, and the sauces tasted like they were almost spoiled. They also didn't give me the whole chickens that were advertised in the promotion. Honestly, the chicken tasted terrible; it seemed like it was days old. 😡😡😡😡😡

BAD SERVICE THEY DIDN'T SEND US TORTILLAS OR CHILI AND THE DELIVERY MAN WAS UPSET FOR DOING THE SERVICE BECAUSE OF HOW DISTANT IT WAS. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE ORDER THEY LEFT ME HANGING UP ON THE PHONE AND THEN THEY JUST HUNG UP THE CALL. WHAT AWFUL SERVICE. WE AS CONSUMER WILL DISCARD THEIR PRODUCT. IN ADDITION TO IT BEING EXPENSIVE, THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE COMPLETE SERVICE.

Very good service, but it's true that when there are a lot of people, the cashier(s) help pack the food. A couple of days ago, I was one of the first sales people that day, and the chicken seemed reheated and was very burnt and dry, and the tortillas were too thick and raw.

Good deals, but the bad thing is that the chickens are already a bit small, and if you order tacos, the staff always gives you less. I think they'll have to swallow them. Several times, my wife and I have been given less, but it's always one or two.

The chicken was delicious, but the cashier, as soon as she takes the money, comes into the kitchen and touches the food. She's rude, but what I really find excessive is how rude she is to elderly people. It's just not right! Even with the competition across the street, they don't improve their attitude. They're ill-mannered and disrespectful. Good food, but terrible service.
