My congratulations to Pollo Feliz, Monumental branch!!! I want to share that I placed an order through the DiDi food platform. The delivery person delivered an incomplete order. I informed him immediately, but he didn't resolve the issue, nor did the platform. When I contacted the production manager and verified my situation, he and the branch staff kindly delivered the missing product. I congratulate and appreciate their attention, kindness, and problem resolution.

The chicken used to be cheap, but not anymore... The chicken is okay, nothing special. The service is adequate, and the quality and flavor are acceptable. I'd give it 4 out of 5 because the chickens are small, the price is high (like everywhere else), and the portion of sauce and tortillas is too small. They could improve!

I buy it because my son really likes it, but I honestly don't think the price is worth it because the chickens are getting smaller and thinner. 😅 The French fries are delicious, but the quantity for a "medium" fries isn't comparable to other places. The tortillas they serve here are awful. What I must acknowledge is that this branch has a very committed manager, who always seems productive at work, attentive to cleanliness, and striving for customer satisfaction.

I don't recommend ordering from this store's platform. The food quality is terrible. Several times the sides (salsa, rice soup, cold soup, and even the fried tacos) have arrived spoiled. The salsa is just water now, and the tortillas were the same; they smelled sour. The worst part is that I filed a report for a refund, and they refused. They're nothing like the chain they used to be. They're not as cheap, and the quality leaves much to be desired. 😡

It was awful. My husband bought it for me, and out of respect, I never asked him where he got this disgusting thing. I just asked him where he bought it. What's wrong with you? Can't you do your job properly? The chicken wasn't even roasted right. It was seriously bad, it was appalling. I'll never buy from there again.

Terrible service. Out of 4 times, 3 times they don't have what they're supposed to be selling, there are never any extras, the cashier is glued to the phone talking to her friend about outings and doesn't attend to anyone. Everything was served to me completely cold except for the soda.

Bad service, he wants to charge me more for half coins that are no longer valid. When I arrived, I asked him if I could eat there and he said yes, but when I gave him the chicken and after I told him that his coins were no longer valid, he told me that he was going to close and he still gave me an incomplete chicken. Today, September 14th, I went to buy a 2 for 189 promotion. When I got home, I realized the chicken was very tough and dry, and the sauces tasted like they were almost spoiled. Very good service, but it's true that when there are a lot of people, the cashier(s) help pack the food. A couple of days ago, I was one of the first sales people that day, and the chicken seemed reheated and was very burnt and dry, and the tortillas were too thick and raw.

The chicken was delicious, but the cashier, as soon as she takes the money, comes into the kitchen and touches the food. She's rude, but what I really find excessive is how rude she is to elderly people. It's just not right! Even with the competition across the street, they don't improve their attitude.
