Second visit after 2 years ago. Still very quaint Italian restaurant. Love it. Okay so it’s not Italy but the chef puts his own spin on these flavorful Italian dishes. I split the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parma with my friend. We ate it all. My other friend got the salmon over the red sauce. He said the salmon. was great. The cream brûlée was so creamy and sweet.

Lighting is a little to bright! With the food and atmosphere less lighting would have me buying more wine and probably dessert after dinner.

Excellent bar and food place, the food is very unique Italian themed and the bar upstairs has a very unique atmosphere and entrance. Words cannot describe it. Definitely a good vibe in there. The drinks are bomb good 👍

Must have pizza in colonia americana. Nestled near main avenue of Chapultepec area Osteria 10 is a must visit for anyone looking for unique/quality pizza. We ordered the pizza tartufo Nero and ravioli Gorgonzola e Noci and both were fantastic. The pizza was increíble, very flavorful and came with wonderful sauces. Pizza can easily split with 2 people. We also ordered ravioli Gorgonzola pasta and it was great. Very flavorful. For drinks I tried house red wine and my gf tried house white wine and both wines were excellent. Service was great and server recommended pizzas/pasta plates and we enjoyed both options. All in all, Osteria is 10/10 must visit. Their Neapolitan pizza is amazing and have number of different and unique pizzas. We are craving coming back just to try another pizza that caught our attention. Oh and 2 glasses of good quality wine, pizza, and order of pasta was about 700 pesos around 37 USD, awesome deal.

I decided to give this establishment a second change and I’m delighted that I did. The service was amazing, very profesional but also welcoming. They were really busy but there was not an instance where waiter, bar tender and others were checking if everything was ok. The food came out really fast and it was delicious. We had lasagna, pollo ala parmigiana, pizza, and crème brûlée. Simple fantastic !!

Best Italian food I’ve ever had in GDL!! Definitely recommend. I’ve been to all other popular places and this one has always been the best! Please pese their carpaccio di manzo and their nero pizza. Pastas are also the best!

My favorite Italian restaurant in GDL. The pizza marker saw I was sitting alone and came to offer me company and talk about the restaurant (really appreciate the random act of kindness) ordered the Prosciutto Pizza (cooked perfectly) and had a glass of sangria as well. Came back the next day for lunch to have the Bruschetta plate. Will visit again next trip 🍕🍕🍞🍞🥗🥗

It's been a while since the last time I was here; however, somethings never change. Loved it!!! The pizza was great. The waitress got my order wrong, but the salmon she brought me was delicious regardless. My only concern is that the red wine sold by the glass was too cold and I had to let warm for a while. Their sangria is must have.

This little neighborhood restaurant is buzzling with locals and has a variety of choices. We took our time and ordered one dish at a time. The caprese de octupus was delicious, the Greek salad was a delight, spaghetti marisco was very different and we enjoyed the surprise. Then we head the salmon, and topped it off with a desert like creme brulee. Dinner and service was an absolute delight. Make reservations, especially during the weekend. It's packed. I forgot to take photos of each dish, they were so Jimmy forgot.

So I I’ve never left a review for a restaurant before, but I felt the need to here. This place and the owner were fantastic. We just stopped in for a couple drinks and some food to snack on, but it turned out to be our favorite stop in Guadalajara. They were clearly very busy when we walked up, but they promptly sat us down at a table and brought us drinks quickly. Once we ordered food, it took some time to bring it out, but we didn’t notice all that much, as we expected the food to take some time when they were as busy as they were. When the food came out, it was great. The pasta dish we ordered was a small portion, but for good reason as the dish was rich and fantastic. The appetizers were just as good as well and portioned large enough that they didn’t get finished. What really did it though was that after the food was gone, the owner brought a waitress over that spoke fantastic English to explain how sorry they were that our food took so long and offered any combination of drinks or dessert that we would like in order to apologize. This place is filled with great food and even better people. I’d give them a 10/5 if I could.

40 minute wait for spaghetti 🍝 and not crowded. I ordered before the table beside me and they not only receive their Pizza first, they actually finished it before I got my food. Good food though

The pizza was outstanding, the ravioli was good but a little light in the filling, service was also outstanding and the prices were very good and reasonable 👍 for Guadalajara restaurants! Highly recommended that you try this place especially if you are craving a really good wood fired pizza!

Stopped by for a snack and wine. Carpaccio de pulpo is delicious. It’s a tasty appetizer that pairs well with a glass of wine. I had a glass of Tempranillo which was light and refreshing. My only complaint is that they don’t offer more wines by the glass.

Location is amazing and it's a must stop for the pizza. I've had pizza all around the world including Italy and it's easily a Top 5 pizza. Don't get the lasagna, it takes forever to come out and taste is a bit weird. Also the guys restroom is extremely rustic with no running water to wash your hands. I would definitely come back for the pizza!!

Lo único malo es que se saturan, con los pedidos de las plataformas y te toca esperar, hay que ir con paciencia. El personal hace todo lo posible para ser eficiente pero no siempre logran con todo.

Pedí por Rappi el día de hoy un combo y uno de 15 cm y solo me llegó el de 15 cm. De verdad que no entendería como alguien que está viendo un pedido puede omitir esto, qué coraje porque pierdes tiempo. Mejor daré de baja la aplicación

The pizza had decent flavor but it was soup like and I couldn’t even get it on my plate without everything falling off. A little disappointed because the potential was there. The caprese salad was good though.

Deberian de tener la opcion de -1 * y le ponia -5 Es increible ayer visete el lugar hambrienta , solo estaba 1 chica en mostrador limpiando la vitrina y despues de que llegas y ves menu , promos ect .Yo hambrienta ya lista para ordenar .Me sale con que por el momento solo tiene ensaladas .Llevaba a mis 2 mascotas las cuales estaban exaustas por el trayecto yo hambrienta para que me salgan con esto Noooooo Puede Ser de verdad me dio Mucho Coraje la vez anterior que fui salieron con que solo tenian 1 sabor de pan y ahora nada .👺👹👺👹👹👹Que pasa es Zona de Chspultepec ?????? Hoy compramos dos sándwiches en esta sucursal por el teléfono y todo mal, no sé si fue por la hora, posiblemente había más pedidos, no somos los únicos pero estuvo mala la comida, no me llegó como lo pedí, el pan estaba feo, no tenía queso ninguno de los dos y estaba todo seco sin salsa. Preferible que me cancelen el servicio a qué me vendan algo solo por sacarlo y todo mal hecho. Decepcionado.

No entiendo porque tienen un sucursal de paletas Manhattan si no la van atender . 4 personas atendiendo la barra de baguettes otro más limpiando botes de nieve y en 20 min ninguno atendió las nieves . Sino pueden pues quiten la paleteria 🙄🙄🙄

Hoy por la mañana pasé con mi novia por un subway y me encontré con una persona nefasta, un tipo que al entrar ni siquiera dijo buenos días y no volteo, nos paramos un buen rato frente al mostrador esperando nos atendiera y el cuate seguía preparando 2 subway el los cuales tardo horas, me imagino que para alguna plataforma por qué no había más gente, le indiqué que quería hacer pedido y con su mala cara y voz baja me dijo algo que no logré entender, seguí esperando y siguió ignorándonos, después salió una tipa del baño que solo le hizo segunda en su pésimo servicio… Me cuesta entender que una franquicia de ese nivel maneje personal con tan bajo perfil, no cabe duda que nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca tanto que decidimos retirarnos y buscar otra opción
