On February 14th, I went with my girlfriend to this sushi place, and the experience was excellent. Even though we expected a lot of people for the date, the atmosphere was relatively calm, allowing us to enjoy it without feeling rushed. The food was the highlight of the evening. The sushi was exquisite, with fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavors. The drinks also perfectly complemented the experience, giving the dinner a special touch. The only thing to consider is that it took a while to bring the food, but that's understandable, as sushi is a craft that requires time and dedication. It was definitely worth the wait. Another highlight is the aesthetics of the place, which were very well maintained and helped create a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience: good food, a good atmosphere, and we were completely satisfied. Definitely a place we would return to!

The fried gyoza were tasty, but they were a little underfilled. The aguachile sushi was delicious. The chicken in the udon was very good, but the udon itself lacked flavor; it was a bit bland. The Calpico was good, although somewhat diluted. The dressings were very tasty. Overall, the food was good and the service was good. I recommend it! 👍🏼

Ambiente agradable, la bebida Sake mojito de fresa muy agradable, el udon con pollo teriyaki le faltó un poco de sabor a la pasta, estaba muy neutra sin sabor. Variedad de platillos para elegir.

Nunca lo habia probado, pero la verdad todo lo que pedimos de muy buen sabor, y bien servido, lo unico que no me gusto es que bos dijeron que pasaramos por el pedido en 1 hora y 1/2 fui en ese tiempo y todavia espere como 30 minutos mas a que estuviera listo, de ahi en fuera todo perfecto la verdad se los recomiendo.

I've been there about 7 times since I discovered this place, I've been back because the food is great but today was the second time I've had bad service, the first time they gave my plate to the diner next to me after seeing their mistake they wanted to give it to me saying that "I hadn't touched it" and today they didn't put in my companion's order apparently because they had already delivered all the orders of 4 people who arrived after us, honestly I don't feel like going anymore after what happened, if you're going to go keep in mind that you'll be waiting a long time and something might happen to your order, of course you know the food is good but I think they should improve that aspect.

This was the worst sushi dinner experience I've ever had. It started with the terrible service from the waitress (a short, fair-skinned girl with glasses), who didn't introduce herself and took our order with a sour face. It's worth noting that we arrived at 8:30 pm and the restaurant says it closes at 10 pm on Fridays... I placed my order, and what I specifically asked for wasn't available. To clarify, the order was (bubble tea, Calpico, Cosmo Special, octopus miso soup, and shrimp skewers). Initially, I was served by a friendly, tall girl. Before ordering anything, I asked her to tell me what was unavailable, and she told me they had everything. After barely 10 minutes, she returned saying they didn't have bubble tea because of the tapioca (understandable, as she apologized and explained the reason). I canceled that item, and the order continued. Every minute, the short girl with glasses kept coming back to ask, looking unfriendly. Besides the pressure of ordering, we felt like they were trying to get rid of us. After placing the aforementioned order, the waitress brought us whatever she wanted. The miso soup was incredibly bland, and for the sushi, they brought us the fried Cosmo. I told her that wasn't what I ordered, especially since they put extra rice and salad on the side, and we didn't want that. The waitress, as an excuse, said there was no difference between fried Cosmo and special Cosmo, just a surimi topping and sauces. Seeing the difference between the two sushis, I found it strange, and my girlfriend was already annoyed by the waitress's dismissive solution. When we tasted the soup, it was bland, like they had added more water to shrimp broth. The sushi tasted strange, and to make matters worse, they kept checking our order every minute. After that, if we wanted anything, I had to keep getting up to see if they would serve me (it's worth mentioning that it was 9:15 pm after we placed the order). The waitress with glasses practically threw the sauces at us. Napkins, and when I finally decided to take everything to go, because I felt like they wanted us to leave, since they even pushed tables together, closed doors, and were even sweeping. Despite the terrible service, they only gave us the bill after we had to go back and put the dishes together three times, and even when they tried to charge us, they gave us dirty looks. The waitress said, without any regard for the service, that the terminal wasn't requesting service. When we saw the bill, they had even charged us for the toppings, even though it was the waitress's mistake. We paid $645, which was the total cost of the awful service we received. I went there for the experience of how nice it looked, only to realize it was a terrible lie. I hope the owners see this and can do something about it, because right now, I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go.

Terrible service from the girl taking phone orders today, Monday, November 10, 2025. You order delivery, she gives the wrong number to the driver, and then calls saying you never came out and that the driver kept calling you, which wasn't true. She makes you pick it up at the branch, getting annoyed, and then the driver calls you back, saying he's outside! What kind of game are we playing? Awful service. They should be friendlier and more attentive instead of wasting customers' time.

Today I went for dinner. They were training a young woman to be a waitress. We placed our order, and they confirmed it. After almost half an hour, I asked, and my son's order had never been sent to the kitchen. In other words, he hadn't eaten, and only when I asked did the kitchen staff say they didn't have it on their order. And instead of apologizing, the waitress got angry! Very rude.

I hadn't had any problems until today. The food was acceptable and in sufficient quantity most of the times I ordered. Only twice did they send me fried ice cream that was messed up and had a bad taste, and on another occasion, overcooked sauces. Until they started charging me for some orders without my consent. I told them, and they said it wouldn't happen, that it was no problem, but it happened again. Of all the times I ordered, they never notified me in advance of these extra charges until the delivery person was already at the door. And they still wanted to hold me responsible. In conclusion, poor service from the person who takes the WhatsApp orders, and the food was acceptable. All of this is delivery, in person, no idea. But they say the customer service is bad anyway. Consider other options.
