The wings were very good, great flavor, but they could have used more sauce, which is why I'm only giving them 4 stars. The ribs were very good, the house fries are a generous portion, the place is very spacious, there are several pool tables, the music is great, at a moderate volume for conversation, the service is excellent 💯👌🏼, always attentive and helpful, the beer is as it should be, ice cold, with a variety to choose from; I ordered a mug 😋. We hope to return soon, as we missed our pool game due to lack of time.

The wings are super big!!! The service we received from the waiter was excellent; they were very attentive if we needed anything. I recommend the artisanal michelada, and the mango-habanero wings were my favorites, along with the smoked BBQ. As for the music, they play a variety of danceable tunes. The place is very spacious and has a play area for children.

Nice place, but no alcoholic beverage service. The food is good. They don't have any promotions. I think they should implement some promotions on certain days.

The waiter was very attentive, and the terrace was very pleasant. I remembered they were the best wings. But not anymore. The dip was saltless. Inedible. The beers were good. Good music and a wide variety on the menu. The place is decent.

The service is good and the quality of the wings is similar to the rest of the franchise, which is good. I always order packages, and fortunately, they now allow you to modify the flavors a little. For example, if they come advertised with four different flavors, you can choose just one or a couple. They usually only have light beer on tap, although sometimes they have dark beer. They also usually forget to provide ketchup and mustard for the fries, but it's a minor issue.

We went as a family, and we ordered wings, but honestly, they weren't good at all—too much seasoning. I ordered a hamburger, and it tasted bad too. I don't know if it was the meat or if they put so much seasoning on it that made the food bad.

The food is good; however, the lack of communication between the waiters was a major drawback. Our food was slow to arrive, as one waiter would tell us that some of our requests were unavailable, while another waiter would say the same thing 20-25 minutes later. What they finally brought us was delicious (about an hour later). They are not wheelchair accessible, nor are the restrooms or handwashing facilities, and the floor where we sat was extremely dirty. Two points deducted.

Pésima actitud de parte del gerente y muy tardado el servicio. Pedí por teléfono una orden de boneless de $319 pesos, me dijeron que entre 15 y 20 minutos podía pasar a recogerla. Se llegó la hora, entré al lugar, y esperé aproximadamente 10 minutos a que alguien me atendiera, tuve que preguntarle a una mesera, porque nadie me atendía. Pasé hasta el fondo, que es donde está la caja registradora, pregunté por mi pedido y aún no lo tenían, desde que hice el pedido hasta que me lo entregaron, pasó exactamente 1 hora, una vez que llegó, le pregunté a la cajera que si ese era mi pedido, dudé porque se veía muy pequeño para lo que había pedido, entonces el gerente, de mala gana, se lo llevó a la cocina, volvió, y con mirada y actitud retadora, y prepotente me dice "son 492 gramos, ¿quieres que le quite?, ¿eh?, ¿se los quito?" a lo que le digo que no hay problema, que solo tenía la duda porque se me hacía pequeño el paquete que me estaban entregando, y me vuelve a decir con la misma mirada y tono "son 492 gramos, cuando llegues a tu casa los pesas en tu báscula eh" muy grosero creo yo, cuando solo pregunté si eso era mio porque se me hacía pequeño el paquete. Sin contar que siempre estuve esperando pacientemente a pesar del tiempo que tuve que estar ahí. Por otra parte, la cajera muy amable y notablemente avergonzada de la actitud de su gerente, le agradezco mucho el trato, disculpandose aunque ella no tenía por qué hacerlo. Si quitaran a ese gerente, y tal vez no se tardaran tanto en entregar la comida, o dieran un estimado real del tiempo, sería un excelente lugar para ir a pasar el rato, pero no lo es.

Regretful. The place isn't clean, the tables are messy, it looks like a seedy workshop, and the atmosphere is noisy with music played at an uncomfortable volume. The food was mediocre, with no seasoning to speak of, but it's way too expensive for the quality of the place. (Wings + burger, lemonade, and 1 beer $650) I went with my partner, we had dinner, and we left because it's not a pleasant place to linger. The worst place for wings I've ever been to.

This time I went, I was dissatisfied because the meat in the wings had the distinct flavor of chicken that had been stored for days or overcooked for days (an unpleasant taste). The meat was also very tough to chew, so difficult to eat. Honestly, this isn't what you expect when buying wings. They should seriously consider improving that aspect.

The wings were fried a second time, meaning they had leftovers and resold them. They were full of feathers, and some even had whole feathers attached. The dressing was way too spicy. This franchise leaves a lot to be desired ☹️☹️. It hurts to pay so much 🥺🥺
