We went early today to pay for a lunch meal to be picked up at 12:00 noon. We ordered the smoked baked or fried bourbon chicken which is a seasonal item for them. When we went to go pick it up at the time we told him to it was ready for us. Thank you churches.

Off all the fast food chicken places this location has childhood memories attached so I admit to a soft spot for it. It's a tad expensive but the chicken is always well done, love the mac-n-cheese! The biscuits are too small though!!! Will be back.

haven’t been to this location in years, but i’m glad i finally did. chicken was freshly done and mashed potatoes never disappoints. staff was very friendly. reason for 4 stars was that all tables were a bit dirty. can’t blame the staff, they were extremely busy.

haven’t been to this location in years, but i’m glad i finally did. chicken was freshly done and mashed potatoes never disappoints. staff was very friendly. reason for 4 stars was that all tables were a bit dirty. can’t blame the staff, they were extremely busy.

Service is super slow they are either understaffed or just don't care but I have visited a few times with the same unfortunate outcome waiting over 10-15 minutes to order and receive the food.

Staff have great customer service we ordered an 8 pieces mixed an side of mashed potatoes and 12 jalapeno bommers unfortunately the food we ate either was not cooked right o something else we got sick i vomited right after I ate and my friend approximately an hr after eating. But over all the customers service reps are great

I really like churches, and when it’s fresh is best, I got it fresh today but no flavor at all!!! Like it was boiled and then fried, maybe next time

Rip off. Requested two fish platters without a drink. was told they could not sell it without it but they would sub an extra biscuit. While waiting i s4ee that they have the fish platter without drink for 2.5 dollars less. When i brought this up the employee said the computer didn't have that product available. Subbed biscuits endedup costing me 2.50 each

Food and service was great but the environment is unbearable. I spoke with a couple of customers and they mentioned that they have stopped by to get food because its not possible to dine in anymore. I check if there was any air to cool off the lobby but its off as if its not working at all anymore. When speaking to one of the workers they mentioned that its not working for the past 5 months already which is a hazard to work on these evironments.

Pathetic! On 7-31-23 at opening we ordered chicken. The lady actually said it would take 17-20 minutes.this is at opening. So either management lacks common sense or management needs to re- train it's employees. How in the world do you not know you need to have food ready to serve, especially the specials , at opening. You don't go through a drive thru at opening, make your order and be told it'll take 20 minutes!! And I was the only one there. Was not busy. Gosh, you know what time you open have chicken ready!!! So we drove to Popeyes around the corner and guess what? They had chicken ready to serve

I was the only person in line at the drive-through. Even if they had put the chicken tenders down for the full eight minutes it still took longer than that to get my food. I asked for french fries instead of mashed potatoes and they didn’t give that to me. Also they didn’t have gravy. How do you not have gravy for your chicken tenders?

Hmm. Let's see... Just ordered a chicken sandwich with bombers and a #1. After taking 15 minutes (drive thru), I go home and decide to taste the mash potatoes. I found it had a weird after taste, but I thought it was just me. So, my wife tasted it and thought the same thing. The chicken sandwich was sloppy. My two piece chickens were greasy and tasteless. But hey the bombers were good. I guess when your employees just stand around and talk while customers are waiting, food doesn't come out the way it should. I blame management. What a shame. I don't really like Churches so I decideded to give them another chance. Big mistake!

I dislike this location📍 everytime I go they always say they don't have corn 🌽 ready and we told them we will wait. They told us it takes a hour to cook and they close in a hour so they can't make the corn for us. Today they told us they don't have chicken cooked and it was still 10pm.when they still have 1hour to close. 😕👎💩
