Excellent flavor and service. The only recommendation would perhaps be a little more variety on the menu. We weren't entirely convinced by the ranch, but overall it was a very good experience. Update one year later. They changed the ranch a few months ago, and it tastes great. Today I ordered takeout and got a smaller portion of fries and wings. My girlfriend never finished her plate, leaving half the fries and about a quarter of the wings. This time she finished it and was even hungry, haha. But it tasted great, and even with the reduced portion, it's better served than many places with the same or higher prices.

Honestly, my order of wings tasted like they were refried beans for the second time. A few weeks ago, I tried the boneless ones, and they were completely tasteless and burnt. The sauces left a lot to be desired. The service: I understand they might be tired, but we waited 15 minutes for our order when there were only four tables, and they took it when I got up to find the waitress.

After 40 minutes of waiting and before my visible dissatisfaction I asked a young man; who upon checking and asking the "chef". He says: I don't know. And after checking they realize my order was ready and scrambled among many others. Already home and annoyed we decided to try to see if it had been worth so much wait...Sadly the quality of the meat, the consistency and the flavor have nothing special, I could even say that the hamburgers sold in the surroundings are of better quality in terms of flavor...I recommend the ones from El Pueblito which is on Lázaro Cárdenas Avenue or even the ones a few meters ahead of El Compiri.... Terrible service I placed an order by phone, picked it up after 20 minutes, they gave me the wrong order, changed it, and when I got home (I'm 5 minutes away), the food was super cold and super ugly. I don't recommend it.

Terrible experience at your Eloy Cavazos branch. I arrived today with my dad for dinner and we were never served. We were standing two meters from the cashier, I raised my hand about seven times and he just looked away, everyone laughing like they were drunk. Finally, I spoke to a waitress who luckily walked past me and, laughing, said, "Oh, so it's going to be like this," and rushed us. The worst experience ever. The cashier was eating with his hands, to top it all off. If they don't want to work, they should be fired. At least pay a little attention to the customer. You're supposed to be a business dedicated to customer service, which is the complete opposite. Even getting up from the table to leave was embarrassing. As an extra detail, there were hardly any other customers and everyone was just sitting there, relaxing. This branch is awful; they ruined an important family meal.
