¡Espectacular! Cabrito y cordero de los que te hacen cerrar los ojos: riquísimos, y con sus salsas mejor todavía. Acompañados de patatas panaderas. De aperitivo, chistorra que entra sola y te alegra la espera. Pimientos con ventresca, finos y sabrosos. Las alcachofas… esas se quedaron pendientes. No las llegué a probar. Cecina buenísima: un chorrito de aceite rico y un poco de parmesano por encima… mejor no seguir que se me cae la baba. Para rematar, sorbete de limón al vodka, fresco y peligroso. Buen servicio y caro de coones, pero oye… Repetiremos.
Sólo le pongo un pero pues no tiene accesibilidad y para acudir al baño o subes más de doce escalones o tienes que recorrer por el exterior más de 100 m. En verano con buen tiempo ¡vale! pero en un día de lluvia no es recomendable sí te manejas con muletas o silla de ruedas porque además no está asfaltado y es un añadido a tener en cuenta. La comida muy buena y lo que pagamos estuvo casi llegando al tope de caro.
ESTUPENDO restaurante en Guadarrama, el cabrito asado riquísimo aunque tienen otros platos muy buenos, incluso algunos platos fuera de carta que recomiendo, buena carta de vinos y postres. Excelente atención. En cuanto al local es un antiguo molino restaurado muy chulo. En invierno encienden la chimenea y en verano hay una terraza con pulverización de agua fresca. Tiene aparcamiento. Volveremos pronto
Excelente en todos los sentidos. La comida es de gran calidad y está bien cocinada, la milhoja de pularda es exquisita, el entrecot, el cochinillo...bestial. El personal es atento sin ser pesado y son rápidos sirvendo. El local es pintoresco y muy bonito. Muy recomendado y no excesivamente caro.
Sitio perfecto en la sierra para tomarse una buena carne a la piedra y disfrutar de una buena comilona con amigos. Las mollejas y el tomate un espectáculo, y las cantidades y calidades de la carne al corte no decepcionan. Las croquetas algo insípidas. En la terraza se tiene que estar genial pero era un día muy caluroso (aunque en el interior se pasaron con el A/C). Volveremos.
Located in a former water mill at the foot of the Madrid mountains, this restaurant perfectly combines a stunning location with exquisite service and amazing food. We visited on a friend’s recommendation for a family getaway to decompress after a busy week, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. As for the food, every dish was delicious and the portions were generous. We started with the Artichoke Confit in its Own Juice with Mushroom Garnish—simply outstanding—and the Scarlet Shrimp Croquettes with Norway Lobster Cream, which were very good, though the artichokes were the real showstopper. For our mains, we chose the Roasted Lamb and the Dry-Aged Beef Ribeye; both were cooked to perfection. We finished with the Cheesecake and Tiramisu, both of which were top-notch. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that the whole family loved. A complete success!
The restaurant is spectacular. It has an old mill, and all the furniture and decor are made of wood, stone, etc. The food was fantastic; it was a family meal for five. We ordered three starters: crispy black pudding with pine nuts, confit artichokes, and croquettes (half ham and half scarlet prawns). We chose two main courses: two portions of roast suckling pig, a roulade of grouper, and sirloin steaks, one with blue cheese sauce and the other with pepper sauce. Drinks were also included. The total came to €222.
An amazing place to eat while you're out. Congratulations to Chef Javier for his top-quality ingredients and skillful cooking. Congratulations to Ana too; her professionalism and service were also impressive. The food is absolutely fantastic. Today we had suckling pig; I've had it in countless places, but this was phenomenal.
Ideal restaurant for lunch after a hike in the mountains ❤️ 🍽️🍽️ Excellent for good meat dishes. We ordered a bit of everything and it was a great choice. The artichokes and crispy black pudding were delicious 🤩 The broken eggs with ham and the octopus were amazing ❤️❤️❤️ The sirloin steak was very tender, both grilled and as medallions in sauce 🥰. The weakest point was the venison; I wouldn't order it again, nor the suckling pig—it's not for me. Although my friends did enjoy the suckling pig. For dessert, we had cheesecake and mille-feuille 😀. 💵💵 It's expensive. We paid €48 per person with coffee 🍧 and wine 🍷. 👩🏽🍳👨🏽🍳The waiters are very attentive and friendly. Ruth and Pedro are so nice! 😍 😎The restaurant is spectacular, huge, with different rooms, spaces, a terrace, and its own windmill. Very elegant! ❤️
The restaurant has a unique charm! In winter, its fireplace adds a special warmth to the restaurant's historic setting, while in summer, its terrace offers a welcome escape from Madrid's hot days. The food is even more wonderful than the magnificent surroundings. The suckling pig deserves special mention, rivaling and even surpassing the best Segovian specialists. The experience is completed with warm and exquisite service from such polite and attentive staff as Julia, Alexandra, and the maître d', Valentin, who always ensure an unforgettable experience!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO EAT WELL IN A BEAUTIFUL AND PLEASANT PLACE. The place is simply incredible! The ambiance, the rustic decor (both inside and outside the restaurant), and the food were all fantastic. We had a wonderful dinner. The ingredients and preparation were top-quality. The service from the waiters was exquisite—very professional, polite, and friendly. We'll definitely be back! You always return to places like this! And on top of that, they were incredibly attentive to detail!
We loved all the dishes. We received complimentary olives and meat pies as appetizers. Liqueurs. The only comment is about the background music; it doesn't match the food or the location. I think something more regional would be more pleasant and would greatly enhance the experience.
The place is spectacular. The staff's service is unbeatable. We followed their recommendations, and they were absolutely spot on. It may seem a bit pricey, but when the service, atmosphere, and quality of the food are of this caliber, you'll gladly pay for it. What I liked most was that we ordered the meat, and they didn't give us any trouble, giving us a stone to finish it to our liking. We'll definitely be back. All we ordered for two people was 120 euros, and we left rolling.
Very comfortable and spacious for enjoying good food. There was one drawback I didn't like: we ordered one of the sirloin steak dishes with foie gras and asked if it didn't come with a side dish. We ordered fries, which they charged us €6 for a small plate, when there were six of us and the bill came to approximately €350. We thought it was outrageous to be charged this much. I think these details make you think about coming back again.

Buen asador en la Sierra de Madrid. Ambiente rústico, buen servicio y se come muy bien.
La primera experiencia fue muy buena los camareros muy atentos, simpáticos, te atienden enseguida, la comida fue de muy buena calidad los postres están muy bien elaborados y la decoración del sitio muy espectacular en tanto por la antigüedad como por la composición del local , el espacio entre mesas es la adecuada para no molestarse entre comensales. Mi opinión es que si tienes que celebrar algo es un buen sitio.
The restaurant has a beautiful exterior with a windmill. The dining room is very large and welcoming. The food, overall, was very good. The service was slow; it took a while to return to the table; I don't know if there were too few waiters. The restaurant was extremely noisy; it was full, but it was excessive. We had to open the windows because the smoke from the grilled meat was filling our table and the surrounding tables. They should improve the restaurant's ventilation system. I found the restaurant very expensive. I've been to other restaurants with equal or better quality and for less.
I'm giving it 4 stars because there are a few things that could be improved, and to give it 5 stars I'd have to love everything. The food is good, the meat is very good, cooked perfectly. The suckling pig could be better, but it's not bad. Everything else is good and tasty. The value for money is a bit high, because while the main courses themselves aren't expensive, with the appetizers, bread, and dessert, they end up charging a fortune and it's not worth it. A piece of bread isn't worth 2 euros and the dessert isn't worth 7, but oh well, that's what you get (60 euros per person, including soft drinks). Another aspect that needs improvement is the smells; they're difficult to control without good ventilation, and you end up smelling like you've just come from a barbecue. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Es la primera vez que íbamos mi mujer y yo junto con mis suegros y mi hijo que si lo conocían, no se si fueron las altas expectativas que llevaba pero la verdad una gran desilusión, el entorno precioso y el restaurante también. Pero ya al sentarnos tuvimos la primera mala impresión, las mesas tienen unas patas metálicas en forma de T invertida y para cinco la mesa que nos pusieron era incómoda por la pata. Mucho tiempo desde que te toman nota de la bebida y vuelven para tomar nota de la comida ( 25 minutos). Croquetas de marisco frías por dentro, que nos repitieron, calamar de potera a la brasa crudo y queso de cabra con cebolla bien, el problema es que te lo sirven a todo a la vez y se enfrían, no tienen cogidos los tiempos para traer los entrantes de uno en uno. El cabrito al horno bien sin más, un detalle feo es que después de pagar 110€ por dos cuartos de cabrito tienes que pagar 7 u 8€ por un plato de patas de guarnición. Los postres muy flojos, “tarta de queso” es como una mus sin consistencia y las milhojas también regular. Los aperitivos bien y el pan regular.
We've been eating Christmas Day here for over 20 years. There are more than 20 of us every time we come. The grandparents have passed away, but now we come with the grandchildren and nephews. What a disappointment it was today when the owner, after we asked for some shots (after paying 70 euros each), told us we'd be doing him a favor if we didn't come back. I suppose the problem is that, since we've been coming for 23 or 24 years, his profit margin is tighter because he doesn't want to raise the price of the lamb, but couldn't he have said, "I can't give you that much of a discount," or "I can't let you have it for less than 75 euros per person," instead of saying we'd be doing him a favor if we didn't return? I repeat, over 20 years as customers and now they tell us this? What a disappointment, what a shame. I can't understand that response. Tell us to pay 80 if necessary, you know we will. Anyway… we obviously won't be back. By the way, the lamb was awful this year. The sirloin was good, and everything else was fine too. But the lamb and having to beg for shots isn't worth it. Especially when there are better restaurants in the area. Your unfriendly waiter wasn't disrespectful when we asked for shots. It was quite the opposite. Anyway… that's it for El Molino. There's plenty of quality in the area; we shouldn't have to put up with the owner's rudeness or an unfriendly waiter.
Pedimos cochinillo y vino con mucho caldo y al empezar a comerlo notamos que sabía rancio, cómo si para asarlo hubieran utilizado manteca y esa estuviera rancia. Nos estropeó la comida
