Really fantastic hotel.Great location and a great price. Brilliant and very friendly staff. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day and was comfortable and well equipped( good en-suite etc.) The bar staff were efficient, polite and friendly. The food was excellent both in the bar(tapas) and dining room. A little gem.

Having just spent my first night at this hotel I find myself impressed. The location is great with lots of restaurants and bars all around and 5 mins walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything a weary traveller could want. My bed was awesome. The menu from the downstairs bar is brilliant with a lot of Spanish tapas and steaks. This hotel is also very good value for money and I for one will be coming back. Steve Rees-Thompson.

Decent hotel, good wi-fi. OK service, the people at the front desk were what one would expect. However, the man who works night shift was beyond expectations, listening to needs and having chats. Gave very good tips and solved two issues I had before leaving. Five stars for that guy.

Very handy for a range of restaurants and the beach. Booked 1 night Nov 29 2023. I got the date wrong on this no-cancel booking and they sorted it for me by email efficiently. Sadly on 29th, both the nearest Indian and Chinese restaurants were closed but I found a handy Italian within short walking distance. The hotel itself is fine. Not impressed by the toaster at (included in €41 directly booked price) breakfast but that is common for hotels. Everything else was fine.

The location of the hotel is its best aspect. Just over five minutes walk to the main beach, a Mercadona two minutes away and plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Free on street parking is all around. Check in was very straightforward and we had a room on the first floor overlooking the street, with a small balcony. There was a tv with Spanish, English, German and Russian channels and a very useful fridge. The room was a decent size, with adequate storage space and a bathroom with walk in shower along with toilet and sink. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but adequate. The double bed was comfortable. The bed linen had a few stains and the towels were rather thin. Due to the structure of the hotel, we found there was a lot of noise from inside the hotel as well as from traffic passing outside. We stayed four nights over a weekend and were disturbed each night. Some places are just like that. The staff here are both professional and friendly. The hotel is fully accessible from the street with a lift running from the lobby to all floors. The main doors are not automatic though. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant as well as a spa which is 10€ per person and is on the top floor. We didn’t use these facilities so can’t comment about them. Like everywhere else in the region the water isn’t recommended to be drunk so we bought water from Mercadona. As a result there’s no in room hot drinks facilities. We had a pleasant enough stay and it was very good value. I just wish it had been a little more peaceful at night.

My wife and I, along with her sister and our brother-in law, paid our second visit in 9 months to the Hotel Eden Mar for another 9 day stay. It's just 5 minutes from the gorgeous Guardamar del Segura beach and is spotlessly clean. It's also very close to a range of very good quality restaurants and has THE BEST customer service team we have ever come across on our travels throughout Europe and beyond. Ezan, the team captain, is role model standard and his fellow staff follow closely in his footsteps. They are super friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to ensure they provide a level of service over and above your expectations. Try it, you'll like it!

Great service from Carlos in reception who did everything possible for us during our stay and could not have been any more accommodating. The staff in the bar were also very friendly. We stayed in one of Hotel Eden Mar's beach front apartments which has a great location-close to everything. The apartment was home from home with everything you need for your holiday . The apartments themselves were quiet but outside is noisy until late and starts again very early. The beach is lovely and only a few steps walk from the apartment building. Our apartment had a fabulous view

The hotel is in a prime location less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and Reina Sofia park. Loads of lovely restaurants very close by. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are kept very clean. What lets this hotel down is the level of noise during the night inside and out, from the guy in the room next door snoring extremely loudly to someone playing a trumpet in their room gone midnight, maybe better soundproofing in the rooms would help?

The staff are very friendly and helpful bar staff exceptional. The room has some issues hand rail in shower room hanging off the wall , half of the bolt on toilet door not there ,toilet seat insecure. Drain in shower loose not secured to base .

Came to Eden Mar hotel on 2/6/25 Great location to the beach but nothing else to do very Spanish area no entertainment. Very few restaurants near the hotel but not very good food Chinese and Indian food was not good at all. Will not go there to eat again. Only decent cafeteria was on the beach for full English breakfast.
