What an AMAZING last minute find!!! If you've made the drive this far, you owe it to yourself to try the seviche! The owner/cook catches the fish daily and makes if fresh for each order, hands down the best I've had throughout all of Baja. Great atmosphere, great food, at an even better price. Don't be surprised if you find they've moved to Cabo where they will dominate the market, it's THAT good. I will now always make the stop when I make the drive. Thank you! Dave.

Unassuming from the outside, clean and modern on the inside. They are serving up really delicious and inventive crudos, tacos, burritos and the like. The sashimi and the octopus taco in particular were truly excellent. Well deserving of 5 stars!

I was craving raw fish and the ceviche and sashimi were great. Big portions! My boyfriend got the govenator taco and I wish I’d gotten one too, it was fabulous.

I had one fried octopus taco and one fish taco. Both were excellent, but the octopus was superb. Next time, I'll try the scallops. One of the better seafood restaurants in GN 👍

After a long day driving north, we showed up at 8:30pm and met the owner who was knee deep baking fresh cinnamon rolls and hamburger buns, but welcomed us with a cold beer and menu for takeout. The tempura corvina tacos were excellent and the kids loved the pizza. Highly recommended, we will see you next year!

What a great find! Delicious seafood in a casual and relaxing atmosphere. My husband thought his fish burger was one of the best things he’d had since we’ve been in Mexico and my smoked fish quesadilla was so good, I had to get a second one. Highly recommend if you’re looking for really fresh fish!

The food was very fresh. The space is more of an outdoor patio, so you can get fresh air and shade, although you are given the option to eat indoors, should you prefer. One of the waiters had spoken some English and brought our attention to the whale marking on the Pacifico bottle -- a touch of friendly service for tourists who don't speak their language. We had two beers, 2 of the carne asada tacos, the fried octopus quesadilla, and the scallop aguachile to reach the price point we did. Left plenty happy with that quantity of food. Super delicious, relaxed pace -- don't come here in a rush, come here ready to savor your company and the deliciousness of your food!

Stumbled across La Peinsula, and we were so impressed with the food & chef owner and operators Davis and Fernando that we came back for two additional meals during our short trip through Guerrero Negro! Each dish was delicious and artfully put together. The yellow fin sashimi was the best I’ve ever had! I will be stopping here during every future trip to this part of Baja.

This place is so cute. I loved the atmosphere. The service was amazing. Very sweet staff. The food is full of love. We got the Black Aquachile (scallops and shrimp), a panko-encrusted taco, a ribeye taco and a tuna cevichanga. The chef really knows how to balance sweet, spicy, tangy and salty flavors. Everything was well crafted. The Aquachile was perfection. Delicious! The panko crusted scallop was amazing. It was light and fluffy and the scallops were pretty large. The tuna cevichanga was a little too fishy for me, but I’m sure other people would love it because of that. It came with a sweet sauce to balance the flavors. Totally planning on coming back again.

Really enjoyed a late lunch here — staff were all friendly and accommodating (and even modified a dessert dish to accommodate my dairy allergy!) Amazingly fresh fish — tried the ceviche tostada and sashimi, both fantastic. As were the fish and octopus tacos. Hoping to come back and try the seafood pizza, which the table next to us had and looked delicious.

We are vegetarian, which makes traveling around Mexico sometimes tough. Here, it was easy. The chef was absolutely accommodating and nice and so skilled. He made us a mushroom quesadilla (small but the best quesadilla I've ever had), the world's best portobello burger, and this mushroom ceviche that I thought for sure would be gross and was out of this world... It had two kinds of sesame seeds and strawberries. This was the best food we have had in our trip!!!

Peninsula is AMAZING! Do not miss it! We’ve been lucky to have dinner there twice…so far. The food is spectacular and the service was spot on. Warm and welcoming paired with outstanding food! It’s quickly become one of our favorites in all of Baja!

Delicious! I don't have pictures because I was too busy eating:) Easily one of the best meals I’ve had on the road up and down Baja. I had the shrimp and scallop coctel and fish taco. They used Persian cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes and the freshest seafood for the coctel. The fish taco was huge and perfectly fried with beautiful, bright, vegetable garnish. Nice outdoor patio adjacent to the museum and cold Pacificos. Gorgeous meal, will be back!

It is a cozy place with a marine theme and rustic tables & chairs. The 2 musicians were nice and the food was good but the service was very slow so not a good place if you are in a hurry to eat. The craft beer was a nice option.
