It was a great experience for my first time going, I was actually on a give back to the community mission and why not do a review as a bonus, our waitress was great so nice and patient because the person I was with is blind, and we got to meet the manager Bianca and she also was great and even had a whole 5 minutes conversation with him. The food was great and out fast the portions was great and the drinks was 2 margaritas one strawberry and the other coconut and the not to strong and had great flavors he said he loved and and actually wanna go back at least once a month. The restaurant was clean and plenty of tvs, space, and the women are beautiful. The prices are reasonable and parking is plentiful. 10/10 for me.

My homegirl and Maria and I came to Ojos Locos in Pasadena right when they opened, and we had such a good time! The place was clean, the vibe was chill, and the energy was great from the start. They’ve got giant TV screens all around the bar, so no matter where you sit, you can see the game clearly. Definitely a cool spot to grab some food, hang out, and catch some sports. Our server Kay was amazing! She greeted us right away and made us feel super welcome. Her customer service was top-tier: friendly, fast, and always checking in to make sure we were good. You can tell she really enjoys what she does because her energy made the experience even better. I ordered the three beef tacos with Mexican beans, and honestly, everything was delicious. The tacos were full of flavor and came out hot and fresh. The beans were perfectly cooked and had that homemade taste that hits just right. I’d definitely order that combo again next time. I also tried their tequila sunrise and while it looked really pretty, it wasn’t all that strong. I mostly tasted the juice. It wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting. I’ll probably try something else from the bar next time. When I went to use the bathroom, it was spotless, super clean and well-kept, which says a lot about how they run the place. That’s always something I pay attention to when I go out to eat, and Ojos Locos passed the test for sure. Overall, we had a great time! The food was tasty, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I’m glad we came early because it gave us time to really enjoy the place before it got busy. Definitely recommending Ojos Locos Pasadena to my friends and I’ll for sure be coming back soon!

This is a Latino version of Hooters but with 100% better food and service! The music and environment gave it a bit of a club vibe but without all the craziness. We were in town for 4 days and went back everyday. 100% recommended, food is top tier!!

Noey, was a blessing compared to the food. I ordered a simple nacho dish. It was all over heated and warmed back up. The dish was dried out not much taste. Over all we here for waitstaff and entertainment. Those two top notch!!

Ojos Locos on Almeda really needs corporate to step in because something is not right. I ordered a mango margarita, a smash burger, and loaded fries. My total was $31.89. Fine. My friend ordered ONE smash burger ($13.99) and ONE Coke ($3.49) — and somehow her total was ALSO $31.89. Please explain how $17 magically becomes $31. We'll wait.When we asked for a breakdown, the manager got rude and defensive instead of simply explaining the charges. Nobody was yelling. Nobody was being disrespectful. We asked a simple math question and were treated like we were "making a big deal."The cashier had to reprint the receipt twice and still couldn't clearly explain the total. That's not just bad customer service — that's disorganized and concerning. If your staff can't explain how customers are being charged, that's a serious problem.Corporate might want to look into what's going on at this location because the math isn't adding up and neither is the attitude. I didn't like the fact that since we entered the place until we left there was no music or sound playing I asked the waitress why they didn't have sound playing and she said there was a problem in the system that they were fixing but the people there had no clue of what they were even looking for. One of the customers put his phone with music instead. They took long to bring the food and when they brought it the taste was off and cold. Maybe it was not a day for them but as a customer service they need to do more because they didn't even apologize or ask if everything was ok. Also they need to have like a policy for no kids allowed there was a family of like 20 people no kidding with 6 kids that enter the restaurant and since it was dia de muertos celebration the girls outfits were more exposed to show more body. For adults is ok that's why they go there but for kids definitely not a little girl make a surprise face and covered her eyes while trying to walk to pass by. I would think twice before going back there.
