Very nice place, very friendly staff. Typical Brescian dishes, including spit-roasted meat. The cat sleeping on the chair was fantastic, keeping us company all evening. The parking lot isn't very large, with plenty of street parking. Prices are average for this type of restaurant.
Homemade casonsei pasta 10/10, delicate flavor and generous filling, Bigoi al Pastom pasta 10/10, perfectly balanced flavor, Beef in oil with polenta 10/10, very tender Stuffed rabbit 10/10, flavorful filling and very tender rabbit. A wonderful culinary experience.
A very refined atmosphere and pleasant, knowledgeable staff. I came here by chance on Sunday with my boyfriend and we had a truly delicious meal! I'm celiac, so I was able to choose from a wide range of dishes on the menu, all of which are specially prepared gluten-free and contain no risk of cross-contamination. I never thought I'd eat homemade casoncelli or sbrisolona, but I was pleasantly surprised! Oh, and the skewered meat was also truly excellent! This AIC-certified restaurant is highly recommended for both celiacs and non-celiacs. The prices are very fair and the atmosphere is relaxed. I'll definitely be back!
Very nice place, friendly and good service. We had a house appetizer (excellent) and two very good first courses. We will definitely be back to try the second courses... typical dishes of Brescian cuisine...
I'm sorry it only has 5 stars because I'd give it 20! We called at the last minute to have lunch, and they welcomed us without any problems. The atmosphere is familiar, very clean, and simple, like the osterias of old. The menu features traditional dishes and has a good selection, without being overwhelming like some places where you're faced with four hundred different options. The Casoncelli are homemade, and the filling is perfectly balanced, allowing you to taste the various ingredients in your mouth. The fresh, high-quality tartare was accompanied by two sauces. The sirloin was out of this world: flavorful, tender, and juicy thanks to the herbs in the marinade. They didn't ask how done it was, and I admit I was a little worried (I love rare meat), but it was cooked perfectly. It melted in your mouth. Excellent wine selection with a well-stocked cellar. I appreciated the knowledge of the person who brought us the wine, who also described the aromas and flavors of what we were drinking. The selection of desserts was also excellent, all strictly homemade. The panna cotta was very good, but the sorbets were also excellent. My absolute favorite was the black mulberry one with berries and gin. I could have licked the bowl, it was so spectacular. Delicious. Not at all cloying and refreshing: on a hot day like today, I admit, I would have eaten another 3 😆. I really appreciated the service: professional and friendly, with great attention to intolerances. They always made sure none of us had any allergies or intolerances. Excellent place. An experience that in its traditional simplicity captures all the complexity of tastes and flavors. Everything was perfectly harmonious and balanced. Impeccable, attentive service, made with passion and unique kindness. We'll be back soon! If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.
Really nice tavern, the environment is elegant, clean and welcoming. Very kind staff, highly qualified and prepared on food intolerances; you can see that they work with passion. Finally a place where you can eat typical dishes in a gluten-free version: really excellent casoncelli. They also have tables outside: a plus for summer dinners. Absolutely adequate price. We will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant in Franciacorta. The dishes are flavorful, traditional and local! We tried the appetizers, a few first courses, the super tender beef in olive oil, the melt-in-your-mouth skewer, the sardines, the guancialino, and the desserts! Everything was delicious, accompanied by a top-notch wine. Prices were totally reasonable for the high quality of the products. The service was very welcoming yet discreet. The place is warm and intimate, with a family-friendly and elegant atmosphere, and very clean! I'll be back!
A place I'd return to every day, if it weren't for the distance. How can I describe this splendid osteria? A historic, welcoming, elegant place where you can find incredible dishes. Part of the Slow Food Chefs Alliance, it represents a great example of promoting local products, with a particular focus on seasonality. Prices are reasonable, and honestly, the value for money is truly excellent. It was unforgettable when, in May 2023, while browsing the menu, the chef asked me if I'd like to try the gnocchi with freshly picked nettles (which I could admire in their freshness from the basket where she had placed them after harvest). The "old-fashioned" approach, which brings value, connection, dialogue, and discovery to the table. I return here whenever I can. Congratulations on your work.
wonderful food. Lamb meat cooked very well. Variety of sweets and wines. Also some of the best grapa in the area. Don't leave Brescia without spending an evening there

Ten of us went for lunch today. The place is very airy, and we had the pleasure of eating on the terrace—it was spectacular. The staff is friendly, jokes and chats with customers. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT INTRUSIVE, only coming to the table when necessary or to check that everything was okay. The dishes are truly excellent, and the ingredients are fresh, and most importantly, the prices are very competitive. We'll definitely be back; next time, we might even bring more people. Excellent place, highly recommended 🔝

Emanuela's and ettore's restaurant is definitely one of the best we have been during our journey. They are super friendly and warm and made everything perfect for us . The bistecca was just brillant, the wine tremendous. Definitely recommend this place. Grazie Emanuela per l'ottimo cibo!

Mangiato menù spiedo. Minestrina per iniziare a preparare lo stomaco poi un ottimo spiedo con polenta e patate e per finire un sorbetto alla mela con rum spettacolare. Servizio Ottimo ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Very nice and formal place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We opted for the skewer ordered over the phone, which was very good. Before that, we had the chicken liver broth, which was also very good! We'll definitely be back.

We ordered the skewer menu with dirty soup. The skewer was quite heavy, and even in the dirty soup, the pasta wasn't homemade. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I've had better skewers.
