This is my go to place for the best herbal jelly!! Their fluffy tea is pretty good. My son likes the mochi and winter melon tea. Shaved ice is a little bit pricey but still tastes really good! Service is ok most of the time but not consistent. Space is large and comfy and parking is fine too! Overall a solid 5 star for food.

The hot red bean soup was served to us room temperature and not hot, but the egg waffle (matcha) and signature icy grass jelly with boba were on point and delicious. This place is much better than the chino hills location, which I’ll never return to again.

Our cashier reccomended us to get the large shaved ice. The shaved ice was big enough to share between 5 people. I could have used a little bit more syrup or sweetened condensed milk personally. Our ube bubble waffle was nice and hot but I didn't notice a distinct flavor from it.

I'm pleasantly surprised at this place. From appearance, it just looks like a place they try to get trendy people to hang out at while the menu has no substance. But coming with a party of 4 to try out this place, we ordered 3 items to share, and we all ended up liking it. We got a hot red bean soup base with peanut and boba topping, a hot soy milk soup base with tofu and taro pudding, and a cold soy milk base later on. At an average price of $6 or $7 per bowl of dessert is not that fancy with ingredients I can make with $2 or $3 for a huge pot at home, but it certainly saves the hassle of cooking, prepping, cleaning, etc. and having too much of the same thing leftover in the fridge. Though I've had better tasting ones elsewhere, and more than an over abundance of better mom and pop sellers of the same generic desserts in Taiwan (and at a much cheaper price), I give them props for their global market presence initiative to bring a "taste of home" to Taiwanese living abroad. I would return due to convenience of location from time to time. I do have to add, please re-do the printed menu!!! It's a little confusing (no, very!), not intuitive, and the fine print for the description of the item selections is sooooo tiny and blurry it seriously only strains our eyes and still cannot make out a word of it. Like what? A size 2 font? Seriously. Menu selection is not that complicated. We only need to select 1) hot/cold, 2) what base we want, and 3) what toppings. There's nothing more to what this place offers. There's no need to make it seem more than that. Unfortunately, the English store name Meet Fresh is not appealing and always throw me off whenever I pass by it. I kept on associating it with Fresh Meat.... not exactly the feel I like associated with desserts. Case in point when sometimes, it’s not best to name your store with a direct English translation...

Big Fish Dive Club

This Taiwanese dessert shop serves authentic Taiwanese shaved ice and other cold/hot desserts. The mark up is pretty incredible compared with other Meet Fresh stores in Taiwan. The food was pretty good if you haven’t tried one yet. I would recommend you order 1/3 of the sugar for your desert, if you care about your body/health. Also, I also recommend adding the pudding to your order to offset the reduction of extra sugar as It makes your shaved ice tasting much better.

I’ve been here many many times and I loooove their shaved ice. I’d have it everyday, but they are always understaffed. I really feel bad for their workers. Last time a young woman at the counter was accepting orders, making waffles and dealing with online orders at the same time. I was next in line and about 10 people behind me and she didn’t have time to put my order in, meanwhile online orders keep coming in. Five minutes later she just asked everyone to put theirs orders online as well. I don’t have the app installed so my patience just ran out at that point, I left. So did a couple of other clients. I'm only writing it in so many details in hope that management will see it and fix the problem.

I went there with my family. We order three things. Hot tofu pudding with Taro and peanuts. That was pretty good. The shaved ice that the girl and the counter suggested it was just ok. The place it is clean but a little pricey what they serve.

Terrible Service. I come here almost 2 times a month and never has it been this terrible. We ordered at 9:02pm, it was not that busy. We ordered 2 shaved ice and 1 egg waffle (to-go). We got a message that our order was ready at 9:16 but turns out only the 2 shaved ice was ready and the egg waffle was not. Why would you send a message that our order is ready when clearly it is not? We waited till 9:30 till we went to ask about the progress of our egg waffle, a rude employee was snarky and gave attitude shooing us away saying that it was not ready and that she will call us when it’s ready. I work in the food industry working with people asking about their orders all day and never is it okay or professional to be that rude to a customer. We ended our getting our entire order at 9:45pm. Being in a busy food industry, it should not take 45 minutes for ONE SINGLE EGG WAFFLE. By the time we went home since this was a Togo order, the shaved ice was partially melted. I wasn’t able to catch the girls name as she started to avoid me and would go to the back. Worst of all, I go home and the egg waffle is still partially raw… it’s still gooey and not soft and fluffy. (Shown in the photo you can see the gloss of the half raw part inside. Very disappointing. I’ve been here during rushes and never has it taken this long. I don’t know who worked Saturday night during this time, but please gather your employees and teach them proper customer service… and to be patient with people.

The red bean soup is my favorite. But there were times that the soup was only lukewarm instead of hot. This location has been really dirty since half a year ago. The premise becoms run down due to the lack of cleaning up. The thing that pushed me to write this review is the stupid replacement of the bamboo spoon. As all of you can see, that spoon can't even be considered as a spoon, it looks and works more like a paddle. It is extremely flat, close to no curve. I have a hard time of scooping anything, especially liquid. I come at least once a week and if this continue, I'll either have to bring my own spoon or stop going as this utensil is upsetting. I'll post follow up reviews on this matter to see if they decided to bring the metal spoons back.

Terrible service. Ordered food at 3:00pm. Dine in food. Wait for an hour, still haven’t picked up food at all. They only focused on the online orders. Fine in experience is terrible and couldn’t get worst than that. Only 2 people working and one staff in the kitchen. WHAT Kind of service is that? Where is the management? Never comeback to this store

I ordered a Mango Pomelo Sago with boba at this Meet Fresh location and even paid extra for the boba. When I got home and opened it, there was no boba at all. I tried calling the store, but nobody answered the phone. Very disappointing experience. If I’m paying extra for add-ons, I expect to receive them. This really shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.

My friends and I were disappointed with our last visit to Meet Fresh. We ordered the QQ Mochi Waffle, but it was confusing and not as expected. The representative's response to our concerns was unsatisfactory, so I want to address the situation (screenshot below). They claimed the waffle's smaller size was due to the addition of chocolate chips and free fluffy sauce. First, chocolate chips were not mentioned on the menu for the original QQ Mochi Waffle, which is a major safety concern for those with chocolate allergies. Luckily, we aren’t allergic to chocolate, but it would be nice to know what we’re getting rather than wondering if this was the “Chocolate” QQ Mochi Waffle. Furthermore, while I understand that the Mochi Waffle might be smaller due to different ingredients, the edges were half-empty or abruptly cut off, making it unpresentable from a consumer standpoint. For context, we took three pieces from the waffle before taking a picture, but the unappealing edges were still evident (marked in red in the picture below). Additionally, we did not receive the free fluffy sauce.

Updated: 8/2023 This establishment has clearly suffered from poor management and neglect. Litter is scattered throughout the store, and the restroom is both unclean and lacking in paper supplies. Perhaps most disheartening is the complete absence of any kind of service. Even the self-service kiosk operated sluggishly, and with just a single ordering station available. The staff appeared unmotivated and displayed minimal to no emotional engagement. ************************************************************ Their menu's price is on the high side but the quality is decent. There are plenty of seating and parking is just right outside with plenty of spaces. The wait after ordering is usually approx 10 minutes but it can takes up to 20 minutes during busy hour. There are self service stations and the ordering system is simply to use. Overall, I highly recommend it.
