I’ve been a huge hater on Arby’s, but I can’t lie, the turkey sandwich was not bad. I loved the whole grain bread and the sandwich had the perfect amount of each ingredient. I was surprised how great it was.
The Arby's on Beach St. Is one of the better locations. We live much closer to Lake Worth but it is not as good as Beach. They are friendly, food is hot, shakes are cold, cannot ask for more
Lady working by her self was wonderful
Great food and great customer service. Manager Christine and staff assisted with a large to go order for 35 people from an online order. They are AMAZING.
Got off of work early. So I stopped by here to try these sliders which We're on sale for a dollar. They were really delicious and I would definitely recommend them. The cashier, Shamaryum was absolutely as polite as anyone could be and also helped me decide on a couple sliders. I give this arby's 5 stars for sure!
Christina. 11:20PM. Ord#327. She hooked me up! 😍😍😍 fries were full and still sizzling, Gyro was hot and delicious. She was sweet and patient. Best one I've been to yet x)
Just when I thought good customer service was dead. I visited this Arby’s location and the customer service was amazing!!! This will be my new location from now on. This young man was friendly and polite. We need more of this in the world!!
Food is always consistent and hot.
Interior and exterior cleanliness is well maintained during my visit compared to other locations. Appreciated that. Staff was very friendly and humorous. Kept the otherwise mundane drive thru experience alittle flare of smiles. Food war delicious and fulfilling. Price on the other hand was a bit steep as my only concern. Otherwise thumbs up.
Everytime I go the place is super clean and they are friendly and very efficient in getting our orders on time. I thank all of you for keeping quality and good flavor even if the cost of life is getting more expensive. I love your curly fries and the roasted beef sandwich, I really recommend everyone to try them accompanied by a root beer float. Share the love and come and eat with us and go home with a big smile.
After just having a bad experience at IHOP, we decided to go to Arby's just down the road. We had not been there for a while. We walked in and we were acknowledged as soon as we got there. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and personable. We placed our order. It came out pretty quickly and was good. When we left, he acknowledged us again and thanked us for coming in. Big contrast.
Staff at this store is tremendous!!! We’ve been to this location literally hundreds of times. I cannot remember an order ever being incorrect Food is always fresh. Place is clean They’re never out of anything Really feel like I haven’t praised the staff enough same people have been there a long time and it’s very obvious they care about doing their jobs well. Order accuracy is a BIG thing for us and this place hits it out of the ballpark every time Highly recommend this location
Arby's is one of those fast food chains where the quality is super inconsistent location to location, due to having so many franchises. Certain locations are obviously better than others.. I also tend to go later at night, so my service usually has an even better chance of being crappy. Not this time. I asked the employee, James, what his favorite thing is and ordered that. It was the chopped beef something or another (#1), but it was great! James was respectful, generous and polite. If all late night employees were like him, id get fast food past 8pm more often.. Thanks James!
I am on the the DFW roads all day long and fast food is my main source of food. Of all the Arby's I've been at, this is by far the best one in Tarrant county. The food is always hot and fresh but most importantly to me is that the people who take my order actually know how to interact with customers. They are personable, actually smile and look me in the eye. That's a rare thing since COVID. Y'all keep it up!! Thank you
Quick drive through service. It was windy so I couldn't hear too well and the girl taking the order couldn't hear me too well. She still got the order correct and we both was understanding of the wind making things difficult.
Great food and staff is great. Never had a bad sandwich from them at all. Prices are a little higher then other fast food joints, but not incredibly high. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
This location on Beech/820 has its act together. FRIENDLY ladies working and the order is always correct along with getting sauces and extra napkins I ask for. I quit going to the Keller store due to rudeness and missing items. I just drive further to go to this store Beech next to QT.
The food at this location seems to be better than most other Arby's. And the Staff is exceptional!!! I have been coming into this location for lunch every week for a long time and the staff makes me feel welcome and appreciated every single time for coming back in. The girls in the back always get my sandwich correct and the front end staff are excellent, friendly, and professional especially Jason. If there every is a problem it is made right and replaced usually at no cost. I will always be a loyal customer to Arby's primarily due to the people at this location!!!
Love this location! They’re very friendly and my order is always hot and fresh - the young lady at the window has to be one of the managers as she’s always there and she’s super friendly and doesn’t forget a face! Keep up the good work yall!
The service here is fast and the food is good.
Friendly staff and clean facilities. I like the French Dip sandwich. My wife likes the chicken sandwich.
Gabriel at the register was awesome, freiendly, curtious and professional. He was fast and efficient, as well as the wrest of the staff being freiendly and provided noticeable top service. I appreciate you serving me.
The food was hot and delicious. Had the French dip for 2 With crinkle fries Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cheese And cheese sticks. It was all fresh hot and delicious. Robert was so cool and polite. I will go back to see Robert. He let my girlfriend and I use a coupon for every item we bought. What a nice guy
I was on my way home from church today and decided I want to try one of the new lemonades! I also grabbed a market fresh Turkey/bacon/cheese sandwich and a classic beef n cheddar for my family while I was here. The lady taking orders was super polite and efficient. She read back my order, not rushing me at all. Once I arrived at the window I noticed she’s not only taking orders, but she takes the payment too. Double the duties yet she performed them well. I should’ve asked her name but she definitely had her hands full. Our meal was hot and my peach lemonade was just what I needed for drive back to Haslet. No complaints here!
Back when I ate meat.. This location changed my opinion about Arby's back to positive. The staff is friendly and efficient, the sandwiches are a step up from from fast food and the store is kept up and clean. If you're looking to give Arby's a second change, this is the place.
They were very friendly. Food was hot. Gave me plenty of sauce even asked me if I wanted sauce. Wasn't super fast but that's because it was all made fresh. I will be returning
My friend said he could get me half off the classic roast beef sandwiches, but he complained when I asked if I could get 10 of them, so I only got 2 and a milkshake, then one of the employees came out and yelled at my friend, then my order took 10 minutes and by then i had finished my vanilla milkshake. Then they made fun of my curly haired friend with the glasses. After that, we drove home and listened to J. Cole who is kind of overrated. The dirty laundry in the back didn't enhance the experience either. After this, we restarted the Tenacious D movie and it is alright. I opened the sandwiches and to my dismay, they had no cheese. #arbyexperience
What can you say about Arby's? They definitely have the meat, great for when I want a nice alternative to a burger. Drive through was relatively quick and very friendly. It's a regular meal choice for me.
Food was great, hot and fresh! Service was great! Soda machine was broken. 🤔 would recommend, but if you eat inside and need a refill, you'll have to wait in line and ask for one one.
The roast beef sandwich wasn't what it used to be. That may be because of how much the menu has grown. Simple is better. The service was good and the store seemed clean 👌
One of my fiance's favorites. Friendly staff and the traditional gyro is surprisingly good for a fast food gyro. Delicious curly fries. Be sure to ask for honey mustard and Arby's sauce; they take the seasoned fries to the next level. Only 4 stars because sometimes at night the drive-thru can be slow taking orders.
They refuse or cannot cut a sandwich, but will throw in a knife. It's frustrating! Food was great, service is lacking. *Management reached out to me, bumped the review up due to quality of food.
I really don't like going to Arby's anymore because they don't have ham. The people and service was good and the place was clean but it's just not what I care to eat anymore. I simply went because a family member invited me and I wanted to spend time with them. I do however enjoy their cherry turnovers when they have them. My son complained that his food was extremely salty. If you are into a lot of meat and bread then this is the place for you. It just comes down to one person's taste over another.
Arby's is a treat for my family. We usually get it to go but tonight we ate in the restaurant and it was pleasurable. Our service was provided by a new employee and he was enthusiastic and eager to serve. He was enjoying his work and so did we. The Arby's Sauce always adds flair to our sandwiches and draws us back for more.
Fast, friendly, staff was polite and helpful. About what you’d expected out of a fast food place. This location for whatever reason does taste a good deal better than the other locations within about a 20 minute drive, not to mention quite a bit cleaner at that.
I go to Arby's frequently, they're always giving me deals in their app. Everything is tasty and hot. Usually order takeout
Food was decent for their franchise, but the cashier barely spoke a word... other times I've been in and others have been friendly so I don't think it's an location issue. The store had quite a few tables in need of cleaning.
Turkey club looks better in the commercial than it does in person. It was just ok. I saw the commercial for the Turkey Club again, my Turkey club did not have lettuce or cheese, it had no bacon either. It was had way too much mayo, it did have a tomato. I think the bun should be bigger, the Turkey spread out more & not so much mayo & made the way it is advertised.
Wrong food ..some was fresh but the wrong sandwiches they gave us were gross..hardly any meat soggy and old ,fries good ,chicken kids meal good. Phone Number on recite wrong and online so can't call to complain or get it fixed.. was to late to go back
It's Arby's, they have the meats. Should you GET the meats though? Eehhh, I don't know. I've tried nearly everything at some points or another throughout my life. Nothing is good, nothing is great, nothing is worth going out of your way for. I only ever get the classic roast beef sammich with cheddar sauce added, occasionally a medium curly fries. That's the only thing I can being even a little worth it. I usually go to HTeaO down the road for drinks, the water here makes it taste weird imo.
Fish sandwich was kind of mushy. I ended up eating it with a fork. Spicy roast beef sandwiches had some kind of southwestern sauce on them that, if I had known it was going to be there, would have had it left off.
Worked at an Arby’s back in HS so I know when fries are fresh and when they have been sitting. My fries have been sitting. My mozzarella sticks were fresh though which is why I’m sure I sat at the window for a good 5-8mins even though the mozzarella sticks don’t take that long to make. I also asked for marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks and I got ranch. Cashier at the window asked if I wanted any extra sauces, I asked for Arby’s sauce. Instead I got about 5 packets of ketchup. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon as I rarely eat Arby’s as it is.
Had to try the new rib sandwich. Ordered via drive thru, which was slow for 2pm. Paid for order and it took another 5 minutes to get food. I have cooked many country style pork ribs and honestly these seemed fake, very bland, no smokey taste, not juicy, just blah.
Need to hire new staff. The people working here seem to hate their job. Girl taking our order didn't say anything to us. Just stood behind cash register. When our order came up, didn't call our number or tell us it was ready. Just put it on the counter and left it there. When she walked around wiping tables, our child said hi 4 times to this employee and she didn't say a word back. No smile, wave, nothing.
I will continue to come to this location, but the gentleman that was working the window around 5pm today 8/14/17 really needs to work on customer service. He was pretty rude. He had a rude tone of voice when I was ordering then when I pulled uip to the window he gave me my change, drink, and food without saying one word. Not even "have a nice day." The restaurant was practically empty so I know he wasn't stressed from rushing on orders. His attitude was just unpleasant.
Oct 2023 = small drink and small fries are now the physical size served for childrenlike Kid Meal. Cost is $2.19. 9pc Boneless Wings is okay for $6. Nothing great about it. Jan 2023 = gave 3 Stars...Dined in. Large order of Crinkle Fries was hot. Spicy Roast Beef was room temperature at best. Had to show little amount of diced Jalapeño on sandwich so I can request more without being charged. Sandwich overall was not Spicy as advertised ND room temperature at best. While I was waiting for Food, I heard drive thru Customer came inside stating their Roast Beef sandwich was cold even though the Gyro and Fries was hot. Sept 2022 = gave 5 Stars...Dined in. Food was hot and taste great.
The food was delicious but the one thing that kinda took away from our experience was the person that took our order in the drive thru. Everytime my husband tried to tell him our order the young man kept cutting him off talking so fast not allowing us to even finish a sentence. It was like he was in a huge rush and it wasn't as though we were speaking slow or unsure we just couldn't finish a sentence. It was a very frustrating experience and then to top it off they were out of condiments like Arby sauce? But again our food was hot and delicious 😋!
I like Arby's but it had been freezing for 3 days straight and I eat inside and it was colder on the inside than outside. I asked why it was so cold inside, the damn heater wasn't wking.I told them yall need to put a sign on the door.
Prices keep going up but size is going down. Ordered a meal in medium size and was given a small cup. Told the cashier I wanted medium and she quickly said that was medium. Told her I wanted the next size up and I got what used to be a medium cup and fries. They are now considered large but the pricing has increased. Not a great value and disappointed when the manager stated this is the new promo that started today. Promo?? Not sure what she means by that.
Tried the cheesesteak. Ingredients were good but it was way too cheese saucy for my tastes.
Just stopped here for lunch today. Daniela took my order and bagged it. I was missing a large curl fry and sauce for the cheese sticks. I didn't have time to go back. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. Usually we don't have a problem here.
They really do limit your meat when their meat is literally measured as double, quarter, full, yet I got bread and like 2 skinny pieces of roast beef and for the smokehouse brisket, there was like nothing on it. Food tasted old. Not worth it.
Nothing is more frustrating than when you go through the drive thru, get home and realizes that there is food missing. Also I going to start calling ahead so I can find out how long the wait time is for placing an order. Incredibly slow
They advertised $1 sliders 2 pm til 5 pm and charged me $1.49. I ordered a roast beef slider and the girl asked me what kind of bread I wanted. I didn't even know they offered different breads. I chose Hawaiian bread but she didn't say it was extra. Total manipulation. I only wanted a light snack to help me make it to dinner time.
Get the AC fixed. Your team is hot. The customers are hot. I'm eating and sweating.
One day I'll learn. One day I'll learn to check my bags before I leave a fast food restaurant. But, not today. I went inside this Arby's this evening and ordered, among things, a French Dip sandwich and an order of mozzarella sticks. When I got home, I discovered that the dip portion of my dip sandwich was missing. In a rare fit of pique, I decided to drive back and get the dip I was owed. There was no apology. When I got home I discovered there was no marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks even though I specifically requested it. (First World problems. Yes. I know.) I didn't go back this time. But the really sad bit is that a young woman was being trained at the register during all this. Nice example guys. 😒 Caveat emptor and all that. tl;dr Check your bags before you leave. Trust is for home cooking.
50/50 on staff, just depends who you get. Good is good but ALWAYS check your bag with this location. Over 5 times they have gotten our order wrong or short.
Waited in line for about 26 minutes due to "coke machines not working properly" I get it but thats a long time especially when I was also going to order two of the orange creme shakes and the ice cream machines were also not working. Just not a great first experience.
Pros: Great food when made fresh. Never really busy, no long lines. Cons: A little more pricey than other fast food places, and it doesn't matter which Arby's you visit the staff isn't always the friendliest. Maybe they're underpaid, in that case I don't blame them. 12/05/22 Just got back from Arby's. There's a short, curly headed guy or girl with glasses that has the worst attitude. Didn't greet us, or asked what we wanted, it just stood there with a stupid look on its face. Not even a thank you after we finished ordering. Their training department must let anyone through.
Tried the 6 piece boneless chicken combo. Was asked if I wanted Buffalo sauce or hot honey. I wanted hot honey but got Buffalo sauce. Was asked if I wanted curly fries or crinkle cut. I said crinkle cut. I got curly fries. The only thing correct was my drink order. Couldn't go back as I was on my way to work. Tried calling but no one answered the phone. Will not go back.
I’ve never left a bad review before but I would rather drive further to a different location than the one closest (Haltom) solely because of how rude the drive thru employees are. I would understand if someone is having a bad day but it is Every single time. The food, however, is great! I wish they would be a friendly so I felt comfortable returning.
The staff was inattentive. I was waiting to get my order a good while before my order was taken. I was the only one in line mind you. While the food was good it wasn't as promised. I ordered the "Diablo Dare" combo. It was supposed to come with a free shake and I did not receive my shake. It seems like a small thing. But it's important to get what you pay for and this wasn't a cheap meal for a fast food place.
Horrible customer service. Pull up the place is dark like they are closed at 6:30pm. As we get to the drive thru you can see the cook and cashier outside smoking. They ran inside and the girl started taking our order. She was so rude taking our order like we bothered her. So we did not get food here and we will not be coming back.
I came in at about 3:30 no one even spoke to me when the women can she didn't even ask what I wanted she just gave me a head nod! This workers are all standing around looking dumbfounded. I see why I was the only customer
Tables filthy. Lunchtime and only 2 patrons eating. I didn't even finish my french dip, which I usually love and adore. Has to be the location. Won't ever stop by this Arby's again. Beach off 820.
Waiting in line for 20 minutes just to find out the restaurant is out of beef for the roast beef sandwiches… So not cool. Really wish they had someone out there telling people that. My lunch break is not long enough for me to go somewhere else so thanks for nothing.
Went for the special 5 for 5. The guy Ty who took my order was very rude when he asked if I had the coupon and I answered no but I can get it. Even at the window he asked then just closed the window on us so fast he didn't even give me a chance. His name is Ty. Not good service at all. Dont even deserve one star but only only had this option.
I ordered 3 combo meals and 3 apple turnovers via the drive thru. When I got home and we was finished eating, we looked for our deserts and there wasn't any. I drove back up to Arby's and was told by the worker "I'm pretty sure I gave them to you." SERIOUSLY??? She then proceeded to tell me they was out of them and she didn't know what to tell me! I asked for a replacement desert. She said they had cookies. Well in my opinion, a cookie is not a replacement for an apple turnover. I asked for molten cakes in replacement. A very young girl then came to the window and said she would not do that because the cakes cost more than the apple turnovers. My only reply by that time was "Well, my gas for 2 trips up here cost more than their DIFFERENCE in cost, so it should come out even for BOTH OF US" I LEFT PAYING FOR 3 APPLE TURNOVERS AND NOTHING IN RETURN. I PAID $ 25.67 for 3 small combo meals. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED. Won't ever go there again...🙃🙃🙃
I took my wife in to eat yesterday evening. I had a previous problem with this location on December 15, 2017 with something I thought was very unsafe. At that time, I took a picture to document it and brought it to the attention of a manager, who said they would get it fixed right away. Yesterday, April 18, 2018 (4 full months later), the problem was still right there. The issue is a piece of track lighting above one of the tables where customers would eat. It has a space for 4 separate light bulbs. Two of the bulbs are in, one is missing with a dangling connection wire, and one of them has a busted bulb with broken glass dangling above that table. Do I think that broken glass is raining down on people's food? Not really. Do I think it is an inexcusably dangerous situation that they have been made aware of on numerous occasions and have refused to fix? Absolutely. I mentioned it to a manager there again yesterday, and he already knew about it, laughing it off as if it were no big deal. This is a different manager than the one I spoke with in December. The point is that this is dangerous, they know all about it, and they don't care enough to bother fixing it.
So this was my normal Arby's until tonight. My wife went to pick up a few sandwiches and gyro's. She gets back home and they forgot to put in the gyros. She tries to call to see if she needs to bring the whole order back. No answer so she takes it back and asks for them to please remake the order because the food is all cold now. They refused. My wife asked to talk to the manager. Todd was his name and he said he couldn't remake it because he would be responsible for it and it was store policy.. This is bs I have had them remake things before and never gotten an issue. She got a full refund and we went somewhere else. We called corporate they are sending a gift card and said it was not store policy TLDR Todd is a jerk
We always go to this Arby's to order. Unfortunately today, I found a long hair embedded into my double meat. Thanks Arby's for ruining our meal. This is unacceptable in the food industry. I am a manager in the food industry and I do Not allow my employees who have long have to just put it in a ponytail. Don't eat there unless you like hair embedded into your meat. We will Not be returning. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but apparently they don't answer phones either. If I could give this place a MINUS ZERO. I would. The health department will be notified. Order # DT394. STORE #7898. $30.16 to have hair in my food. I could have stayed home and done that!
To the lady wearing the Covid mask incorrectly, I feel pity for you. To argue with a child over 1$ and then roll your eyes at her mother? I’m not knocking working at Arby’s, but lack of manners is obviously apparent. Get your life right because if that’s the battle you chose to fight this morning I assume you have more to fry than sandwiches, get your life right.
This location always looks closed, it’s dark driving up to it so turn some lights on at least lol. The food was good but I’m concerned about not seeing any workers wearing masks or hairnets preparing food and being behind the counter. To be honest, the 3 employees I did see looked pretty questionable and I think someone needs to check up on this location and make some safety changes here due to the pandemic still in full force.
The food was bland and tasteless. Can’t tell you the last time I had been to an Arby’s but it was terrible! No taste!! And…my wife got sick afterwards. Not sure it was them but not ruling it out. Will not be eating at Arby’s again.
I get coupons twice a month and they are alwaysthe same. So last weekend I was going to use 2 of them and after they made the 2 sandwiches I handed the girl the coupons and she said they were expired. So I said I get the same coupons twice a month, and she said we'll these are expired. So I said you eat them, we will go down the street to Schlotzsky's. She lost money for the company and a customer because of her stupidity. I would have fired her on the spot. And to think the company pays top dollar for help like that. God help the USA.
Didn’t even get to try the food, very rude workers, we walked in at 845pm keep in mind they close at 10pm. As soon as we walked in they all looked at us and said bro and one of them rolled his eyes. Uhmm no thank you I will excuse myself and go take my money somewhere else. No professionalism whatsoever no wonder it’s always empty.
I ordered 2 foe 7 and I asked for beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks and I get home I was given a chicken sandwich. If I wanted a chicken sandwich I will go to a chicken place. I should know to check my order but I didn't and I won't go back there anymore and I run a hotel and I will not refer my guests there anymore and I want my money back.
Extremely rude. I didn't even get my dinner. I will not be going back to that location and it is the closest to my house. I will go to another Arby's because my family and I really like the food and that store lost approximately 40.Dollars once a week. It was a very bad experience. I've never been treated like this by an employee.
Will never come here again until they get rid of management, extremely rude!! You would think that in a pandemic higher management would think to follow the rules, no manager should be wearing slide ons feet showing and all, not wearing gloves when making food, wear a name tag and the proper clothing showing you are management. Today I went to the drive thru and sally is his name whatever the manager is going by was extremely rude!!! Website says they close at 10 she opened the door to yell at me at 9:30 pm that they were closed! After that it got into a headed argument because she was extremely rude and tell me she can’t be touched with Arby’s and can’t get fired, the fact you allow management at that to speak to me people like that and allow them to wear the as they are the ones making food during a pandemic is shocks me! I will be contacting Corp due to what happened in the drive thru!
I ordered 2 double beef n cheedars one had cheese all over the outside on the bun the other barely had a dot of cheese. And ordered a white Mac n cheese for grandson and it barely had any noodles and was watery. Very displeased with the food drinks were fine
Sally in the drive thru has absolutely NO customer service skills. She was very rude. No please thank you or anything. Rushed me up to the window when she was taking my order. I couldn't even order a dr pepper! I had to order it at the window and that made her even more mad. So thanks Sally for a unpleasant meeting!
Every time I come to this location, their lobby is closed. I watched someone prepare my food that was not wearing gloves. I asked why the lobby was closed. The employee very rudely Answered, We close at 9 o’clock today but normally we close at 10. It wasn’t even 9 o’clock yet…... Fact that the employee wears a ring on every finger and does not wear gloves is repulsing jewelry holds dirt and grime and you’re touching my food with that. This location needs a manager at night and is that was a manager job really need to get inspected.
Took my online order. I showed to pick it up. They had no record of it. I showed them my credit card where it was placed. They asked to see email confirmation which I also showed. They treated me with indifference. I left without my food or a return on my money. Went across the street to Whataburger where they took care of me.
Ordered a French dip through door dash and they didn't give me au jus with it so I just threw it in the trash...how do you forget the sauce? That's the only thing that makes it a French dip...this isn't the first time they have done thos to me...will be the last time though
Including myself there were 4 cars in the drive thru which was also the only option for ordering since the lobby was closed. It took 35 minutes for me to get to the window. Call me strange if you want but I feel whether you wait 35 minutes in line or 2 minutes you should get food that was properly cooked and at the right temperature.
Cold food, slow service, waste of money. Would never recommend to anyone.
Me and my fiance came here today and asked for a few moments to look at the menu. A man came on the speaker and was very polite and said yes.we looked at the menu for maybe 2-3 minutes and a woman came on the speaker and was very rude talking us we were taking to long. There were no ther cars in front or behind us and no cars in the parking lot.
I went in last night and ordered the steak bowl. As pictured, it came with crispy onion strings. I was the only person in the drive through. It was about 9:05 p m. My bowl did not have onion straws and it came out Ice cold! Needs to say, i'm very much so unhappy
All these one star reviews about how rude the manager is and I experienced the same thing. The cashier even walked away when I asked a simple question about the money. When I asked what she was upset about the manager just looked at me and said nothing. After that bad experience, the food comes out cold. They don’t care and it shows that Arby’s corporate doesn’t care either with the amount of people that are all showing the same issues with this location. Not a “thank you” or “hi” or “sorry”. Just blatant rudeness because they are allowed to get away with it. Locations are failing. Food temperature and employee attitudes are what’s killing them.
Blonde female manager has a serious attitude problem . Especially when u ask for sauce . She gives you the stink eye and then proceeds to hand you one sauce packet .
Literally the worst fast food place I’ve ever been too not one to ever put reviews for little stuff like messed up orders but the attitude of “THE MANAGER” Kristen was honestly really upsetting and made me uneasy eating there with my child. It’s my first time ever at Arby’s and I wanted to try the gyro meal I saw advertised. I came up here to eat with my son and I walk in and she comes up to the counter and asks what I want to eat just like that. I tell her I wasn’t ready yet and she walks away. I then am ready about a minute later so I get closer to the counter and wait for her to finish doing what she was doing. she was at the drive through window and says “you ready now?” With an attitude I let it go and say yes and start ordering I’m telling her what I want and she charges me for my order. I go to get our drinks with my son and we wait for our order to come out my son asked for ranch and marinara so I ask her I can get some ranch marinara and bronco sauce she said yes. mind you we both got our own meals and mozzarella sticks to share we both wanted our own sauces. she gives me my food I say thank you then notice there’s only one of each sauce, so I ask if she can give me 1 more of each she says nothing and grabs another ranch. I said can I get another bronco and marina she then hands me just 1 bronco sauce. At this point I can tell she’s doing it on purpose and with an attitude so I say “I asked for 1 more of each what’s your problem?” She rolls her eyes says nothing and just puts the marinara on my tray and walks away so I go sit with my son then realize she rang me up for 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of 6 I was gonna just let it be because she obviously isn’t in the mood to work. But no I asked for what I wanted and got an attitude each time so I went and asked her about it and she says “well that’s what I rang you up for” and I told her that wasn’t what I asked for I asked for a 6 count at this point I wasn’t worried about the attitude anymore I just wanted to sit down and eat with my son she then tells me I had to pay $5 and some change for the 2 motzerella sticks I missed I told her that didn’t make sense why do I have to pay $5+ should be less when I already paid for the 4 so I ask her if she took the 4 piece off of my card and if thats why she it’s charging me that amount and she said no, so I asked again because I was confused and that’s when the person in the back cooking came to the front. that’s when she told me that was the difference when I had already asked her if she took the old mozz order off my card soon as the other person came she acted different and actually answered my question correctly. The cook ended up saying things under their breath after they helped fix my order and I walked away and told the other girl “it’s not worth it let’s not get written up over her” like what??? 🤣 over some sauce and mozzarella sticks is just ridiculous I just don’t understand what I did to upset her or both of them really… I’ve never experienced anything like that I myself work in the service industry it’s hard and you have bad days but you don’t treat people that way! Definitely felt like it was on purpose or something because a couple was there eating and she was super nice to them and then when I ordered it was a totally different story. At the end of the day I sat down and ate with my son and didn’t let them get to me but when I left I sat in my car to write this review and she kept staring me down from inside so I left. but all I have to say is do better. people don’t deserve to be treated some way just because you’re having a bad day, or because you’re bitter or whatever the case is. if you’re going to treat certain people differently then get a different job and if you can’t then that’s on you. learn to do better these people were obviously older than me, really disheartening to get that type of treatment from people that should know better! All in all the food was fine but the people… I can see why the rating is so low i should have known better..👎👎👎
Title: Terrible Experience – Stolen Debit Card, Cold Food & Stale Fries I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience at this Arby’s. First, one of the employees actually stole my husband’s debit card. It took hours to straighten everything out and we had to cancel the card. On top of that, the food was cold, and the fries were stale — completely inedible. This was an awful experience all around. Poor service, unsafe practices, and terrible food. Needless to say, we will never come back, and I hope management looks into these serious issues immediately.
The manager Kristen has a horrible attitude. I understand it’s the end of night shift but no need for her smart remarks. Even when she took my payment she had a mad face. I get it we all have our bad days but for her to be the manager she should know better.
Stay away!! We ordered our meal. The poor guy at the register added it in correctly. Of course.food came out incorrectly. We asked for a bottom bun since it had sauce my husband didn't want. The team lead was rude, asking the kid if my husband ordered it that way. She was incompetent and rude. Will not eat here again. Makes sense this place had no customers. They need a change in leadership and customer service skills.
The food tasted great, but the lady at the counter with the Covid mask (Not even wearing it right) has serious customer service issues. My 10 year old, went up and asked her for two “Chicken sandwiches” with six dollars in her hand then explains to her in a frustrated manner that the chicken sandwiches were seven dollars each. I stand up from my booth and explain she is talking about the “sliders”. The lady with the Covid mask at the counter doesn’t even look me and says “That’s not what she was telling me” super frustrated. I know it’s 11 AM and we are your first customers but where is the customer service? My 10 year old is the most respectful 10-year-old you’ll ever meet. Don’t dare go in the bathroom it smells like they took turns blowing it up before their morning shift.
I decided to give it another shot since the food is always cold when I order here. So I ordered this “jamocha” shake (first pic) and it tasted like plain vanilla so I kindly asked for another one with more flavor. I pulled up to the window and the girl was so disrespectful and rolled her eyes at me as she handed me this one (second pic) that wasn’t even mixed. Won’t be coming here again.
