the quality is just enough to make you feel full, portions are fine, it is always crowded so makes it difficult to sit there and eat.

The food was pretty gross. The sliders looked absolutely nothing like the picture, it was mushy and disgusting tasting. The croissant wasn't too bad but needed baked longer. We were handed our drinks and told to have a good day that we had to tell the guy twice we didn't pay or get our food yet. They really don't give you time to look or order when in the drive thru at all. Seemed pushy.

Very slow service. Early morning orders are taking too long especially when your train is going to leave soon. We expect fast food to be fast like other McDonald's but here it needs to be in touch with the rest.

The employee was quite rude to begin with. He used multiple unclean tools and slammed them on the dirty counter. Took almost half an hour to get my food.

Today we had a stopover in Frankfurt and the kids had to take a small bite hence they preferred McDonald's. The location is fine, right next to the rail tracks and many other shops and food outlets are nearby. The restaurant offers an accessibility friendly entrance. However, when we entered this McDonald's outlet the bad smell inside was terrible. The kids preferred to pick the food and have it outside. That we did not want to sit inside does not have any importance but I wonder how the employees stand this smell all day long. Would I go again? Probably no.

It is a very bad place, dirty, unfriendly, stuff totally overwhelmed and rude. Avoid!!! I was 2 hours in Germany and that was my first taste of hospitality here.

Their coffee isn't as good as it used to be. Hazelnut coffee, for example, used to roasted as hazelnut coffee beans. Not any more. Now, they add a sweetened liquid hazelnut flavor to their regular coffee. It's not as good, and I don't want sweetened coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are made with prefabricated cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon. They come in precooked/refrigerated to the shop. All they do is reheat foods. Not good. Donuts are made at a distant commissary, shipped to the location frozen, where they are then baked in a convection oven, cooled, filled, and frosted. Poor taste and quality. NOT recommended.

Very slow, didn't listen to my whole order before they told me to drive up and cut me off from ordering.. when I got to the window and tried to order they didn't have what I wanted and didn't know other options. (Spiked energy drink no peach)

I asked the man “do you have the brown sugar-“ and he immediately cut me off, said “no no no” and walked away from the counter. So I left too. Ridiculous customer service.

I use to come to this location almost every day for months but they started making the worst coffees that always tasted burnt so I gave up. I’m on a matcha kick now and I thought I’d try them again and see how theirs was because I don’t think matcha is as easy to mess up. I ordered a large DARK iced matcha and told them they can charge me for extra matcha I just wanted it dark. They gave me the lightest matcha I’ve ever seen and i told them I won’t be able to drink it I’m sorry if you can’t make it dark can I just have a refund please (it’s $7) - they brought an older Indian guy to the window and he was telling me they can’t make it any darker I said that’s ok can I please just get a refund and I even showed him pictures of dark Dunkin matchas from TikTok so he knows it’s possible and he still argued with me lol I told him I go to Tim hortons and get it dark all the time and that rly set him off he repeated about 5 times “ YOUR MENTALITY IS THAT TIM HORTONS IS BETTER THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!” It was just bizarre. So I said please can I just get a refund and he told me I can’t get a refund and I have to come back tomorrow when the manager is there just to get my 7 dollars back. Absolutely insane customer service, I was flabbergasted. I will say the younger guys and the white girl who works there are always very nice but the drinks are sooooo bad now it’s really disappointing bc I truly love Dunkin!! I wish someone would open a new location who knows what theyre doing😭

Got our order wrong twice and I didn't even get my breakfast. Don't go here it's a horrible experience. My husband sandwich is cold and I am sick about not getting my breakfast. I'm starving 😞

This DD is awful 5:30 tonight the employee ignored us wiping the counter. Then no almond milk he just didn't want to make anything. Terrible customer service. We've always had outstanding service at all other DD. These people are doing a dis service to DD period!!

Just a horrible experience. Waiting 15min for a coffee that wasn't even served fresh. Customer service was extremely poor and rude. Refused to try and make it fresh or give me their name. I came on 1/28/2026, @4:40pm. Would never come back.

Trash , they should just close. they won't even make anything on their menu so why even have it up? . All they will let you order is their old nasty hard donuts that have been sitting out for who knows how long and their easy basic drinks like coffee and tea. Lazy as hell ... will just straight up tell you "no" as you try ordering from there menu like a sandwich or any actual food lol. Rediculous and pathetic.

If I had to rate zero stars, I would do it. My family and I stopped by to get some coffee. We got there around 6:15 pm and she told us that they were closing soon and we asked when they were going to close and the lady said in couple of minutes…like give us a exact time instead of saying soon! we were going to order but she walked away 😒

This has got to be the absolute worst Dunkin in our area. I’ve been here a handful of times as it’s close to me and some days I don’t want to drive all the way into West Seneca when I want Dunkin. Moving forward…that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Every time. Every time I visit this particular location, the service & the food are awful. The person taking my order (which appears to be the same person every time regardless of time of day I go) doesn’t even let me finish speaking before asking “anything else?” Then, once I get to the window, I am asked to repeat my order once again because they don’t remember how I want it. Anytime I get food there it’s always grossly overcooked - hash browns that are blackened and taste burnt, bagels that are stale, flat, almost always burnt around the edges, and at times are so rock hard they’re completely inedible. Not worth going here.

I was the only car in line and they prepared my order, but instead of cashing me out, they placed my order near the pay window and I sat for 4 minutes. I had to honk my horn for them to look at the pay window to cash me out and give me my food order. Very frustrating and made me late for my morning commute.

Every time I order online at this Dunkin, my order is never ready. Workers are never to be found and they act like they don’t know where your order is. Today when I went, the worker was missing. I ordered one drink and waited 20 minutes upfront while he was outside doing something in a van and smoking. When he finally decided to go inside, I walked inside again and waited saying hello at the counter- nobody came. I went to the drive-through to ask for my order, he proceeded to tell me that it was there and I could pull around. He refused to give me the ONE DRINK at the window and was extremely rude as he shut the window on me. He put it at the front counter and made me pull around again, and walk inside for a THIRD TIME to get one drink I waited 25 minutes for. Absolutely horrible service at this Dunkin.

I don’t know how Dunkin lets this place continue using their franchise. I literally just spent 20 minutes in line. They’re always ridiculously slow. Someone is penny pinching by not hiring more staff and letting this place operate on a skeleton operation. Don’t go unless you have a half an hour to kill.

Even if this is the last place on earth, don't go there. Don't make the same mistake I made. Food was horrible, service too. French fries, ice cold. Same goes for burger, felt like prepared from hours, soggy. Display to see your order status not working. Big staff but busy within themselves talking (maybe there were in holiday mood, maybe different on normal days, but don't have courage to try again). Only thing which I can say good was Coke.

What a terrible place. The burger tastes like gummy, the soft drink is horrible. The fries very salty. 🤮 but.,. I know that. However I bought this junk food to have a place to sit. Twice we were ushered away from our place. They start throwing people out at 3.40 am however it says : open until 3.00 pm.. it seems to be policy because they do this on all the train stations. Bad deal.

The person that served us from the second we walked up to the counter once we realised we were speaking English started to sigh at us loudly and roll his eye at us constantly the whole time we ordered and was waiting for us food. I wish I got his name from his name tag. We pretty much ordered within 10 seconds so its not as if we were taking forever to order which I understand can be frustrating. Just so rude and not needed.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The attitude of the security staff was also very bad — he kept coming to every table every five minutes to check if we were done. We didn’t feel comfortable eating because he kept watching our dishes to see if we had finished. I don’t blame him personally, it was the management’s mistake to assign him this task. I understand that there’s no waiting room or station in Frankfurt DB, but still…

So I was one night at their drive-in and it supposed to be fast and easy. The time was around 23:40, I was the only person in drive in, no people behind me and no in front of me, also I can see through the window inside there were also only few people, but the waiting time for the order was very long. Stood for 10 mins waiting for just a coffee and a croissant, the girl got up and left saying she wasn't making coffee and I was just ignored by the staff, just terrible service. First mac where they treat customers so badly Instead of coffee from the barista, they made coffee from the coffee machine, when asked to make the barista replied that it was coffee and would not remake it Ignored for almost 20 minutes after deciding to do your own thing.
