"Our team members wear gloves and masks" is what it says on the window but none of the people helping me had gloves on, which was disappointing. The food is consistent and exactly what I expect from this shop.

Taco Bell @ 12th & Lacey. Come on, please stop loading up the Tacos with cheese and Lettuce and a tablespoon of taco meat. It's ridiculous and the shells break apart too easily. If I wanted a Taco "salad", I would have ordered one. Lastly, you took away the Military discount too!!!?? Bad idea..... you're in a Military town! Shame on you.

I ordered two luxe boxes. Along with other items that were there, they were supposed to come with two of those new “street chalupas”. When I arrived home to my disappointment, there was only one for each luxe box. Which, might I add, were not in boxes. Everything was just shoved into one bag, with the chalupas (or lack there of) in the bottom. My best advice to anyone ordering from this place: Please check your order accuracy before you leave. I didn’t & was ripped off two chalupas.

Sometimes it is really good when they get the order right. I have been a vegetarian for over 30 yrs. They have put meat in my all vegetarian ordered food 4 different times. So double check everything beforehand; but it should not be like that.

I love Taco Bell but maaan this location is so stingy with their nacho cheese!! I ordered two boxes of Luxe and they counted 10 packs of fire sauce when I asked for a lot! I need it with my tacos! Goodness, you lost me there. Do I have to come in and get as much sauce as I want??? I've never been to a Taco Bell this stingy!!

This will be the third time over a year we’ve gotten food from here that tasted off or outright foul. Well this time my wife ended up with food poisoning, absolutely stay away from this location! They obviously have a good quality or hand washing issue that has not been addressed and will not be it seems

I specifically spoke slowly intentionally so my order would be right and it’s still wrong. I don’t like cheese sauce and ordered my food without it and paid for shredded cheese. There’s cheese some spicy cheese sauce on both burritos and NO SHREDDED CHEESE! I called and got some voicemail telling me to try again later. I’m beyond pissed.

Hey. I would give this location not even single star. I am vegetarian. They always put meat in my food. They don’t even pay attention. After getting my food always wrong I always make sure with cashier if they made my food right. There is a girl at the drive thru. She is rude. No good customer service. Whenever I say to her please make sure my food doesn’t have meat. She always reply back with so much attitude. Don’t want to hear what I am saying. There is couple guys who works they are super awesome.

The third time they mess up my order, "bring the food back to exchange" yea my kids were hungry also waited over 25 mins for my food. There quick to charge supreme price (which is what I ordered) but i received crunchy only. Didnt even offer to refund the extra money that I payed for Supreme! Really lousy customer service! Never again. My wife did tell me that location sucks!
