Very friendly staff.. it was too cold and they made scotch whisky with coffee for me.

Stayed here while waiting for our bus to Vitoria. Didn’t expect much. But I was wrong. They have probably the best Tortillas I’ve ever eaten in Spain. The Tortilla with Bacalao and Pimientos was simply divine! The service at the bar was also very friendly and efficient.

We have been in Spain for two weeks, and have eaten Tortillas Espanola nearly every day. The ones here are the best yet, by far. Charming space and excellent coffee.

I have been to cafe Kiosco many times and it is the best cafe in Haro. Location was perfect as it was next to the bus station which I can easily have a quick drink before going on a long journey. I want to shout out Jesus for being so friendly and welcoming.
