Perfect.
Menuda sorpresa me he llevado!!!
Saturday night dinner, and everything was just perfect. Service was perfect, and Raul cooks amazing food. 100% recommend it.
Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and attentive service
Waited too long to post this. Amazing meal. If I’m ever back in Haro, I’ll be back here
The food was simply amazing! Best in town.
I don’t normally review restaurants organically but I couldn’t help myself from leaving a 5-star review! Amazing food, service, at atmosphere. Food was BEYOND fresh and nicely portioned out for two. Highly recommend! Be sure to make a reservation first - seems like it is difficult to do walk-ins as some people were turned away!
Had a spectacular lunch here. Every dish was wonderful and the service was exceptional. Two of us ordered two starters, three mains and one dessert! The food was nicely portioned half for us to share. Excellent food. Highly recommended if you are visiting Rioja.
I don't know exactly what it takes to get a Michelin star, but if it's just the taste of the food, this place deserves all stars in the world. I didn't reserve a table, so we were super lucky to get into it as the restaurant is very small and cozy. The harmony of flavors that we experienced from the starter to the desserts was extraordinary! No flaws. If you plan the visit in Haro or the neighborhood, this is a must visit place ❤️
An exceptional lunch at this humble but perfectly done restaurant in Haro. Every course was flawless, and the desserts were Michelin level. Bravo to the husband and wife team who are making Haro proud.
Beautiful and tranquil Sunday lunch hosted by the wonderful Laura who provides seamless service to the entire restaurant effortlessly. The food is prepared downstairs by Laura’s husband Raul. So many things caught our attention on the menu and Laura accommodated our requests to share a main (Scallops) as a starter and also split the another starter (Octopus) making 2 seafood courses ahead of the Rioja slow roasted lamb. Wines recommendations from wineries only 10 mins walk from the restaurant matched so well. Desserts ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ The restaurant was perfect after our visit to the local wineries in The Station Quarter (home of Muga, La Rioja Alta, CVNE/Imperial, Roda, Lopez de Heredia etc) a mere 10 mins walk back to the main square of Haro. The best food we had on our travels around the region. Make sure to book ahead as I imagine this restaurant is full daily (Tues to Sun).
Superb combination of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Each dish was distinctive and beautifully prepared. Excellent service. Well worth making a booking.
Wow!!! Superb in every way. What a fantastic dining experience, a small resto run by a husband & wife team on the main square. Entree's - beef carpaccio and octopus in a sauce almost soupy. Mains, pork and scallops all dishes excellent flavours perfectly balanced. Desserts also super, cheesecake & lime tartlet. Book & Go!!
We had lunch in Alboroque today. We went there the day before but it was fully booked so we reserved a table for today. Remember to book a table in advance because otherwise you will have no table. Previous photos have drawn us to try it. It was fantastic. We were welcomed by Laura. The interior makes you feel very much at home. All dishes were so flavorful and fresh. The chef is slightly influenced by Japanese kitchen. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again.
Thank you so much to Laura and Raul. My wife and I just finished our trip through La Rioja and Alboroque was the best restaurant with the best food and attention we experienced. I wish you all the best and congratulations!
I can only say : this little Restaurant is worth every single one of the 5 stars I gave to it ! Mui mui bien !
This is our favorite stop in Haro!
The food is good. Maybe a bit too salty but i think is my palate.
Everything we ate was superb. Service was friendly.

I don’t know why this restaurant hasn’t got a Michelin star. Great food, even more so as it is at a great price for the quality. Attention to detail, innovative blending and lovely presentation. Also, friendly, attentive and delightful table service. A must visit if in Haro. We had not booked for lunch and made sure we were in as soon as it opened. Just as well as it was the last unreserved table. Easy to see why it is always in demand.
I don't often write reviews, but this is one of the best restaurants I've ever dined at. The creativity of the chef is remarkable. They will have multiple Michelin stars eventually, but now, you can eat here reasonably! Hurry!
Came for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Not the usual Riojan fare ( which I love). Ate some interesting and very tasty dishes, in fact every dish that was served was returned clean, it was that good. My wife can't eat gluten and the chef was so accommodating that he ammended some dishes to make them gluten free where possible. Superb! I have been to most of the restaurants in Haro and surroundings over the years and this is by far one of the best. Service was excellent. Thank you for a delicious meal, we shall definitely return.
One of the best meals we've had in a long long time... wonderful setting, wonderful food, wonderful service and all at a reasonable price point. A great spot for all visiting Haro.
Amazing. The food & service was exceptional. A small boutique restaurant where they take pride in their food. Book well in advance, don't miss one of, if not the best restaurant in Haro.
You need to book to attend this restaurant but what you get in return is wonderful fresh inventive flavoursome food from a chef at the top of his game and sublime service. A meal to savour. I look forward to the next time.

Thus is a lovely place for lunch. We were the first to arrive (at 1.45) but within 30 minutes the restaurant was full and people were being turned away. Booking ahead is really important. The couple who run the restaurant are adorable and the food is both nonstandard and delicious. Wine starts from about 15 euros a bottle. Fine dining and great value. I enjoyed the sardine starter but my wife thought the fish would be grilled rather than marinated - hence the point deduction. Highly recommended.
