I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

A fine new coffee shop for commuters to enjoy. So far, so good! Nice new DD! POLITE STAFF!!! NICE HOT TEA. Fresh, clean, bright location. Hope it stays this way! Good to bring the kids, wait for train or just coffee. Best to walk here. No parking. Meters only. They have coffees on tap, wow! 2 for $5 is the best buy. The workers make great sandwiches to your liking. Get the App for DD. Worth it a million times over.

While I got a hot coffee this time their ice coffee is my go to when I go to this place. It is always good to find a newly renovated location to go to.

I like it and go there. My one beef is that every time the clerk places an order the machine make a horrible, loud ear-killing shriek which is truly disturbing. I have asked them to disconnect it or at least lower it but that has not happened. For that reason I hesitate to drink my coffee in the store.

I bought a medium iced tea with lemon on Saturday. I got home and went to take a sip...its iced coffee with lemon. Cannot drink it...it's awful. I returned the drink the next day and received a heartfelt apology and a refund to my DD card. I was offered a complimentary drink but politely declined. I'm not a regular in this particular DD - hopefully it was a newish employee or an honest mistake. The store is lovely, modern and welcoming. Nicest looking Dunkin I've ever been to. It's been over a year ago since my initial review. Things haven't changed. I ordered a decaf tea on my mobile app and it was coffee! The place is filthy but the woman behind the counter was much more concerned with her cell phone. What a shame.

Not sure what the big secret is..same owner as Enrico’s across the street. As some reviewers mentioned, staff really should wear gloves when handling food orders

The service has been so slow since the new renovation. They have more people working but they all look very confused. Horrible.

Today (08.23.19) we decided to grab a donut at 9.41 PM, but the cafe was closed, for no obvious reason. It’s not the first time when this cafe is closed before the closing hours(which are written on the door). Yesterday we faced the same problem at the same Dunkin’ cafe. Second time we can’t eat fav donuts:((

Coffee good. Staff polite (should be more aware about gloves) however the manager is the reason for the rating. She doesn't know how to correctly talk to others, especially in the service industry. Every one from the delivery guy to the garbage man should be respected. My friends and I will avoid her negative energy.
