I love this place! My step brother has down syndrome and they are the sweetest to him. He loves the place so much he had his birthday party here. They had someone dress up as the Wendy's Lady for him! 😍

Very happy. Just got my food just now. Did have to wait a tad bit for it. But the employee Jess helped me out and very great customer service. Didn't used to be this great. But jess and I didn't catch the name to the other gal who helped. But they did a great job and we were doing great jokes and laughing. I'm the one who wanted to hook the frosty machine to my car to take with me. :-)
Food was good, but I asked for a single burger because I don’t have money and I am on budget and she ordered a double which cost more. So she basically made me buy the more expensive meal when it wasn’t what I ordered. But I was catching a ride and was short on time so I didn’t say anything.?
We stopped in for a late lunch yesterday and we're surprised to find nearly all of the tables occupied by customers. Once we tasted the sandwiches and the French fries, we knew why it was such a popular restaurant in West Hemet. Also, the cashiers and the manager were very polite and efficient. We will definitely be back.
I've never had an issue using the drive thru. Have always had good, prompt service. My Dave's Double, Spicy Nuggets and Chili, always on point.
Absolutely the best staff, but in particular, Jose goes above and beyond his duties to ensure a friendly experience as well as providing accuracy in my order. The food seems to even have a better flavor. This Wendy's restaurant should be awarded fir its excellence.
I asked to wait until I reached the drive-thru window to make my frosty so it wouldn't melt. She did what I asked. I really enjoyed my chocolate frosty. Great experience.
I love this Wendy's in Hemet, CA. I always ask for well done fries, and they are freshly made well done!! The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is so fresh & Bun is puffy & fresh!! All personnel are outstanding as is the Manager!! Thank You Wendy's!!!

Jennifer was on the sandwich area. I ordered a salad and it came out a little off on taste for me...little wilted, but she asked how she could help and quickly fixed the salad by making a fresh one that tasted amazing! Hit the spot and she made my night..hard to find her kind..wonderful when you do... as we sat at our table we could hear here talking to other team members in a happy, bubbly attitude. Really changes the atmosphere in there! Thank you Jennifer!
The young lady that took our order was exceptional! She had a very positive attitude and was very friendly. The hamburger I had was great, and plenty big enough to fill me up. I ordered the chicken strips on the side, and they were very good as well.
Customer service was awesome! I had taken my son to a Wendy's in San Jacinto, CA and they had given him his kids meal with molded bread. Returned it to the manager and she just didn't care and put all the blame on the man who delivers the bread. No apology or anything. Got my refund and left. The manager at the location was great! He went above and beyond for myself and kids. Thanks!
Stopped for gas an noted they were open at 3am, server let us know that soon as oven was clean he would get 2 jnr bacon burgers fresh an ready to go. It was quick an because of our wait he offered us each a half vanilla half chocolate shake. Best burger, service and shake. Thank you to the little guy

Service was good today. I ended up going inside hoping the AC was cold, and it was. I was happy to know the staff didnt judge me for bringing outside food, as I tend to mix and match my meals. I puchased chicken nuggets and a large drink, and food was hot and delivered quick. My table was clean and lobby appeared neat. Overall Im happy and will be coming back on my lunch breaks.

Do YOU get your FROSTY w/ FRIES? I do! I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for years and it’s been consistently quick. I never have to wait in the front when I’m ordering in the drive-thru and the service is usually good. It’s pretty calm inside (even on weekends). People keep to themselves and there aren’t any crazy tots running around. I like the food, there’s something about their nuggets and sea salt fries that I really dig. Also, the frosty is an American icon at this point… like hellooo. I really like the salads here, yes there’s good fast food salads here! I get a Ceasar Parm salad and it hits the spot! I see that they’re serving Cinnabon pull aparts now, I still have to try them but they look delicious! This Wendy’s is conveniently located on Florida in front of the Best Western so if you’re looking for a quick and affordable bite it’s right in front of you! Also, the Hampton and Golden RV park is nearby, so if you’re staying in town you have options if you don’t want to go to a sit down.
I visit this location at least once a week. Food is always fresh and hot without fail ..hot fries! Staff is quick to take your order, professional, and pleasant. Almost never a long line inside or at drive through. Music is not too loud inside. The interior is always clean and organized. Plenty of seating. Clean bathrooms ..no keycode neaded. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Great service. Syraia was very friendly and patient as our order was placed. The entire team seemed to work well together which always results in a good experience.
Food was great, as usual. But the one on the west end of town has been plagued by mediocre service since it came to town in 2003-ish. Make no mistake, the people are always wonderful, but there's always something that's missing, and it seems like two staff members. Nevertheless, it's Wendy's, and if you can take the pain of a long wait, then it'll still be worth it.
I love the Apple Pecan Salad!!! Plenty for 2 servings and stays fresh for a couple of days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Other menu items are not as good as the salads. But they offer free senior drinks.
This location has gotten significantly better. The manager Philip is really nice. It's kind service that keeps people coming back for the unhealthy food lol
I have never been a fan of any Wendy's and it was the place to go that day. My husband loves it. Anyway I am giving four stars because I have to keep my reputation in check. I had the classic chicken sandwich and it was amazing. It wasn't square nor fresh chicken buuuuut it got Wendy's four stars from a refuse to eat there person. Good job
Wait time to order could've been shorter & staff inexperienced- perhaps a new crew just learning? Suggest they teach/instruct BEFORE the dinner hour( was there at 4:40PM on a Wednesday. Very good burgers and a wide variety of food to choose from. The parking not at all easy, lot is shared with a Best Western, a Home Depot & insufficient handicap parking.
I'm try a new chicken sandwich, the sauce was horrible. Do not ask for bathroom, they going with you to open, area outside full of wierd people. No Senior discount. Inside look clean . They don't have a soda machines for your own use.
The food was yummy! The new remodel is very nice however it was cold inside. We tried to place our order on the new kiosk and had some trouble so one of the staff helped us. We will go back when the weather warms up a bit.
Food is still eh but that's on me, too lazy to cook. The kind service is what keeps me coming back though! Finally, some kind and friendly service! Very patient and understanding!
Used the kiosk that every fast food place is using. Only downside is that you have to wait for your order to be complete to get your drink. They got the freestyle coke machine inside.

I hope this review will be taken as just pertaining to one store on I-5 on Laval Rd near the Grapevine. First of all, my phone app said they accept electronic payment, but they refused me to use it. Next, my Chicken sandwich on large drink and medium fries was over $9. I don't ever remember paying that much before, but I suppose I could be wrong. So, the food was good, but the former mentioned circumstances soured my overall experience.
Meaty double stack! Was moist tender soft and the bun wasn't stale so that's a plus! (Wisdom teeth problems) They just couldn't get the simple fact of NO BACON on the burgers...oh well! So long as no charge was applied. Just took it off and was still a good lunch
They were very efficient with our order. I ordered a cup of chili beans and some nuggets. I feel they changed their recipe because the chilli had a little more spice that hurt my stomach after I had a second bite. Other than that the nuggets were fresh.
The last several times I have come to this location, they’re out of the salad I want. The girl who took my order today told me they ran out of it “a few days ago.” I’m not sure if the salads are premade and they just come in on the delivery truck, or what, but it’s super sad :/ other than that the drive thru is really fast and they’re always pretty accurate
This place is always fast and fresh. The only reason they don't get five stars is the no chocolate frosty situation. Hi Wendy's decision maker ....the CHOC frosty is why I came and putting strawberry and vanilla in the machines only was a dumb idea. I used to work there and 95% of the frostys sold were chocolate. It's the only place in town that has soft serve choc! Everyone else just adds choc to the vanilla and that's a big difference. i won't be back to this location. It's too far from my house to drive if i don't get a chocolate frosty.
Foods good service could be better
I come through here multiple times a day, The food here is pretty good other than it occasionally being made halfassed or old. Although ever since the apps update it feels like this place has been going downhill, i tried to use the free drink with any purchase and it wouldnt go through, after three tries the manager was called over to the window and i was just told there was nothing that could be done if it wasnt going through, so either the update broke the app or they just wanted to get more momey out of me
Bathroom are clean and the restaurant is clean but customer service needs a little bit more training on customer eduquet
Not many customers inside and hardly any in drive thru and yet there was a wait for service and long wait to get the food too. Had to go back to get spoons. Food is ok but price is good. Be sure to buy the $2 Keychain tag for a free Jr frosty all year with any purchase.
Food not fresh. had us park. Almost forgot our drinks. Then I realized they did forget my frosty. That's what 20.00 hr gets you.
Kiosk doesn't work for loyalty, have to go to counter. Clerk was very helpful and friendly. Guy who might have been a SM or DM was so rude to the kid. Food was fine, couple bucks more than McDonald's combo deal so there's that. But could have done without the side of unnecessary condescension. Hang in there kid, it gets better for good people.
The service here is better during the day but if you’re stopping for a late night meal , go somewhere else :/ The last time I went, they didn’t put my chicken nuggets in the bag and they asked if I wanted to upgrade to a large combo. They still gave me a small. I had to go back around to the drive through window to get my nuggets and then they forgot my fries and I had to wait another 7 min parked. Just really poor service.

I had a bad experience at this particular location. First the wait time was ridiculous and they had only one cashier that would frequently walk away to do other things even though food was sitting around ready to be given out. I order a fried chicken sandwich which was massively overcooked. The chicken inside was shriveled up and dry and as a result was paper thin. So sad.
I get that people hate working fast food, but I've never been through a drive through where you can just feel it through the speaker. Man sounds like he clocked out 2 hours ago. The speaker for the drive through sucks so they won't hear you, got my order wrong, also it's expensive. I recommend just going to Carl's across the street.
Horrible time to train people on a Sunday afternoon right as church is letting out. Waited inside 10 minutes for the line not to move so I went and got in the Drive-Thru. When I get to the window the cashier had to ask me what drinks I ordered and then didn't even give them to me another guy came to give them to me and then I had to ask for the little Frosty key tag the poor manager was doing her best but it seemed to me she was trying to train too many people at one time
The two stars are not for the food the food was very good it's for the service the person that took my order was I consider rude and also wearing a mask when required means covered your mouth not underneath your chin and of all the people working there this person was the only one acted like they were the manager? Acted as if they were doing me a favor. When all I want is food!
Been here 4 times and the last 2 times I had a gift card.. One young girl said my gift card might be empty because she couldn't read the receipt.. I had $6.95 on there so of course paid $9 for my meal... And then today I go there and use the same gift card and the young kid tells me I have $3.95 on the card... So I pay the difference... Which I didn't mind.. But also the French fries were warm and not fresh and the nuggets were not hot.. The attention to customer service is lacking all around. Everything is just to get you your stuff and get you out of there. If that is going to be the case let's at least get the food fresh, hot and right. And if there is a problem, "Try and make it Right" or at least better. Will not be going back to this Wendy's.
Absolutely zero people skills. Management should really take a look into who’s being hired. It seems as though the staff doesn’t want to work there. Not friendly whatsoever. No friendly greet at the window for my card gentleman just stuck his hand out. And when my Food Was ready they literally stuck the food right out the window. No hello no thank you no nothing.
Food is just low end; but you get what you pay for. It's not very clean, and the staff does try hard to get the orders out.
Not a fan of this location. Each staff member I have encountered has had attitude. The food is not fresh. One of my kids loves Wendy's, but even they don't like the food from this location. They seem to be bothered by having customers. Nothing like the San Jacinto store, they actually provide better customer service and fresh/hot food.

Service is a crap shoot and so is the food. Went through the drive through, burgers where small, literally 1 leaf of lettuce, couple pieces of onion and slice of tomato. Got my drink order wrong, and pretty stingy with the fries in my order too.
So I was going to drive thru, but the car ahead of me was taking forever to order, so u backed out and walked in. I was greeted by a Reggie clear clerk, who was pleasant, but I told him about the drive thru line, and asked if I had to wait for the drive thru customers to be serviced before I could get my order, which was just a single cheese burger order that I asked to customize... No onion, very little catsup. He replied, no way, he would have it ready in a minute or so. Turns out I DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE ENTIRE DRIVE THRU TO FINISH AHEAD IS ME. When I got my order, 25 minutes later, it was not at all customized. It had onions, and catsup so thick the burger slipped all over, with the catsup covering the whole outside is the bun. When I took it over to the clerk, all he said was .. " Oh, I'm sorry"... and walked away! I'll not cater to Wendy's ever again, and will make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience!
10-2023 Drop your prices, there's a reason you don't get a lot of business. The staff is nice and friendly but were here for the food and pricing. This round was chili and a baked potato ..it was alright; not to big in size though..rooting for ya'll to compete; step up 2019 First off our server Jocelyn was excellent she advised us to use the Wendy's app which we did and it worked. We ended up with a free salad in addition to our order of some burgers chili, fries and chicken. I have to say the chicken strips were great. A salad looked filling even as a side portion and the chili was on point. She deserves a raise it looks as though they are staffed up pretty well even during a shift change we'll be back. She even came out to clean the dining area before ending her shift.

I thought I was the only one, but after reading the reviews it seems they have problem with the staff. Many but not all are extremely rude and refuse to believe they got your order wrong, and to mention the extra few charges on my card that I know I didn't do on the very next day. Stopped by Wendy's to get breakfast this morning, their system was down so he couldn't take an order. I use to come here at least 3 to 4 times a week because the wendys across town sucks. But after remodeling I don't know what happened but the food quality went down. I get burgers raw frys cold chicken nuggest and mid now. I officially have given up.
Just went there last night. A small cheeseburger we got was not fully cooked so I took it in and they gave me a new one that I asked to be well done, well I git it in under 60 seconds. I split it with my spouse. We woke up at 1:30 in the morning throwing up and now have been having stomach problems all day. They even seemed irritated that I went back and told them the burger wasn't done. Only 1 young lady was nice and even kindly asked if I would like for her to dispose of the item when I went back in.
not only did they not have the frosty I ordered but they didn't even replace it with a different drink. also they didn't customize my two sandwiches like I selected no onions, but mayo and pickles and way more stuff they didn't add, it's almost as if they just grabbed the pre-made sandwiches from under the warmer and just tossed in bag, both were very dry. I asked for condiments and got absolutely nothing, not even a few lousy ketchup packets. horrible service and this is 2nd time from same location getting very bad service...
Was not happy with my visit first time in a year that I've been there. They acted like they were doing me a favor to be open and maybe they were I should have left nothing went right the girl that was operating there should have went home to have been a better representative the company not to have been there she had no idea how to do things she couldn't answer questions she no idea the prices when you couldn't find it on the menu someone else had to take over her duties she had no sense of humor she's probably what made it a terrible night there had a hard time getting condiments I asked for sweet and sour sauces for my chicken they acted like I was stealing from them when I ask for more I like to dip it in my fries it tastes good with it on. Just went through the drive through wendys on Florida right by home depot. I never usually submit reviews but I'm doing so in hopes of improvement. The lady taking orders through the intercom was so rude. She would cut me off and was quick to say what they do not have but she seemed annoyed when asked what they do have. When she took my payment she didn't even look at me and talked AT me rather than to me. Customer service sucks. They need a lesson in customer service skills. I also think she was manager which is scary bc she's probably going to train others to be just as rude.
Went to this location Monday afternoon. When we arrived, the lady in the intercom sounded annoyed with my SO when he was ordering. When we got the food, a word wasn't said to us, and even when we asked for straws they didn't say anything either. It was whatever though cause we wanted food. The food tasted good. However, (btw me and my SO got different orders) I felt sick about 2 hours after eating, and never threw up so violently in my entire life. I was like that the whole day afterword into the next early morning with a high temperature of 101 degrees. Didn't feel better until sometime Wednesday. Will never go here again as they obviously don't know how to handle food properly and give their customers food poisoning.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager of this Wendy's needs help. They were out of chocolate and strawberry frosties, like how does that happen, so I default to vanilla, but that's not why I'm writing a bad review. When I got home and opened the tops to all 3, they were all liquid! It took me 5 minutes to get home in an cold air conditioned vehicle, so they didn't melt. They cheaped out and gave me liquid for 10$, plus no spoons either, I guess they want me to drink it which makes sense given the consistency. I drive back 30 minutes later asking for a refund. The manager says you need proof of purchase, but how can I if they give me no recipet. She then calls the police on me for waiting in the drivethru too long, nice. Bever got my money back. There are many other problems with this place that I could go into, but you're better off going to the other Wendy's not far from there. I hope you heed this warning and stay away from this poorly managed facility!

This location unfortunately has serious issues with providing timely service and correct orders. I ALWAYS have to double check my order, which is NEVER correct. Sometimes even my replacement order is incorrect. Often I get the completely wrong order, and always a menu change item totally served wrong like plain burger is served with ketchup, pickle, onions, etc. Last time I returned with someone else's order it went right over to the drive-thru window, not even thrown away. SO GROSSED OUT! I was done, not coming back.
Had a bad experience in drive through my receipt said Sydney and stormi I’m unsure who was giving me this issue. She had blue highlights in her blonde hair she was rushing us on the speaker we were the only car in the drive threw them when we got to the window my fiancé asked to add a frosty and she charged him and said I just charged you it’ll be a whole other transaction and I told her she was being rude and she said she was taking drive threw orders and on register and that’s just how she talks so she doesn’t know what to tell me. I just said thank you and got my food and went on with my night. Hire better people! she was so freaken rude so disappointing

After sitting in drive thru for my mobile order I was told I had to come in (Mind you there is a drive thru pick up option!) I had to wait in the drive thru line in order to go in and while inside I over heard the employees talking that only Uber eats and Door Dashers needed to come in and that mobile orders can in fact use the drive thru. After waiting almost an hour (because they STILL hadn't started my order when I checked in at the drive thru or when I came in) and watching 3 other orders that came in after me, my order was incorrect and missing items!!
Terrible customer service. Didn't have an item I ordered through the app. Told me to "request" a refund through an email. What? They have my money, I didn't get all of my food. Zero empathy, zero help, zero customer service. Manager tried to further inconvenience me by having me go through the drive thru again to get (and pay for) a replacement item for the food I already paid for that they didn't have. I had to basically demand that she just take my order at the second window to not further waste my time. Then, they still forgot an item from the rest of my order. Ridiculous. Terrible.
Pathetic experience. Dinned in, and waited about 5-10 minutes just to order. Meanwhile 5-8 more people came in behind me. Finally put in the order, he said they would call me up. I waited another 10 plus minutes and saw my order on the counter. I walked up and they were missing the sauce, the drinks and my main sandwich. Finally got all my food. Meanwhile just observing the line. It stayed at 6-8 people for our entire meal. The manager Jesus and his crew hardly communicating or helping the 1 cashier. Pretty pathetic manager and experience. 6-8 people waited more then 15 minutes in the line and just left because of the wait. Y’all need to communicate and have a better manager!

We were the only people in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order. We paid and were then asked to pull around and wait for our food. Another 10 minutes went by before my husband had to go in to ask for our order. Everyone inside was already served, so there was no reason for such a long wait. Our food was cold too!! Ridiculous!!!
Customer service is awful and the staff is so rude. I went through the drive through and got food for my kids. There were no other customers. When I went to the window they asked me to park and wait. I said I wouldn’t, I have explained to them multiple times I have a SN child whose main meals are Wendy’s and if I drive away from the window without his food he thinks he won’t get to eat and then will refuse food for the rest of the day. The person at the window said it’s not their problem and they have a timer. I said the timer isn’t my problem and would wait at the window. They were very rude and I asked for the manager, this wasn’t the first time this person was rude to me. They said they were the manager so I asked for their name “Jake” and asked to speak with someone above them. They said to call the number on the receipt, I told them I wasn’t given a receipt and they handed me a blank piece of receipt paper with my order and slammed the window shut.
I ordered the New Italian Chicken Sandwich. It was so dry. So I asked for more marinara. The girl didn’t even know what sauce it came with. Got the manager, manager wanted to charge me 60 cents for more even though it was dry. He only gave me more because I said I was unhappy and writing a review.
Stopped at Wendy's and went inside to order. It is a round noon. I stood and waited for someone to take my order. Someone said 'be right with you' but nobody came. Seems all around they are busy with filling order. Wait more then I went to the order tablet. I wanted to pay cash. Go back to standing where you order and after waiting again no one took my order. I just left. I guess business is good and not taking orders is not a problem. I will not be going back there again.
This the second time they have had no change. The first time I gave them an extra 60 cents out of my dollar. This time I was 2 cents short and they would not accept my 84 cents instead of 86 cents due. Totally unethical and too much of a coincidence to have it happen the only 2 times I had been there in 6 months. The excuse was the register would come up 2 cents short----how about all the other transactions that over paid like I did last time because they couldn't get change. For sure will be contacting corporate and consumer affairs. I can't even imagine a business being run this way. The two young ladies were absolutely indignant. Zero customer service skills. For $20.00 an hour they need to find people who will increase business not drive them away for 2 cents. No, I did not take my food as I refused to give them the extra dollar and have them keep my change again. This is a huge mistake on their part. I don't go there often, but every little bit helps their business, plus word of mouth. Nope, will never go back, but that doesn't mean they haven't heard the last of me.
They put out coupons and tell you you can use two at a time per order becauselie thier system will not take more than per order. So I had to drive around for a second time they then said I had to buy an item full price in order to use a second coupon because of their system after arguing with them say I didn't have too the first time I came through all of a sudden they could. Hate being lied too! Bad experience and my father experienced the same issue. Better off spending a little more at better burger joint.
So, context: I serve as caregiver to my mother who has a support dog. After more than a dozen visits with no problem, suddenly some arrogant dude decides the dog is not allowed. More than twenty other workers had no issue, but now it's a big deal. He's about 6 pounds, has his own seat and never makes any noise or trouble. If he hadn't seen the dog he never would have known. Other customers also have no problem with the dog. This guy wanted to be a big deal and so kicked out repeat customers for no good reason.
I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal. No clients inside no cars in the drive true. I was the only one.Limited options on the menu.
Went to go get a meal and apparently now you can only get one sauce here when I got a large meal disappointed they charge per sauce only one per meal
I ordered a 4 piece tender meal fresh..... Wanted 10 minutes for old fries and old tenders. $17. 93 was the total 🤬
Just went in for breakfast got two honey butter chicken biscuits and a potato wedge and it was cold not good do better there was no better on my biscuits and barely any honey and they were cold do better never again
It’s really nice when you have to order a combo and then pull up to the front and wait for 15 minutes when there’s no cars behind you
10/14 Had an awful encounter with Jaden. Went to Wendy’s to get dinner with my Dad. Pulled up to the drive through and my Dad ordered our meals. Then the employee said he’d be right back. Waited about 10 minutes and then we said, Hello, did you leave?. To which we were replied with, “ I don’t know what you want!” And my dad said I can repeat the order. So he did repeat it. And the employee said he still didn’t know what we wanted. Pulled up to the window to speak in person. And the employee repeated our order back to us. So my Dad said, oh so you did hear my order you had me repeat 2 times. The employee began to raise his voice again, and my Dad asked if someone else could just help us instead. The employee began raising his voice again, saying he was actually the manager. Then another employee came and said he’d help us. He apologized to us for his coworkers inappropriate behavior. He said we’re the 3rd customer that he had been rude to. He said he was going to be telling their higher ups about this because it was not okay. He said he’d give us something free for the terrible encounter. Which he did. He gave us an extra soda, fries, and nuggets. Which was kind. But I didn’t want anything for free. I wanted to be treated with respect and I wasn’t. I’m not trying to be yelled at, for just ordering my dinner. I don’t know if he was having a bad night or what the case was. But his behavior was inexcusable. If he hates dealing with people, then maybe don’t have a job in customer service. So just be careful if you come here. You might have the misfortune of dealing with him.
Got the Crabby patty for their Sponge Bob... I was so excited untill I saw it was missing 🍅 tomatoes, one thin piece of lettuce, and only had 2 tiny pickles. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. It was more like a CRAPPY PATTY so not worth driving 45 minutes for. I Love thier food, If I knew it wasn't going to look and have everything it should I would have just ordered the classic cheese burger with bacon as I always do.
Bought a chicken wrap around 2:45 today on the 13th it was terrible. Don't know who made it but it had hardly any chicken, lettuce the size of a quarter and it was Wilted badly. Very little ranch. Who ever made it at Wendy's Shouldn't be allowed to work there. It was bad. I think there was something else on my sandwich. I have a terrible aftertaste from it. I pray I don't get sick. The maker was that food at 2:45 today should be terminated today. I ate it about a 1/2 hour ago now I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach and have a funny after taste. If I throw up I'll have it tested.
If I can give a zero I would this service at a Wendy’s on Florida Avenue is horrible. The lady that had service was very rude right when we pulled up to the speaker and keep saying what else as soon as we would start to order she ask what else instead of a nicer plate term like can I get you anything else for today? It was what else with sass we get to the window she’s throwing our food at us. Basically rushing us with the drinks. We finally got our food and drinks a Dr Pepper was flat our fries were completely almost empty. And because they were doing construction, we could not go in and fix our drinks in the lobby so we went to the window and as we gave her a drink, she decides to scoop our entire cup full of ice to the brim with her hand and cup no scooper no gloves and proceeds to say we don’t have Dr Pepper. I just changed it and I cannot use it because the line needs to run. I believe her name was Sydney as what the receipt said, but She was a blonde thinker lady and was very rude
Today around 6 o’clock I went to the drive-through to order me and my kids food. I got me and my oldest son a spicy chicken sandwich. Halfway through eating mine I notice it tasted funny. And I realized it was raw in the middle. I called the location. The manager told me to come back and she would refund me my money and they were sorry . I am just praying that me and my son do not get sick.
