Everything was very nice, but I didn't like that the sheets were dirty, stained like blood, and had a hole in them. It would have been nice if there was a trash can. The one in the bathroom isn't suitable for trash, it's very, very small.

I really liked the place, I just didn't like that the lights didn't work. Only the bathroom light. When we arrived, the receptionist gave us the room she wanted without asking beforehand or providing any information about the available rooms.

The place is fine, it's a clean and discreet place, and the price considering the hours you can stay is fair, without a doubt a good place to take your partner.

The motel is very well-equipped and has everything. A sofa, a bathroom, a bed with a mirror on the ceiling, and a television. The only minor issue I noticed was that the air conditioning was set too high. I was hot and couldn't lower the temperature. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. They want to put in an air conditioning control so you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

There was a camera in the room ☹️. Everything was very clean and tidy, but oh well, goodbye privacy... On one occasion, someone from the staff tried to enter the room for no reason. We called reception, and they didn't know what we were talking about. I think he wanted a free party 😖

I really like this motel. But the day before yesterday, I went, and the night shift employees were rude. The reason was that I didn't want to pay an extra 300 pesos for sheets. I agree that it wasn't right to stain the sheet, but the stain was chocolate. And for that reason, they didn't return my ID, and they wouldn't open the door for the Didi driver. They didn't care about leaving other cars waiting because they wouldn't open the door for the Didi driver. I'm really upset about what the employees did. As I said at the beginning, I really like the motel, and I've been there before, and I'm ashamed to say it, but I think it's gotten worse. Excuse me! But I'm being realistic. I called the next day to talk about what happened, and the woman who answered told me they shouldn't have done that. She told me to call back in a few minutes. I did, but now she's not answering my calls. I really hope you can give me an answer, as it's very important to have identification, especially for the motel staff. I'll have to make an appointment now, which isn't convenient because of my work schedule; nothing is going smoothly.

We lost our air conditioning. And they didn't offer a solution. The receptionist was very rude. What a shame for such a nice motel. That kind of employee only makes things worse and doesn't solve anything.
