Such a sweet spot! I don’t get to go often because I don’t live close but whenever I’m in the area I love to pop in. Great food with a very diverse menu, delicious coffee, cozy atmosphere and Andrea at the front is so warm and welcoming. Very diverse menu too! Love it there :)

Was our first time and breakfast, coffee and acai bowl was good. Will definitely go back. Is a small place so suggest to get there before noon.

OB small breakfast place. Eggs ordered sunny side up, overdone. Coffee good, Acai Bowl good, Pancakes good, Avocado toast also good.

Was walking by and decided to grab something to go. Super sweet lady at the register. Got a bacon breakfast burrito, pretty good price for the size of it considering I had just (regretfully) paid over $7 for a latte around the corner. Potato/egg/bacon ratio was good. Potatoes were cooked and seasoned really well! Just wish the bacon inside was crispy.

I had the best mocha freeze and the most delicious meat and rice bowl. Staff friendly and quick. Ambience upbeat and relaxing. Will come again

Honestly a perfect breakfast spot - everything is delicious, clean and bright spot in Central OB, and extremely polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Cute little place. The lady at the counter knows all the regulars. We split a Greek goddess and a ultimate salmon bagel and I honestly can’t tell you which was better. Great bagels. Great coffee

The smoothies were incredible and there was a good selection of muffins. The main reason for the 5 stars is that it's the only place we could find nearby that opened at 6:30 - perfect when your hotel doesn't serve breakfast and your young kids are awake and hungry!

I passed by and wanted a coffee from somewhere I have never tried before. I had their cookie butter latte and it was sooo good. Usually, in my experience, flavored lattes never have enough flavor that makes them taste like what they’re named but this coffee tastes divine. Definitely check out this place, they have tons of other drinks and foods too!

Very cute local coffee shop with a huge menu offering something to eat for everyone. They offer seasonal & unique coffee drinks. The barista Andrea is always joyful and friendly and crafts delicious lattes. Their decor makes it feel very homey and cozy. There tends to be a line, but the team in the kitchen get food orders out quickly.

Two weekends in a row. One of the best burritos I’ve had and today one of the best skillets I’ve ever had (I got no cheese, preference). Both very generous portions and the staff is wildly friendly. Friendlier staff than the majority of San Diego restaurants.

On top of this, the workers are always smiling and upbeat despite the atmosphere, and very quick to give you anything you may need like a glass of water or some packets of hot sauce. This time I had the Green Eggs and Ham. I had not tried it before but something about it just called to me and it did not disappoint. On an everything bagel, it was one of the yummiest things I’ve had for breakfast all week. Though I’m tempted to try other breakfast spots when I’m in town, I always circle back to Cliffs because I know it never fails.

We stopped in for coffee a couple mornings when we visited San Diego. I had the honey cinnamon latte, which was my favorite coffee I got the whole time we were on out trip. Cute little place with very friendly staff.

I am a local in OB and I absolutely love this place! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming (both front of the house and back of the house), and the food is always great. Their coffee is on point too. Couldn't recommend this place enough, one of my favorite spots in OB and I have lived here for 15 years

What a cool little Cafe. Not sure how my wife found this place but so glad she did. We came here and got some breakfast on a Monday morning. The prices were good and food was very good. It's a cozy little Cafe and has seating inside and outside. The young woman that helped us was super friendly and the place just has a good vibe. We will be back for sure

Had breakfast here today. Prices are great! Food is really good!! Had an issue with one of our plates, it was addressed quickly and professionally. The employees we came in contact with are very friendly. If I’m ever in the area, I would definitely come back! Highly recommend!!

It's a small place with a delicious menu, also be ready to wait on a spot to hopefully open up to sit, there's also chairs outside the entrance door but just a hand full of chairs. FYI they don't give MILITARY Discount. Anyways the food was Great, my eggs were overeasy instead of OverMedium like how I like them but other than the 🥞Pancakes were Perfect! The bowl aka Monkey Business was great and freezing cold so be careful to not get a brain freeze !o! The vegetarian battles were good. The dragon 🐉 fruit smoothie was good, but it was to cold I couldn’t taste all the fruits so make sure theres not to much ice in your smoothie becuz tht can ruin a smoothie!

This is a line out of the door type of place. Come early during meal hours or you will regret it. Very small location with only enough room for maybe 10 customers. That said, food from smaller places is nearly always better. Same goes for here. If you didn't believe me and showed up anyway you will eventually get served. If you aren't willing to shuffle around on the sidewalk there is a bigger restaurant within easy walking distance you can use as a backup. Long story short, try here and if you can't get in quickly its a little walk to the Breakfast Republic around the corner.

Ordered two breakfast items. They were very good. Thought we would eat in....no bathroom. Told my wife to go to bankrupt drug store up the street. We got food to take back to motel. One knife was provided in takeout....no napkins. Order taker seemed to be having a rotten day.
