It's sad when you're waiting and your order isn't complete. I ordered full combos and they were served separately (our favorite thing about McDonald's is the fries, and they didn't serve them). The Sunday snacks were melted, and we were missing napkins and juice, among other things. I've always gone to McDonald's, and this time at the 49th Street location in Hialeah, FL, my order and table were dirty or torn.

Morning crew is oblivious to specific notes on orders. I ordered a hot mocha coffee with Carmel syrup, Carmel drizzle and whipped cream and none of it was added. I called them and they don’t answer and on top of it they charge you for all the extra things yet they don’t add it!

There’s plenty McDonalds in the area, don’t come to this one. The key with MD is how fast you get your food, u don’t want to wait 30 minutes to get your order. They probably under staffed.

The manager at this Hialeah location (women with red hair) has the worse customer service there is. she did not give me the fries or chicken nuggets in the order. It was through the drive thru and I went back inside to request the fries and nuggets and she said she remembers the order and she put the nuggets but not the fries which was not true. She did not provide any of them. She call me a liar in my face, I know is Hialeah but her costumer service is the worse, she shouldn’t be a manager. She doesn’t have professionalism.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at 1101 W 49th St in Hialeah, FL. The staff at this location was completely inadequate and inappropriate. From the moment I entered, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The team members were arguing openly in front of customers. Not only was my order handled poorly, but the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s frustrating to encounter such a lack of care and respect from a business that is supposed to value its customers. I sincerely hope this team is held accountable and that management takes immediate steps to address the issues at this location. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Third time that I order and they refuse curbside pickup.. They do t even prepare the food until you get out of the car and enter the store.The claimed I'm here alone with my manager. I counted 5 employees. The 29 ST McDonald's is AWESOME compared to this store. This 59 ST store also refuses to do table service. On several occasions the completely ignore the order of you request table service or curbside pickup. McDonald's please follow up on this.

Order #49A33 Uber eats at 11:26pm 10/30/24. The Uber driver did his job. The quarter pounder with bacon I ordered had a hair right on top. I am not the person to lie. My husband wanted to throw it away. But if he didn’t lift the bud to put ketchup he would have ate a hair. See the photos. We are not those people. Complained to Uber and not review minutes after getting the food. Please refund me for the quarter pounder. This is not right.

This McDonald’s does not support the APP 24hrs, they stop serving Dinner/mobile orders at 2:30am even though it’s stated on the website & app they serve until 3:49am, if you show up with one not knowing this information you will get hialeahs famous sassy Cuban who hates their job courtesy.

On June 11th, 2024, it was raining, and the establishment seemed to be closed without any notice. People, including those with children, were getting off their vehicles and getting wet. It was frustrating that there was no sign indicating the closure, making it difficult for people to see from their cars.

Today 2:59 pm My husband went to the drive thru during his lunch break. Customer service was fine they took my order nothing was missing. But when he went to eat his food the food was cold, fries were stale and soggy, his drink was not sealed properly and it spilled in the car. And his the food had a strong oder his co-worker even noticed the smell that was coming off the food. 15 mins later he got nauseous and had to use the restroom to throw everything he just ate up. We normally never have an issue with this McDonald’s but this was the first time he has ever had an experience like this. We will not be returning to this McDonald’s again after this.

This is the third time I order my food through doordash and it arrives soaked in soda. And no it is not the drivers fault. They dont use a cupholder they just put the soda in a bag right next to the food so obviously it spills. I guess it is too hard to train the employees on proper food packaging. I am tired of my items arriving soaked and unable to be eaten due to y’all being lazy.

It is the fourth time that the same thing has happened to me, I have called the store, and an employee pretended to be the manager, and after speaking to her, she told me that the manager was busy and after that she left me talking to myself. The service at this McDonald's has always been hit-and-miss but today they refused to honor an advertised price on their menu. They insisted that even though the hot and spicy Mcchicken bundle was on their menu it was no longer in their system. I did not have the time or patience to argue with the so called manager who didn't even speak English so I drove away and went to another McDonald's that did have the bundle and honored the price.
