Our experience at Palenque Pizzeria (Cuban pizzeria) was very positive. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always attentive to our needs, even carefully heating and serving our baby's food. The restaurant is spacious, well-decorated, and very clean. The bathrooms are especially worthy of note, although they don't have a changing table. The chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. As for the food, the cream cheese was spectacular, the lasagna was very tasty, and the pizza was authentically Cuban and delicious. We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of serving us water upon arrival, something that reminded us of restaurant customs in Cuba. In short, an excellent option to enjoy good Cuban food with first-class service, even though the location can be a bit confusing. We will definitely return!

I want to share my wonderful experience at this place, as it was my first time visiting. Since I was traveling and had brought my pet (dog) with me, and I didn't have a pet ID, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. We went around 8:30 sitting at the table beautiful place very cozy atmosphere even the staff, the problem was that my husband's pizza was served half an hour after the order ie 9:15; I ordered a cream cheese which according to its reviews is very good to not make this story so long 9:45 a waitress came to ask if they had served me my cream cheese and they never served it to me they gave it to another customer instead of serving me my order 😡, to please me in the end they took the cream cheese off the bill and they usually give me a cheese pizza to go but that is not the objective, the objective is to go to the place enjoy and be served well that is what you are paying for, I will return and if they give me good service I will put it but if not I will not go anymore because of a lot of advertising with Miguelina la flaca and all the influencers for one to go and leave bravo

I was at Palenque Pizzeria Restaurante and one of the things they excel at is service. My experience was pleasant, they are pretty attentive, take time to explain the menu and make recommendations. When I decide to have Cuban pizza, I usually have the chorizo one as this is not a usual topping you find at other pizza places(unless it is a Cuban one). I enjoyed the crunchy edges of the pizza, but in my opinion the amount of chorizo was limited. I also don’t like the idea of having the chorizo cut in small pieces, the regular slices is the way to go. I appreciate the pizza was not overly greasy, as I don’t like that excess of fat. However, I gotta say it was because the pizza was light on cheese, limiting the amount of fat. It works for me but perhaps it won’t for those people who love cheesy pizzas. Overall, I liked it, not the best Cuban pizza I have had but good enough.

I went to this place this afternoon for the 1st time after hearing they served good Cuban food. I ordered the Lobster Soup and the taste was great but the quantity was unreal. For its price I was expecting at least just a normal plate of soup but what they served was a ridiculous small amount. It’s 3 stars due to the great service by the ladies there creating a comfortable atmosphere.

So, I ordered the pizza, and they informed me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I went inside to collect the pizza, they gave me the excuse that they were running late because the restaurant was full. In reality, the restaurant was not that crowded. Nevertheless, the place had a very good appearance, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with a stage.

The food was so-so. The service was the same. The waitress who served us came and didn't let us read the bill; she took our card out of our hands and charged it without letting us see it. In my opinion, it was average, and I wouldn't go back. They give us so many promotions, only to practically kick you out. I don't recommend it.

I had visited this place before and had no complaints. However, when I attended a live show, the experience was extremely disappointing. Although the show itself was excellent, the overall experience was negatively affected by the restaurant’s policy that night. Guests were required to purchase a special “combo” menu created specifically for the event. There was no option to order individually or choose alternative items. The prices were excessively high per person, and the portions were surprisingly small — barely enough even for a child. The combination of mandatory purchasing, limited options, high prices, and very small portions created a very poor dining experience. What should have been an enjoyable night ended up feeling forced and overpriced.

I felt scammed with the food at this place, this is pure propaganda. 1. The food took a long time, 2. The spaghetti arrived cold, 3. It was undercooked, 4. I ordered some bacon spaghetti and they brought me some ham spaghetti and they charged me for bacon. We told the waitress and her response was that bacon is like ham and if the kitchen said it was bacon it's because it was bacon. The lemonade was awful, the croquettes stuck to your palate, just like the ones in Cuba. In conclusion, do not go to this place, you will lose your money.

I asked for her name, and she said she needs to ask the manager, and when she came back, she said her name is Alexandra, but my receipt says, "Served Rachel R.R. She was very unprofessional and rude and others customers from table next to me made the same coments to us. My husband asked for the ticket, and I was charged for the lasagna de carne $15.99, and we paid and left. Any Manager came or any explanation at all. I'll make sure the owner of the restaurant knows what happened today at his restaurant. I don't recommend the restaurant. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I sincerely feel scammed! The photos speak for themselves. That lasagna is terrible. Just one spoonful disgusted me and I had to throw it away. And the pizza was so tiny it looked like a baby's, it had no cheese and tasted like bread.

I just bought 5 pizzas for the first time at this place and it was a total disappointment. Honestly, I think it's disrespectful that the pizzas, besides being poorly made, aren't cheap. They're smaller than a disposable plate for the price they charge. The dough is completely detached from the cheese, and the sauce is a puree that's more than obvious—like the pre-cooked, frozen pizzas from the supermarket. In short, I'm speechless. I would never go back to this place, much less recommend it. And to top it all off, I only got 18% of the tips for such a bad experience.

Long story short, we walked in and out. We arrived without a reservation and the host, with a tremendous amount of stupidity, asked us “if we wanted” to go wait at the bar for a table for 6 to become available. I want to say that when we walked in, 3 of us entered first and at first she told us that we couldn’t get in without a reservation, things changed when we told her there would be 6 of us and she did the math. We continued with her and she took us to a table to wait but with the same attitude and turning her back on us, she barely answered my question about how long it would take to be able to sit down, something we needed to know since we were with a small child. Anyway, we got up and left. Besides, there are only 12 parking spaces and it’s narrow.
