Xavier oir waiter was best of best. We always have great meals at red lobster in hialeah. Never a bad meal compared to soso meals at others. The hialeah red lobster should b the bench mark for all red lobsters. Zero greasy food. Golden color

Took my childhood friend to celebrate her birthday at Red Lobster for an all you can eat shrimp experience. I had the pleasure of having been served by THE BEST SERVER EVER !!! Jessica was AMAZING, our orders came through in a very timely manner and those coconut shrimps were exactly what I was hoping for, simply SCRUMPTIOUS!! And she kept them coming. She was friendly, very personable, quick and a delight to deal with. She would swing by to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything and she was just incredible. She didn’t skip a beat. Food was delicious, service was great, and definitely coming back !! I give this place 5 thumbs up. But I give JESSICA a 10 .. Red Lobster has a superstar there!!! We went here for my wife's birthday and the food was really good but for the price I was expecting a better service, the waitress seems a little bit overwelmed with the amount of work probably because they are understaffed.. The food was amazing I mean NY Steak and Lobster uhmm delicious. Hope they fix the problems with their staff because is not cheap place.

So far at 1130. Am only 2 servers believe it or not plenty of costumer at this time food is ok I can be better, clean place, servers are well dress hair pick up the hostess had to help the servers at this time over all is ok It could be excellent

The waiter was awesome. We were all warned of the potential e coli spread on lettuce and got compensated for not serving it. The food was delicious!

With all due respect I like to mention my experience at Red Lobster on 49th Street ,the main problem or should I say disappointment in this establishment is that me and my wife was highly disgusted because the women's restroom were not clean and very filthy😲. when my wife went in she ran out and explained to me that it was in deplorable conditions. it was no toilet tissue in two stalls and the third one was really messy to , it still had toilet paper on the seat like all around it no one even care to try to clean it up all the way to closing time she went back in and she almost vomited everywhere.3 Stalls 1clogged up with feces ,my wife mentioned it to me .and we both mentioned it to the staff .The second time she went to go use the bathroom hour and a half later it was still the same😷 when we left it was closing time and she went to go use the bathroom again it was still the same in actuality it made her so nauseous🤒.And plus the time consuming wait was exhausting in between are endless shrimps was a 30 minute wait at the end of the night they even forgot are order . And then try to pass it off by saying that the Machine that used to steam shrimps was slow so that's the reason why we had to wait so long I guess that's there excuse. the kitchen was closed me and my wife was highly disappointed in this Red Lobster we usually go to different Red Lobster's all over the United States we travel often and this is the only Red lobster that was really not up to standards ☹ my broccoli and cheese looks delicious right?😠
