I was disappointed because I wanted a coffee frappé, without sugar and they didn't have anything like that. Pure coffee already sweetened and that means they don't have a machine? I think they just use pure powder. And 2 I ordered a Milanese sandwich that looked quite full and delicious but it is deceptive.!! They leave all the crumbs in the bread (which is a lot) and the way they open the bread is incorrect, they open it in half so that it takes up less space for food and it can be seen more. Apart from all the crumbs they leave. I felt scammed. At least the waitress was very friendly.! 👍🏾 If you order sandwiches, ask them to remove all the crumbs and break the whole bolillo as it should be, so you don't get scammed. (The photo shows all the crumbs that made the sandwich look fuller) 😞🫥

Bad place to eat, they advertise chicken with chili flakes, but they serve chicken in tomato sauce, which is nothing like the chicken. The sausage was served half-cooked, and to top it all off, the service is bad, with no friendly attention. It's expensive considering what you pay versus what you get.

What they offer has nothing to do with the name of the place, there is no variety in cafeteria products, just the basics. It is not very comfortable, only one person to serve you, they give you the menu and do not explain what ingredients or presentation has each thing that is written, walls and ceiling deteriorated and even with cobwebs, I expected more...

It's nice, the place is small, about 7 tables. The food is average; the strawberries in the salad were frozen. The guacamole is good, as are the fries and the skirt steak. It's expensive for what you end up serving. There's no card payment, and the bill includes VAT. The bathroom wasn't clean.

They call it a magical town, but the services are very inadequate; there's no customer service training. This place offers you micheladas (made with beer), and you ask for unmade beer, and they don't know what to do—just to give you an example. The bathrooms are the worst. No water, ugly, dirty, smelly...

Honestly, it was BAD. The service from one of the waitresses was TERRIBLE. They charged 10 pesos for each glass of plain water (as far as I know, it's never charged). The kids' menu was out of juice, and they asked if we wanted to change it, so we ordered hot milk, which they also charged 35 pesos for. The enchiladas we ordered were served cold, and the tortillas were impossible to eat. The hamburgers didn't come with any sides. The price-quality ratio is terrible; very expensive for what they offer.
