Used the Bk app for the first time early on the morning. Couldn’t figure out why the line was backed up as the cars weren’t many but took an extended time to get my food. I didn’t jump to conclusions, but when I got to the window I noticed there was only one worker doing all the work. This bothered me as I am a manger and of my staff are short, I am there to support them. When o got home I couldn’t get this off my mind and I called the store to get the managers info and the name of this dedicated team member without a team. Her name is Kendrick, to a regular customer, you may not have even noticed she was by herself taking orders, making the orders and her attitude was so courteous!!!!! I asked if she had help and she stated no without complaint. When I called back she stated she had help arrive and thanked me for calling. This is the type of team member that should be awarded, because SHE IS THE REASON I WILL REVISIT this establishment. Had I not called back and she stated she had help arrive, I would not have returned for lack of poor management. I will follow up to see if BK recognized her for excellent demonstration of loyalty and dedication to her job. I see management in her future! Reward your good team members and they go above and beyond as they feel appreciated. Thank you Kendrick for making my experience a pleasant one in the midst of your struggle! In the drive thru lane you told me I Rule, but I disagree on this situation, I think You Rule!!! Thanks so much!!!

Excellent place with availability 24 hours open. Enjoy how fast the time to get a burger is. Stopped by inside with an excellent crew. Beth and raul, deliver the ultimate customer experience. They went the extra mile and asked if the order was correct and did not fail.

Ordered through the app to pick up dinner on my way home from work. A couple of kids meals and a Whopper Jr burger. The employee at the drive through window was really nice and pleasant. The food was fresh and ready when I got there. I haven't had Burger King in awhile, I'll be back.

I went through the drive-thru today (Thursday) and had the pleasure of meeting Brent. He was incredibly helpful, solved our issue quickly, and had a fantastic personality. His customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and welcoming. He even made our food fresh, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

I went to Burger King on Tuesday night 10/28/25 at the drive thru and Carlos was my server. He was very polite and attended to what I needed. I appreciate the customer service and how fast my order was given to me. Carlos keep up the great customer service!!

The wait time is terrible in drive thru. I’ve been sitting here for 20 min in line already. Car in front of me got their food and sent it back don’t know why it’s taking Burger King so long to fix. Or why didn’t they tell them to pull around in the parking lot. This is crazy.

Disgusting. Had bad prior experiences with wait and no line, but finding a hair in my food is just downright gross. Threw the whole order away. Horrible location

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, 2 guest in the building. The workers completely ignored my family. There were atleast 5 workers and two managers in the building. They all saw us waiting, we were not acknowledged at all. We ended up walking out.

very slow! employees are always rude! the manager kendrick ALWAYS has a attitude on the shift as if we are the ones who did his application for him to work there!! the ONLY PERSON who is ever nice and at least pretends to like their job is BRENT! even when my order is wrong he goes out of his way to correct any issues his crew may have made. DO BETTER BURGER KING! A new staff is definitely needed up there! that store has been a mess since the first day it opened

15 minutes for breakfast the breakfast mini came up, but they when I try to order it went to one side that’s closed and then to my side. I tried to talk to the customer on the servant at the window. They wouldn’t respond not one minute after we drove around back to the line again, they still didn’t respond. I don’t know what they only have one worker working at breakfast. Time is ridiculous. Do not come here in the morning you better come do regular hours when they have multiple people that can serve you bad.

Went through drive-through. Took a long time. Ordered the crispy Italian chicken sandwich. Only got the bun, chicken, and some sauce. Where's the mozzarella cheese? Update: 7/17/25 Stopped again cause it was on the way. Got charged for items and didn't deliver again. No onion rings. No cheese on whopper.
