This place has the best service + food. Everything here was bussin. Alamod is a staple restaurant in broward county and it’s a must try. The snapper & goat were my favorites. The servers always get a big tip from me
One standout dish that I highly recommend is the griot, a succulent and tender marinated pork dish that is perfectly seasoned and accompanied by a side of pikliz, a spicy Haitian coleslaw. The combination of flavors in this dish is simply outstanding and is a true representation of the culinary expertise of the chefs at Alamond restaurant
Just ate there today and the food was terrific… end up getting another to-go plate for my mom
One of the best Haitian restaurants in town, must stop, food is made fresh to order, I heard my Tasso turkey hit the oil a few moments after I ordered it, rice was on point customer service was outstanding, the young lady who took my order recommended their new watermelon juice, and yo when I say bussin, 10 star all around will be back!
The food and service was on point. We ordered fried turkey complet, griot complet with djon djon rice and boulette complet. They serve big so be ready. Everything was excellent. Definitely will order here again.
The passion fruit juice was VERY GOOD 😋 Love everything ❤️🇭🇹

Alamod Caribbean Restaurant is a hidden gem that truly deserves all five stars! The flavors are authentic, rich, and vibrant. The griot was perfectly seasoned, tender, and the pikliz added the perfect kick. The staff were warm and welcoming. The portions were very generous, and the prices were fair for the quality and experience . Alamod Caribbean Restaurant is a must-visit!

This is my favorite restaurant! The boulettes are out of this world! They really serve delicious food. Feel free to try this place you won’t regret it.
I heard about them on Instagram and let me just say the reviews were on point. The service and the food is amazing. The flavors, OMG!!!! I don’t know who aunty is in the back cooking, but let me tell you this food was made with love. I Will definitely be back.
I have no complaints about this place. The customer service was A+++++. The food was A++++++++. The food was fresh. The fried cabrit was tender and flavorful. The pates were fresh and they did not skimp on the meat in the middle. The rice and plantains were delicious, also. I recommend 100% for authentic Haitian food. The restaurant was very clean. Also got the passion fruit juice and it was soooo refreshing.
This food is delicious 😋 !! Lots of bold flavors and fresh. The place was clean and the service was good. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!
Incredible authentic food for a good price and a reasonable wait time. I would absolutely go again and again!
The fried griot at Alamod Caribbean Restaurant is simply amazing. The crispy exterior and tender meat make for a perfect combination. The flavors are on point. Highly recommend trying it!
We ordered the fritay boulet complet and the baked patties. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. We will come back!
15-20 min wait Large portion for $20 - Griot (Fried Pork) Dinner w/ rice & peas & fried plantain. - Very soft, lots of extra fat (not a fan but I know people who loves it!), very crispy.
Was looking for some cultured food in the area. Found this place and gave it a try. The food was DELICIOUS 11/10. Food is so flavored that even the onions tasted amazing . I got turkey and fried pork. The Brown sauce was so delicious that I asked for another one on my way out. Try their passion fruit drink! Was also very nice
I recently stopped by this restaurant and was blown away by the incredible flavors and generous portions. The tender, perfectly seasoned meat was served with a bright medley of peppers and onions that added a fresh, zesty crunch. The accompanying rice was light, fluffy, and full of savory goodness, while the fried plantain offered a delightful sweet contrast that rounded out the meal beautifully. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell that the kitchen puts real care and pride into every dish, making each bite feel like a comforting, home-cooked treat. If you’re looking for a place that serves delicious, hearty meals in a warm atmosphere, this restaurant should definitely be at the top of your list!
I had the pleasure of dining at Alamod Restarant and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was packed with authentic Haitian flavors and made with care. From the fried turkey to the rice and beans, every bite reminded me of home-cooked meals full of love. The customer service was just as amazing. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Haitian cuisine paired with excellent service, I highly recommend I’ll definitely be back soon!
Food was amazing, very generous portion, tasty flavour. 🇭🇹✨
Alamod Caribbean Restaurant truly delivers on flavor and hospitality! The griot was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and tender. The bannann peze were crispy and cooked just right, and the rice was super yummy. I loved how the pikliz added that perfect spicy and tangy kick to balance the meal. And let me tell you, the mac and cheese was to die for! Rich, cheesy, and full of flavor. On top of all that, the customer service was awesome, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again!

Run here! Dont walk!! They have the best Haitian in town! I’ve tried their boullette, grio fritay and legume. Everything gets a 10/10! They’re not afraid to fill up the plates. You will definitely get your money’s worth here!
I’m pregnant and was craving Caribbean food. Stopped at this place and the food was delicious! Definitely worth the wait, food was fresh. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back!
Holy cow!! Sacre Bleu! This is an outstanding Haitian restaurant. Truly the best out of the 4 I’ve tried here in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale. The food is fresh, delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the Griot, Diri rice, fried palintain, baked beef meat pies and fresh soursop juice. Everything was really incredible, down to the fried plaintain. I wil be back again and again. If you love Haitian Food this is certainly worth a visit. Also spectacular service! The lady who rang us up was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful spot.
Firstly let me say that I'm a VERY PICKY eater when it comes to FLAVOR. If food isn't flavor packed then I'm pissed! Omgggggggggggg this food was so tasty. I haven't had boulette (meatballs) that tasted this amazing in years. Her cooking is like when you go to your grandma's house. That old school flavor. I paid $70 for the following: Boulette dinner Griot dinner 6 baked patties 1 order of Accra 2 glasses of Kremas
Nice to try Haitian food for first time at Alamod ... Very helpful to suggest options.. Tried Akra fry and it was delicious. Family run , cooked and served with love which we may not see at many places. Wish the best for Alamod !
I don’t even know where to start . Me and my sister flew in from New York and decided to check this place out . Such a beautiful mother and daughter business. So sweet and the food was made to ORDER hunty ! Just look at the pics . Seasoned DOWN to the gawds. Will be back for sure
The best takeout Haitian restaurant have visited. Chicken dinner and chicken paté were on point. Juicy and flavorful. Great service completed my experience!

My husband and I eat at this Haitian restaurant whenever we’re in town visiting family, and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh, well-seasoned, and full of real Haitian flavor. From the fried turkey to the rice and beans and the sides, you can tell everything is cooked with care and love, not just thrown together. What really keeps us coming back is the way they treat us. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and respectful. They make sure we’re comfortable, check on us, and treat us like regulars every single time, even when it’s busy. The service matches the quality of the food, excellent. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and feels like a true Haitian home, with good vibes, good music, and good people. Whenever we’re in town, this is our go-to spot. If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food with great service, I highly recommend this place.

Thank you ! The food was amazing! Y’all have to try the passion fruit juice! A must at Alamod!
Very good Haitian food and pastries. Everything was really well seasoned and portioned and the flavors are unbelievable. I’ve eaten at a lot of Haitian restaurants and this one is up there on my list of go to places. Their pates are amazing.

The food is delicious, but I gave it a 4 because it was a bit spicy. Not everyone eats spicy food. It should be cooked regularly and hot pepper added by choice. I bought some food for my elderly family member and she was unable to eat it. I wasted my money.

I seen Supa Cindy advertise this spot so I decided to check it out I ordered my go to which is legume with white rice & sos pwa I also got their pate kode & Mac & cheese.. 1st off i have to say that everything was freshly made which was a huge plus but the Mac & cheese wasn't good no flavor I threw it out.. the pate kode was good but lacked meat it was huge & only had a lil bit of meat which was disappointing.. the white rice was good the sos pwa was really good ! & the legume oddly tasted sweet..? Which was weird legume isn't suppose to taste sweet @ least I never tasted sweet legume it was above average but I don't wanna say good..? All in all I wouldn't go back because I didn't fully enjoy their legume
Went to this restaurant last night for the first time decided to give it a try being that they're one of the few Haitian restaurants that I find that make rice with Jon Jon (black Haitian rice). order the stewed turkey food was okay... But they're one of these Haitian restaurants that use the cheap pieces of scrap Turkey that's cut up in chunks no whole pieces like a wing or a breast with bones they use that cheap turkey meat and for $18 I would expect more and they don't even include salad for the dinner platter...food has flavor but can't say you get your money's worth here
They make every driver wait for food like an idiot. Why can't they get their orders on time. So drivers never wait like most restaurants. If they can do it, they should learn from others!!!
I attempted to order food online but the online service was not working. I placed order over the phone and I realized the reason the online site wasn’t working was because the prices are wayyy higher at the restaurant. I ordered fried turkey and boulette the food was OK but restaurant is very overhyped. I also decided to try the passion fruit kremas they told me it was $10 a cup I said how big is the cup, she showed me the cup I said ok I’ll try it. The manager I believe she was brings me the cup half filled and I was so confused I thought the drink needed something else but nope that’s how it was they serve a $10 cup with ice half filled. I told the girl at the front and she said they serve their items by servings I suggested they get a smaller cup then. All in all I spent $45 for everything. I also tried to order patties but you cannot order one single patty only 6 or 12 & for 6 patties it’s roughly $13. Lastly l will not be returning.
I was flabbergasted by the attitude of the staff The cashier was extremely nonchalant and rude. I don't know how they can stay in business treating customers in such manner. The food was not even that good. I love supporting Black owned but when the customer service sucks it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
I went to this restaurant to purchase patties and was told that I can only buy 6 or 12 patties. They do not sell them singly I have went to other Haitian restaurants and it had terrible patties and I’m stuck with the patties. I asked if they do not taste well can I get a refund the answers? No that is scamming because you’re forcing me to buy 6 patties and they don’t taste good but they’re not properly cooked or seasoned well and then I’m stuck with them. Back to Best in Broward Haitian Bakery they let me buy 2 and was not disappointed it was a long drive they are still the best so far other than Family Bakery in Miami) I think that is poor Customer Service. I’m willing to buy them if they are good I am not gonna chance wasting my money or time on 6 patties.
