Carlos at Denny’s gave me the best service I’ve ever had! He was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out fast, he kept checking in on us with such a positive attitude, and he really made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. If you go to Denny’s, ask for Carlos — he’s amazing!

Anna & Mgr Corellia are amazing. Anna s greeting & attending to all guests with a smile (even to The Grinch ones ) Mgr Corelia resolved a issue that 95% of managers would of made a big deal of or made the customer feel less than. Went late at Night, even it was packed get a table quick. Had Hector H as the Server. That’s how a Server should be, great person TOP service. The hole shift was great. This is the place to go, if you like Dennys! I love it, always again at this location!

My group of four stopped by the Denny’s on Sunset Boulevard after a fantastic show at the Greek Theatre. Craving a hearty late-night meal, we were warmly welcomed by the staff despite the bustling atmosphere. Our waitress was swift, attentive, and made sure our drinks were refilled without us having to ask. I ordered the sirloin steak, cooked medium-rare, and it was a standout—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what I needed to cap off the night. My friends raved about their dishes too, and the classic diner vibe added to the fun, relaxed mood. The service was impressively quick for a busy night, and we left satisfied and already planning our next visit. This Denny’s delivered a great experience all around!

We came here with our seven kids and we were able to eat for under $70. The location kept fresh pizza coming, and the dining room was very clean. The kids loved the arcade area and I would have to say that it was much better than most cc arcades and I have been to. We enjoyed our visit and while we don’t live in Amarillo, if we did, we would visit again. Not a bad place if you’re passing through with a large group as a short week off the interstate and easy to get to.

The manager in Cici's Pizza Amarillo near Coulter is very friendly. I was using my VIP pass that he might never seen before because I got it from their corporate office. Places are packed. Lots of games. Pizzas, salad station are always refilled. I love the chicken waffle pizza and white chocolate pizza. You need to ask for plastic knife. Most people self cleaned their table after eating which is really good.

This is an update to my previous review. CiCi's has changed in that it is super clean the staff is friendly the management does a fantastic job keeping the buffet full and clean. Only $8.99 for all you can eat pizza and salad bar is a great deal. The gaming area has really evolved the kids will love it.

I always enjoy CiCi's Pizza and salad bar. Everything is always freshly made hot and ready to eat. Everyone at the store was friendly and ready to help. There was a really nice selection of pizzas and the salad bar was well stocked.

I ate it at Denny's last night, but there I ate breakfast. Here I decided to get some dinner, and I saw the salmon on the menu. So I got the salmon with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. I sprinkle some lemon on the salmon, and there was literally the best salmon I've ever eaten! Talk about surprise!

The service was good and the food was also nice. Nothing fancy, but we enjoyed it. There was however a very strong smell of urine upon entering. Possibly because of the bathrooms located at the front door. We asked to be seated at the back of the restaurant which was a lot nicer smelling.

The food was fresh, and we were greeted promptly. The wings were on the blah side for the price. Staff didn't look like they wanted to be there, which it was Easter day. They were still courteous when addressed. The place was clean! Overall, good job!

They rotate the pizza's from the oven to serving them so your pizza may not be available so you will probably need to wait. But it is a nicely run restaurant and a good atmosphere for families. It is a good price for the food that you get!

Great place to eat for kids and adults alike and the little arcade helps too. Also a GREAT location being right beside I-40. They’ve been under new management for a while now and the range of recipes seems to have greatly expanded. My family are loving the new stuff. We’re certainly hoping this change continues and helps keep this restaurant open for years to come.

Took several boys here and it was good food like the other CiCis in Dallas. The only thing my boys pointed out was it was a single stall place. I think restaurants should not have single stalls. The place wasn't crowded so that's ok and the restroom was clean.

The restuarant was very busy and there was only 2 people helping serving and carrying food out. It was messy and noisy. Despite this fact the pizza was absolutely delishious and there was plenty of fun stuff for kids to do. The bathrooms need serious attention and there is only one for each gender - no seperate bathroom/room for diaper changes.

While the pizza was overall pretty tasty, only cheap plasticware was available. I had THREE forks break while trying to eat my meal. Please bring back actual silverware! The cinnamon rolls were delicious but the brownies were very dry and stone cold. We asked it they could be heated and were told they don’t do that here. Also the lids kept popping off the drink cups. Disappointing experience.

The only CIci's where they didnt serve warm Browies. When asked they can warm them up they replied "they don't do that here." They also only had plastic utensils that broke twice.

Tried their outdoor dining. It was a little bit chilli that night. The food arrive cold so it was no need to rush and eat it before it would get cold. Service here was just horribly pathetic. The lady cleaning the tables provided more help than the waitresses. Trying to get a to go box and the check. Was just like trying to find help in one of those hardware stores. No one ever came. The cleaning lady tried get someone, my wife went up front and tried. Still no one, so I went up front to pay. Believe me and that took so doing to get the check. Forget about the cold food. The cleaning lady did wipe the tables and she also wipe the seats. As most places we saw do not hit the chairs. They did allow a couple of patrons to bring their dog inside.

I am reporting an incident that happened Sunday, November 2, 2025, around 4am. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The employees at this Denny’s, especially Anna and James, acted with a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that left me astounded. Anna, my server, was offended by my requests for small adjustments to my order due to allergies and sanitary preferences, such as lemon on the side for my hot water, light butter, and hot eggs. She claimed she had to "talk to her manger first" before providing me with fresh eggs, which I've never experienced. Anna put on a fake “customer service voice” for show, then repeatedly turned around and openly talked trash about me to her coworker James loud enough for me (and others) to hear. It was incredibly childish and unprofessional. She even had the nerve to apologize to me at one point, claiming, "we didn't want you to feel demeaned," only to IMMEDIATELY report back to James and continue talking shit about me. The cowardice and emotional manipulation displayed was profound. Things got worse when I tried to calmly address the way I was being treated. I asked James if he was the manager. He approached me already hostile, as if he had been gossiping with Anna before even speaking to me, and had already formed an opinion about me before I even voiced my concern. He was not the manager, dismissed everything I tried to say, constantly interrupted me, talked down to me, accused me of “just wanting to complain,” and actually threatened to call the police simply because I wanted to explain why their behavior was unacceptable. Two employees ganging up on a customer, mocking me, belittling me, and treating me like an inconvenience, is beyond unacceptable. Their behavior was cruel, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I was left sitting there feeling humiliated while they continued making comments about me within earshot. No customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic decency from both Anna and James was astonishing. I left feeling shaken and honestly disgusted by how I was treated. I had intended on waiting to speak with the manager, who wouldn't be in for another couple of hours, but ended up leaving because of how hostile, upsetting, and disrespectful the treatment was. I would never return to this location and would strongly warn others to avoid it.

I went to Cicis for lunch with a couple of friends. I haven't been there since the 5th during a school field trip. We weren’t very pleased. Wasted $14 for this place. I don't even like buffets.
