I walked in with multiple people waiting to be served and get their food. The workers there were doing the best they could I didn’t get anyone’s name except the cashier her name was Ashley. The biggest sweetheart. She was doing the work of 3 people all with an amazing attitude and a smile. She deserves a raise.

The buckets are the absolute highlight at this fast-food restaurant. The chicken pieces are absolutely tender, and the breading is delicious. The burgers here are also significantly better and tastier than those of the competition, where they all taste somewhat the same. The only thing that could be improved is the service. A little friendlier and more pleasant would go a long way. But the competition here isn't any better. Greetings from Switzerland

As I always experience with every Popeyes chicken location, missing a part of my order. Nice staff, good price but when I get home it's always missing something or not what I ordered, this order I'm out $5.99 plus tax because my sweet and spicy wings were not in my take out bag after waiting over 15 minutes for my order to be completed. I will however contact Popeyes headquarters on this one, I'm tired of taking a loss at various locations, I want my money back!!

Service was slow, and got all the way home and didn't get the shrimp I ordered. 7pm and only had two dipping sauces that obviously everyone else hates because that's all they had.

This Popeyes has the worst customer service ever!! I don’t think I’ve come here before and had good customer service. The guy taking our order complaining the whole time about “taking too much orders” and “why are people coming here” the wait for the food was even worse it took half an hour for two chicken sandwiches and mac n cheese. I waited at a table while my boyfriend stayed by the register for our food. Once the order was done the guy didn’t want to give him our food even though he had a receipt. The two stars was just for the food being okay.

Not very impressed. My order was not what I ordered and paid for. I got two 3pc regular strips when I ordered a 3pc regular and a 5pc spicy. I ordered 2 spicy chicken burgers and 1 regular and instead got 2 regular and 1 spicy. Why order what I want when I'm getting whatever y'all wanna throw in the bag. I'm very patient, I have zero issue waiting for my food. I just want what I ordered and paid for smh.

Went through drive thru and ordered a Shrimp tackle box. Based on what I saw on the menu board, it said it came with a drink but when I mentioned the drink to the person taking the order she seemed confused. The person asked me if I wanted the dinner instead so I asked her if it came with a drink and she said no. I replied to her saying that's not what I'm reading on the board and from that moment on I didn't like the service from this location. They should update the order board to reflect accordingly.

I have been to this Popeyes at least 5 times and each time the chicken is dry, never fresh. It’s as if the chicken is sitting in a warmer for hours. I haven’t gotten freshly made food there once. I hope a regional manager or someone from corporate reads this review and do some sort of inspection on the place.

I had placed a mobile order. When I got home, I saw a box of burned chicken. Initially I thought it was burned spices but it was BURNED chicken. I live 5 miles away and tried calling them 47 times only for no one to pick up the phone. I went back the next day as I couldn’t feed this to my children and I was told by the manager Shrek who called another manager and said they couldn’t replace it and told me contact someone with an email of “sailormen” WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! Garbage!

I love chicken but not this chicken. Made us go through the line 3 times, backing our car up to “restart” the timer. Proceeded to make us pull up and wait in the parking lot. Brought us sauce in a open cardboard basket WITH SAUCE DRIPPING. it’s an absolutely disgusting display of food. We didn’t receive our food til 30 minutes later. I discourage anyone from eating here, these employees are ignorant and a waste of a paycheck. The picture below is after we basically wiped all the sauce packets.

How far is is one of my favorite place to go and get fry chicken I love it but at this location 605 N Krome Ave Homestead Florida 33030 ! My wife and I walked into the restaurant he was not welcome like usually We are when we walk in to popeye's We was not even greeted The girl behind the register turned around looked at us and kept filling out the orders that was coming in from the drive-through That went on for about 4 minutes When she finally turn around and access what we wanted she act like we was a bother Never once there we felt welcome at this location Everybody in the restaurant look like they did not want to be there that day I guessed all the employees at that restaurant when they woke up that morning they all sucked on a Lemon because they're all look sour !

This place is horrible! The wait in the drive thru is always close to 20mins. They will almost everytime tell you to pull forward and park so their timer doesnt go off. The speaker is also broken so they are taking orders at the window which has extended wait time to nearly 1/2 hour. Management is horrible and service needs immediate improvement.

Unfortunately, we won't be back here again. Didn't even get a chance to order because as soon as we walked in one of the employees started complaining saying "these people ain't gonna stop coming in" and was bothered. Not to mention that none of the employees had their masks on properly with their noses hanging out. We are living in a time where people a struggling to have a job and so its sad when you can't make people feel welcome.
