No! no! no! That's all I ever hear. "We got no chicken you gotta wait 14 minutes, we got no butter, we got no black pepper, we got no Mac and cheese, We got no Dr Pepper" Long waits, broken drive thru speakers, unusable bathrooms "we lost the men's room key, use the woman's room" In over a decade of coming here, (cause they the only Church's in the area) it's ALWAYS been long wait times and missing items. But I will say this, once I do get the food that it was available, and wait the excessive time it takes to get my order, it's typically good. Today's order was hot, juicy and tasty! The EXPERIENCE is what makes me come less often. I have to be in the mood to wait long, and be flexible w my order, or willing to leave if they don't have what I want or have a long wait for cooking the chicken. TODAY, although there was NO butter for the corn, NO black pepper, NO Mac and cheese, NO ranch dressing and I waited over 5 min for the agent to refill my drink (because of the covid the drinks are behind the counter now) NO men's bathroom key, I had a tasty meal and I was entertained by watching all the other dine in and take out customers have to adjust they orders due to missing items. 😉 🙄 This place has so much potential and even before the virus and the fact that they're under staff there was always habitual problems. A new owner or manager Could make this place possibly top notch

This place has been standing for years solely based off location at this point. The people that live in this area really don't have many options. The service and food is straight trash.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a churches. They claimed that they didn't sell spicy tenders even though it's on the menu. The store was dirty. The kitchen was dirty. The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. The drive-thru guy argued with a customer on whether or not they got sauce and then attempted to go outside to yell at the customer about said sauce. The next person in the drive-thru got an argument with the same person because they couldn't keep track of which orders they had put out and we're giving the wrong orders to the wrong car. When someone brought a chicken sandwich in that wasn't theirs, the drive-thru worker turned around and gave it to another person. The chicken was cooked for too long or the oil is old. Cashier started arguing with the front line worker about who was going to take orders or make food. They have obviously never heard the phrase, "The customer is always right" because there, the customer is definitely wrong. The cashier was friendly but that's about it. We waited 30 minutes. Being inside was like a comedy show watching the things going on. They need to close the store and retrain everyone.

Church's Chicken should go out of business. Their food is so terrible. The taste burned like it was cooked in old grease. This place is a health hazard.

Ive been coming to this churchs for the past three years and NEVER HAVE I EVER RECEIVED SERVICE FROM A SHIFT LEAD/MANAGER Like this a DAY IN MY LIFE. when i arrived to retrieve my online PICKUP order the shift lead or manager unsure which role she play but she needs to be demoted and FIRED. Upon arrival to get my order it was told to me that my order was picked up and delivered to my home when i get home my order is not there i had to travel back to churchs on my ELECTRIC BIKE only for HER to tell me my order was given to a WHITE MAN. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE LASTLY SHE REFUSED TO COMPOSET ME IN ANY WAY DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!

The worst food I ever had. The wings were cold and I mean cold and dry. Seems as if the chicken was sitting out for 3 days. Never in my life again.

This place was a mess from start to finish. I was given the wrong order, and when I finally got home (after a 30-minute drive), the food looked nasty. The mac and cheese had black stuff in it, the biscuit looked like someone already took a bite, and the food just looked damaged or old. So I had to drive 30 minutes back. When I came back, they said they’d remake the order. I waited 20 more minutes, only for someone to say, “Oh, I didn’t know you were still waiting.” Turns out the order was never being remade at all. While all this was happening, the staff was arguing with each other nonstop, cursing at each other, and clearly didn’t care that customers were standing there listening. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The really short, troll height, cashier named Elijah, who was working Saturday, was vocally inappropriate toward customers multiple times, throwing packets etc, and the manager did absolutely nothing. No correction. No intervention. Just let it happen. When I asked for my receipt, they said it was thrown away. When I asked for any compensation for the bad food, wasted gas, and over an hour of my time, all I got was flippant “sorry for the inconvenience” and the hand from the light skin drive through girl with black lips. This place is poorly managed, disorganized, and honestly unsanitary. Between the food quality and the way the staff acts, I would not recommend this location at all. Go somewhere else.

Poor service, workers have an attitude if you dare have a complaint about your food YOU paid for?. serves old food that’s clearly been sitting there past its time. very unsanitary & unkept. Workers touching everything under the sun along with their phones & then proceed to continue to go back touching food without changing gloves. Too much talking & laughing over food they’re handling. Couldn’t even decide what they wanted to do with my food whether to put it back or throw it away when I brought it back inside ?? Worst church’s I ever been to, food doesn’t even have any flavor. A serious joke, not worth your time & a waste of money.

I am writing to share a very serious and disturbing experience my family and I had after eating at Church’s Chicken. After eating food from this location, my children and I became extremely ill. What started as stomach pain quickly turned into severe symptoms that required medical attention. I was hospitalized as a result. No family should ever have to go through this after eating at a restaurant they trusted. This was not a mild stomach issue it was severe enough to disrupt our lives, cause fear for my children’s health, and require professional medical care. The physical pain was overwhelming, and the emotional stress of watching my kids suffer was even worse. Food safety is not optional. When a restaurant serves food that makes entire families sick, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness, food handling, storage temperatures, and overall management. Based on our experience, something at this location went terribly wrong. I am sharing this review to warn others. Please think twice before eating here, especially if you are feeding children. No one should end up in the hospital because of a meal that was supposed to be quick and convenient. I hope Church’s Chicken takes this seriously, investigates this location thoroughly, and makes immediate changes to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This experience was frightening, painful, and completely unacceptable.

If I can give this 0 stars I would. Nothing I ordered had a lick of salt. The most bland food I’ve eaten in a long time. I tried saving it so that my money doesn’t go to waste by putting it in my air fryer to get more brown and adding salt and Dave’s Hot Honey but that didn’t do much. To make matters worse, when I bit into the chicken wing I instantly spit it out because there was so much fat under the skin. EeeeeeeeYUCK! Unfortunately, Church’s will never see me again. And the container for the Mac and cheese was so thin and the cover wasn’t fitting properly. When I went to close it it collapsed under my hand.

I ordered chicken and side dishes, but the food I received was unacceptable. The chicken and sides were stale, old, and inedible. Most concerning, the coleslaw I was served had an old date written underneath the container, showing it was weeks past freshness. It also smelled spoiled, which is a clear food safety hazard.

The place has bad service, it's ran down. Literally looks dirty. Lady at the register was cursing a lot. She was saying the biscuits were old,just heat them up. So they are serving leftover. And the workers are rude. Their uniforms were dirty. I definitely won't be going back.

UPDATE! I have been coming here 3 times the past couple of weeks and the chicken taste old leg and thigh isn’t tasty with that old taste to it . I love churches and it’s the only location in Broward . I ordered the food at 12pm 🕛 so why is the chicken old ? I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting a two piece special and they are serving the old chicken 🤷🏾‍♀️I’m not sure

Ordered chicken and biscuits through DoorDash and they gave me raw biscuits like you should have never confirmed the order if you didn’t care to cook them all the way . If it wasn’t for the chicken for real yall would be out of business .IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK , STAY HOME . We all gotta get up and work if you don’t like your job go chase a career.I don’t care how annoyed or aggravated I am imma make sure my customers get fresh n cooked food .We how y’all make y’all money, and that’s why y’all get cursed out like dogs cuz y’all playing with ppl food n money .Next time I will be in touch with corporate.

20 minutes. Thats how long it took to wait at the drive through after i placed my order. Many people were waiting and some even demanded a refund due to the wait time. They need a better business structure, its really bad.

As you can see in the picture of my receipt On Todays visit I ordered two 2 piece specials and a large okra. When the woman gave me my food I looked in the okra bag bc it seemed kinda light and seen she put a small okra in the large bag. When I questioned her about it she told me that no that was the right size for the large. I asked her if she was sure she say yes. Pissed off I left out because here it is I just paid almost 6 dollars for What appeared to be a small Okra. I got to the car, pulled out my chicken box to put hot sauce on it and start eating it and there was only two pieces of chicken in there instead of four. So here it is, I still had to go back in there Which pissed me off even more. The woman did give me my other two pieces, but while waiting, and I showed my okra to the customer who was standing next to me, and she too agreed that that was a small so I asked to speak to a manager who looked at it, and also it was a small…She did replace it with a large. It seems like every time I come to this location there is always an issue. The staff is rude most times And they constantly mess up orders. I hate that they close so many of the churches chicken In my area because it takes my options away. I used to literally drive to the one that was on 441 or the one all the way on US1 and Hollywood just to not have to come to this location but unfortunately, both of the other two locations and the next available one is in Miami. I went from eat churches chicken 2 to 3 times a week to eat it once every few months All because of the service at this location and no other options to go to.
