Really good food. Friendly staff. The lady helped me build my staff and also gave her recommendations which I appreciate. I appreciate they have different varieties and also let you taste the sauces prior to adding it in. Definitely recommend trying this place and if the perfect spot to get a quick bite !

We happened to stop by this restaurant this evening with my wife and kids, and it was a fantastic discovery. The atmosphere was so pleasant. Excellent place! Tasty Mediterranean food, fresh ingredients and fantastic service. I will definitely be back!

The Hummus Republic is a fantastic find!! They have a wide variety of healthy, build your own bowls and pitas!! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to be sure the choices are perfect for each diner.

I recently visited Hummus Republic for the first time, and I just had to share how wonderful my experience was! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the ingredients and their process. I learned that they make their hummus fresh daily, which was a nice touch. They even gave me samples of all four hummus varieties and let me try different flavors of their freshly made lemonade. I ended up ordering a bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We tried this place for the first time today for lunch and we will certainly be back. The food was so fresh and the service was really friendly! Love the new option for healthy and fresh and easy food in the area. We tried the lemon chicken bowl, a chicken shawarma pita, and the kids chicken tenders and fries and all were excellent. It's easy to customize your order with a huge selection of fresh toppings and sauces.

I walked in on a chance with my niece and was greeted with a warm smile and delicious smell of food. The lady I feel so bad I cant remember her name but she seemed like the manager, took the time to answer all my questions and set up a dish that was so delicious!! Totally my new favorite place!

The family that owns this restaurant is very professional and kind. It is very authentic and they give great portion sizes and are very caring. I was recommended here by a friend and would definitely return. I have been to other restaurants similar to it such as CAVA. No other restaurant like it that I've been to is as good as this one.

It was my first time hearing of Hummus Republic and stepping inside . I was blown away by how I was greeted and attended to right away. I love the atmosphere because it feels like home and like family and I was immediately comfortable when trying to order. I was met with patience and understanding and conversation. I definitely will be back!

The service was a notch over what you would get in other restaurants (ex: helpful menu recommendations, spotless cleanliness, variety of protein&hummus choices). Good food, albeit a little pricey. For two of us, each with our own dish and one side, it was $50, after tip. We really enjoyed our meals. The portions were super generous and all ingredients were fresh. Waitstaff Team was helpful and friendly. Good food, good service + leftovers made a whole additional meal for our family. 👍🏼

The immediate impression was that I was not important/welcomed. The worker who greeted me was cold and did not smile she asked "pick up" and I said no I needed to order and she said ok and walked away. I pulled out my phone and opened my messenger app to get my coupon. When another worker came out she told them that I needed to order. But by then I had already started placing an order on the website, when the other worker asked to help me. So I told her I was placing the order already. After that everything went smoothly, she, the first worker made my order and thanked me for coming.

To carry two boxes and fries. He didn’t distinguish or mark my pitas so I had to unwrap it to figure it out. It’s little things. I paid close to $20 for my bowl yesterday because I included tip. More disturbing is the pita rang $14 versus $12 displayed on the menu. You can do the math to add up. I don’t have a copy of my receipt that I opted to print out because he threw it away instead of giving it to me. Not sure I’ll be back because it wasn’t exceptional food to start with for the price point and the service based off today’s visit.

I don’t know how this place has 4.7 stars. Their falafel are awful and I’ve been all over the world and had falafels. So hard and also crumbly? Just dry and bad. They also got part of our order wrong through grub hub. Disappointing.

Your food was lukewarm, the sweet potatoes Fries were cold and the gyro meat was lukewarm.........I was respectful to your employee, because I only engaged with one and I generously tipped her for my food that was lukewarm and the gentleman's food that was in front of me because he didn't want to tip your employee. I apologize that you feel that way. I nor you won't lose any sleep by me no longer dining at your restaurant. lol . You replied saying my attitude was lukewarm?, and i need to take a look in the mirror? lol. Your Camera system supposedly caught my rude attitude, but it didn't catch the generous tip I gave your employee, nor the lukewarm food. Maybe, you should upgrade your camera system. .. someone is definitely in there feelings. I posted my review about my experience. And that's my experience, nothing added, nothing taking away. I'm over it , like you should be . Take care The food was lukewarm. I had to ask the server for fresh food . There are better mediterranean restaurants in the area that have a higher level of quality when it comes to food. For example FADIS.. I will never recommend this restaurant to no one.

I dislike how hard it was to find an actual list of all the ingredients on this. It arrived with an accurate menu and to my surprise more ingredients on it than listed online. Ketchup with falafel? Honestly disgusting! The purple onions looked more like slime worms than they did onions also. Honestly kind of pathetic to put tahini on the chicken sandwich but not the falafel burger ?? Not even tzatziki as an option either but ketchup?? Honestly had a very hard time getting beyond 4/5 bites of this. The sweet potato fries are great but the burger is a let down. No wonder nobody else ordered it! Crazy to me an actual Mediterranean restaurant is getting outranked by Barnaby's of all places in terms of falafel burger hahaha Might reorder something else in the future since they kindly included coupons. Who knows
