I always come by here with family whenever there's a special occasion! Consistent service with a consistent menu, only complaint was that the heater was on and making me queasy, but that's a me issue and not the service. (Every heater unit makes me queasy)

I visited ihop this Saturday morning with my family and we passed for breakfast with my grandparents that have been visiting for a month . Our party was of 7plus and we recieved good service and the food was brought out as we had asked . Even our parents whom in their home country don’t really cater to American diner , really liked the food . Our server Evelyn was attentive with our table and brought our order as asked . She asked for refills and picked up our plates, the atmosphere and service was welcoming to my family . We recommend any one to this Ihop we have visited in the past and we plan on coming back . The crepes breakfast was a filling plate and recommend.

My experience today was exceptional! My food was delicious it came out fast and hot. My service was the best I’ve had in a long time. Karla was my waitress, she was very kind and knew what we needed before we asked. I would definitely be coming back soon! Need more servers as attentive as her.

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Elizabeth! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive without being overwhelming, made sure our drinks stayed full, and checked in at just the right times. Elizabeth was super knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that ended up being delicious. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time. Our food came out correctly and quickly, which we really appreciated. I stopped by this IHOP around 2 a.m., which has become my little ritual after a long day of running errands and chores. Usually, it’s just a quiet, simple meal to end the night, but this visit turned out to be something special. I had the pleasure of being served by Tammy, and let me tell you, she completely changed the vibe of my night. At 2 a.m., most people are running on fumes, but Tammy? She was full of energy, smiling, cracking jokes, and making the whole place feel warm and inviting. Her energy was so contagious that I didn’t even need my usual coffee to wake me up, she was the coffee! She checked in often without hovering, made sure our food came out just right, and was genuinely friendly in a way that didn’t feel forced. It’s rare to get that kind of service in the middle of the night, and it made the food taste even better. I left feeling happier than when I walked in, which is exactly what great service should do. From now on, Sunday late nights are going to be my “Tammy IHOP nights” because I know I’ll leave with a full stomach and a big smile.

The atmosphere was somewhat depressing. The lighting was horrible, the seats looked dingy, and the place overall inside looked like a relic from the past. My buddy and I had lunch. He got the chicken and waffles and I got the appetizer sampler. The cooks on both of our chicken tenders were overcooked; one of my onion rings had some white powder inside, like it wasn't fried or battered fully; my friend asked for BBQ sauce for his chicken and they gave him marinara sauce! The food was hot, so I will give credit for that. The mozzarella sticks were good. Service-wise, it just seemed like our server was going through the motions, and not being attentive. Other restaurants (including other IHOPs) would have servers who would offer suggestions and be more lively. It was my first meal of the day, but I do not think I got the best bang for my buck. I didn't feel satiated. The portions for the sampler back then used to be much larger than what I received. But that may be indicative of the times more than anything. Next time, I think I'll try a different IHOP or Denny's.

I ordered delivery. The food was so disappointing. No seasoning, bland potatoes and eggs. Chicken fried steak was the frozen, minced meat grocery store type. Mine had 3 bone fragments that could have cracked a tooth if bit down hard on. The pancakes, however, were delicious. I basically paid $24 for two pancakes. The rest was crap.

Horrible service. I stood in line amd waited 10 minutes all for the server to take someone who was already served. I left without eating. Because clearly they didn't want service

This is the worst ihop to visit. I came here with my family and we stood by the door for over 30 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. The waiters couldn’t care less. Nobody made an eye contact. Instead they asked me after 30minutes of standing if I was waiting for someone. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

My wife has lost her longtime love of IHOP because of the service that she received at this restaurant. With the waiter by the name of Nakeri, that was moving to fast, not listening, as well as bringing our order to us incomplete. He attempted to over charge for the order after I pointed out and showed him exactly what we wanted in the menu. After see the discrepancy in the receipt and telling the waiter about the issue with the mistake in pricing, he said the manager said that the price was final and because we already ate the meal the price could not be changed. Needless to say we had to talk to the manager to fix his mistake. And instead of admitting to the mistake and using proper customer service to better satisfy the customer, the waiter has an aggressive attitude for the rest of our visit.
