You one could here my order in the drive thur. Finally got order complete after going back and forth several times. And got home with my food and got the smallest piece of tenders with a half full of red beans and rice. Chicken was so dry almost like jerky.

Came here to get the 5 piece two can dine and was told there’s a shortage on wings and I can’t get 5 wings I was like ok can I get 2 breast and 2 wings and leg she said yes then fixed my food. I get home notice instead of getting 2 wings I get 1 and a half. Called spoked to a manager the manager decided to tell me rudely didn’t I see when the associate fixed my food I said yes but I didn’t see her put a half of wing in my box with her back turn. Very bad customer service. Mark you need to read this review

Order placed at 8:30 p.m. for pickup. Arrived to pick up the order about 10 minutes later. The restaurant is locked. The staff is not allowing anybody in. There are orders piling up on the counter. Obviously I park and get out of my car to pick up the order in the dining room (as directed when I placed my order), and probably half a dozen more cars pull into the drove-thru in the meantime. Have to wait over 45 minutes in line in the drive-thru to pickup the order. Order cold by the time I pick it up. Oh, and let's not forget that I was shorted two pieces of chicken on a 10-piece, and the regular size red beans and rice that I ordered extra was literally only five bites of red beans and rice. Five bites of beans and rice for $3.49?! Just generally, what is wrong with y'all?

bloody , raw chicken from #popeyes at 1355 w sunrise blvd, ft lauderdale, fl 33311 . i am glad i didn’t take one bite of this ☝🏽 i ordered a thigh & something told me this looked bigger than usual , which prompted me to break it open . Popeyes , this is unacceptable

This has to be the worst Popeyes in the country. Rude girls in drive through, throwing attitude. 3 times in a row our mobile pickup order was wrong. Last night after already experiencing 2 previous mistakes, I asked the girl at the window to please verify the order is correct as the last 2 times we were missing items. She gave me an annoyed look, then said bluntly, "it matches the receipt". We got home and again we were missing 4 pieces of chicken and ranch sauce. This location needs a new manager to come in and eliminate these rude and useless employees which should never be in hospitality.

I placed an order online went to pick up after sitting in line for 10 minutes then parked for another 10 to 15 minutes only to get hone and still be missing some of what I ordered

The manager he was wearing grey. Asked if I can donate to some charity. I stated next time. I pulled forward to the window, another lady was getting my card and he peeped his head out and asked “how do i know you’re going to donate next time?” The audacity why do you need to be in my business. I the stated “I come here all the time and I don’t need to tell you when and where should I donate.” He was rude and gave me the stankiest face.

We ordered a head on the internet. I waited 30 minutes before I even went to go pick it up. I waited a good 45 minutes once I got there to get it. Seriously. I realize you might be busy but you ain't that damn busy.

The food was old and cold and they made me wait for cold old food. The shrimp is mostly batter pieces with few shrimp. The shrimp is too small. The food was cold and nasty. The red beans and rice for $4 was not filled it was halfway filled which was about 4 bites on a tiny spoon. The portions are too small. I spent $30 and the fries were disgusting I didn't even finish my food. The chicken was dry everything was dry and tiny portions. Rip off.
