Señor Burritos #2

This little spot is definitely a hidden gem. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super sweet. I had the burrito with barbacoa and my husband had beef fajita tacos and barbacoa tacos. Both were delicious. And it was also happy hour, so we paired it with a margarita. 😉 Definitely hit the spot of a home cooked meal. Thank you!

The staff have smiles on their faces and pretty much everything on the menu there is tasty. I suggest getting an order of the nachos. You get a huge portion and you can add a ton of toppings. Also, they have happy hour from 4pm to 7pm weekdays and serve micheladas.

I have been passing by this place for a year and finally checked it out and I am very glad I did. I ordered a Barbacoa burrito with everything on it. It barely fit in my hand and it weighed 2lbs. It may have been the most amazing thing I've eaten all quarantine. Go get one!

Do yourself a favor and come visit this place. For you long time Houstonians , think on the original Mission burritos on Alabama . Prices are very reasonable (7.50 for a loaded burrito with chips! ) and menu options are GOOD . First place I found to offer barbacoa burritos

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was authentic, flavorful, and came out fresh and hot. What really stood out to me though was the service. Oscar was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He explained the menu, offered great recommendations, and always checked in at just the right time. It really made the whole meal enjoyable and welcoming.

The food here is absolutely amazing, authentic, fresh, and full of flavor! You can tell the care that goes into the cooking. I also want to give a special shout-out to Oscar, the cook. Not only is his food outstanding, but his hospitality and customer service made the experience even better. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great Mexican food and a warm, inviting atmosphere!

The food is alright just the pricing especially the meat for the tacos way too expensive. I rather look somewhere else to eat which it's much cheaper and better food.

A little gem in the middle of nowhere. The owner is always friendly and trying to make sure you enjoy your food. The taste of the food is really good and options are plenty. The setup is a little Chipotle style but flavor is more unique. Salsas are really good by the way. I've eaten here a hundred times and have enjoyed it every time. Breakfast is really good, too. Prices are good but any extras can easily add to a higher bill. Definitely vegetarian friendly.

Objectively this place might should get a three, but I'm reviewing it and I come here once a week. It's 5 stars as often as it's 2, but I still come here once or twice a week. If you work near here try it, it's good. If you're passing it on the highway don't stop for it. That being said, the staff is the nicest around and I've seen them bend over backwards many times.

This is a good little place for fast Mexican food! The ingredients are fresh and Senor Burritos passes my personal "litmus test" for great Mexican places -- great hot sauce! I always say, when you go to a Mexican restaurant and the hot sauce sucks, leave -- because the food won't be any better! Senor Burrito's has a decent menu and the service was always good anytime I went there. And it always seemed clean to me on my visits there. I see some negative reviews here, but those must be either disgruntled customers, former employees or business competition. Chipotle and Bullritos don't even come close.

I think I've reviewed it before. I used to love this place, however, recently went back. I got a burrito bowl that was put into a takeaway box in one of the compartments. The whole thing was $10 with a lot of skimping on meat. So pretty much a bunch of rice, beans and iceberg lettuce. You don't get chips with your meal anymore either. It wasn't bad but I was still hungry after it. Get more bang for your buck at a Chipotle. Taste does not justify the price, good but not out of this world amazing and definitely a drop from what it used to be. I know, I know... inflation. We all feel it.

DONT GO HERE! The food gave me and my friend food poisoning! The food is not freshly made. BEWARE !

Went in to try the food but no one was at the counter. Waited a while because I heard the staff in the back but no one came to take out order. There was a guy sitting in the chair watching tv alone but he was sort of dressed like he could have been the manager. Either way place was opened and not busy at all. Walked out and went to neighborhood kitchen instead 👌

Was my fastest and worst experience ever. I got in asking for a margarita because there was happy hour from 4 to 7 pm. The person working was like disappointed about my presence and the margarita was made with two shots of triple sec and lemon juice without tequila, absolutely undrinkable, everything happened in 5 minutes, no words

I had super unpleasant experience with this place. I was in the restaurant on 11/14/25 and was impressed by the freshness and taste of their food and the friendly staff. I went there again on 11/15/25. Customers waited for 5 minutes until the waitress came out from the back to attend us. I ordered the same dish as last time with the same condiments as well. She told me the sour cream required additional charge. I pointed to the menu (written on the wall inside the restaurant) that sour cream is included. Another customer also pointed to the waitress. She heard it but appeared to be impatient. When I checked out, I questioned the charge as she still charged $2 dollars for the sour cream and was trying to hide it. Not happy with my findings, she said I also asked for additional spoon of black beans which required another $2. Some arguing and I gave up just paid with credit card and left. I did not tip because I was not happy. $2 is not what I cared. I cared about being treated with dishonesty and disrespect. However, I just let it go and forgot about it until today when I went through my credit card records and found out I was charged additional $7 (on top of the $2) while the receipt I kept clearly said the amount. I became outrageous with the blunt dishonesty. I also felt sad that their reputation and delicious food could be ruined by a single person's arrogance and dishonesty. So sad.

I walked into this place because I just recently changed a job and this is one of the restaurants that is close by from where I work I gotta start by saying that the people who take care of the business is the best really friendly but the place it looks just all and a little bit dirty. This is now for it at least not for the price that I paid for. I feel that I can get better food for this price.

I've never seen anything like this... seen the first one crawl across the table, smashed it to confirm, as another one crossed the table, stood up in shock and seen multiple in the cracks between the table and around the plates! Took a picture. Already had bad service from the lady serving and called her attention politely to tell her about what we seen. She demanded to see my pictures. I refused to show her my phone and told her to check them out herself after killing a few on her table. Didn't think her attitude could get worse, but I let her know we would pay for the opened drinks but not for the food because of disgusted we were. My family and I walked to our car, before driving off she flagged us at the door and argued that there was no roaches to be seen AFTER cleaning the table. I walked back in and told her to check the napkins and she showed me that she only had spiders under the table legs... even more disgusted, I asked her to get her shop inspected because it's unsafe, unsanitary and walked out. Couldn't believe she had the audacity to act like its new. After looking at reviews this issue has been ongoing since years before. Pictures is one I smashed and other coming from the crack of tables. Would of took more but want to get out there!!

Walked in at 7:30pm on a saturday night. The hours on Google and the door say 9pm. We walked in picked out our drinks and started to look at the menu. When my family decided what they wanted we went to the very rude lady at counter and said we are closed!! Attached is a picture of the open sign.
