Food was great, wing size are jumbo size. Explains why the meal cost $20. We had the mango habanero, my opinion it was not spicy at all. Other than that, good was good. Ice tea need to be served with more ice, it's called ice tea for a reason.

This place was recommended by one of our Houston friends that live close by. It did not disappoint. Anytime I see chicken and waffles on the menu, I'm all in. What made this experience awesomely different it that they didn't just give you the standard breaded & fried chicken strips with your waffle. 👀 Instead, you get wings and are able to CHOOSE any of their wing flavors! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Amazing!

Spicy garlic parm are really good from here! Went on lunch time food was great but appetizer was late so cancelled and received my beer toward the end of my meal. But wings were good

We went on Tuesday for the Buy 1 get 1 special on the wings. We ordered 20 wings for the price of 10! Spicy ranch with lemon pepper seasoning on our wings, absolutely delicious. I ordered a Long Island iced tea, it was good. My man ordered a Strawberry Lemonade. We also ordered the fried Mac and cheese, didn’t really care for the fried batter (sweet like its pancake mix). Definitely better at the competitor.

I had an outstanding experience at Big City Wings! The inventive and delicious food left me thoroughly impressed. Jennifer, my server, provided exceptional service, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for both the fantastic menu and the outstanding staff! Tykes Need Bikes is a local Children’s Charity that also likes to support local businesses by leaving reviews. Supporting each other is fine!

I came to Big City Wings in Fall Creek area because a friend was craving for wings and fries. There was a wait for food in the afternoon. Not sure if that was the shift changing time. But food was fresh.

so hear me out I use to to go this place all the time and it was amazing, but now 2025. It’s just not worth your money. Firstly it’s expensive for wings that aren’t even that good but still decent. What made me want to leave immediately was the smell, there was some type of stench that was just horrible and made my experience not fun at all. Anyways overall I would only go here for the deals they have on Sunday, but would recommend Buffalo Wild Wings.

$23 for this little bit of food is crazy. The fries were not fresh at all. The wings were actually good, but the proportion and the fries is definitely not worth the money spent.

My first time here.. Service was good but food not so great. I was looking forward to trying the wings and fries but unfortunately, it was too salty.. making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The fries were not cooked all the way. At this price level, I expected a better balance of flavor. Going back to Wingstop!

Y’all really need to close this place down for a day or two and give it a deep cleaning. It smells terrible on this restaurant. A combination of mildew and dirty mop water. And why is the floor always sticky! I know the managers employees smell that stinch!! I also know that you are precooking your wings. They are not cooked to order. Why do I order wings and within 5 min my order is out and get this they are COLD!!!! And normally when you get an order of wings and the bones crumble this a sign of OLD wings. Someone needs to call the health department for a serious inspection of this place. You are in a perfect location off the beltway and should be packed always but you never are . I wonder why. Improve or we need a better sports bar in our neighborhood. Waitresses are attentive and that the only reason I have a 3 star on service

I would advise management to take much more time in the training of your staff as the service I experienced today in trying to pick up a simple to go order was absolutely inept and totally lacking of any training. Called in an order. Had to repeat the order 5 times over the phone. Arrived to pick it up and no one was at the pick up counter as they were all watching TV and I was completely ignored for at least 10 minutes. There were maybe 5 patrons in the entire restaurant but as many as a dozen waitstaff and mgmt loitering around. After finally getting the attention of someone, they checked on my food and of course, it was not ready! When they did bring it, one order of wings was missing and was never included in the order to begin with, even after I had reviewed it with the person who answered the phone 5 times! I was also put on hold for 5 minutes ( probably while they finished watching the TV show they were watching!!). It took another 15 minutes for them to get my 5 plain drums to me! This is a wing place right? 15 minutes to get 5 wings. I then left, but when I got home there were know condiments included in my order, that is, no ranch, no sour crème, no blue cheese. So, I drove back to BCW and low and behold, there my condiments sat behind the counter completely ignored! I then asked for a mgr who arrived and just stood wide-eyed looking at me and said nothing, no apology, no we’ll give you a refund for the wings that were missed! Nothing said! Nada!! Not one word from this person!! I live in Fall Creek. If I owned this restaurant I would be making changes or at least find intelligent folks who care and train them! I assume it is difficult to find employees to fill the bill. Never ever have I left a review like this in my life, but the ridiculousness of this event prompted me to let all know about what occurred. BTW: By the time I got home (the 2nd time) the food was cold!

Updated: This place was once our favorite spot to enjoy but has now gone downhill for us. The service sucks and is not that attentive. When something was explained wrong to us, the cashier made it known to all staff and talking to them and staring at us, making us feel uncomfortable. The food for boneless wings sometimes comes weird to where it's very chewy, like paste. The fried mozzarella and fried mac and cheese are different now, and the wings sizes seem smaller now than before. Better service in Kingwood.

Absolute disappointed with this place today. It’s a great promotion today and the environment is great! Unfortunately the service is a disaster and very unacceptable! We sat 20 minutes before I asked to speak to manager. Waitress attending us apparently lost our order after 5 minutes and after giving her our order again she came back another 5 minutes later to advise us that her manager had taken her off our table and she didn’t know who our server was? I asked her to get me the manage on duty to escalate this unfortunate situation. Another 5-10 minutes passed and no manager came to visit our table. Frustrated I had to get up from my seat and look for the manager. Again, manager went to go look for waitress to see what had happened. That manager then came to our table to get our order (3rd time) and apologized for experience. Another 5-10 minutes passed and our drinks were dropped off by manager. Minutes later another manager stopped by our table to get our appetizer order apparently to pay for our appetizers. I politely and upset advised him that I didn’t want free food and that it had been close to 40 minutes since we placed our initial order and not even appetizers had reached our table yet. I also advised him that we (my wife and I) were super hungry too , to which he just looked at me while he walked away. It’s now been 46 minutes and out appetizers just got delivered by first manager. Simply disgusting service. We are frequent patrons of this restaurant due to its food, environment and great service. Today is as busier as I ever since, and unfortunately our experience was ruined after 5 minutes of being here. Looking for accountability and giving feedback to try to avoid this from happening to other existing and new patrons. Will update after our visit.
