Been coming here for years now. Old favorite of mine and my family's. Love their Chips and Salsa/Queso (No one makes chips like they do!!) Love their Burgers and especially their southwest egg rolls!! 🔥🔥🔥 I always seem to eventually come back here and don't plan on ever stopping. I've never had a issue with their service or their food. 💯💯💯 ::UPDATE:: Hopefully if you sit in the bar area, you don't get Layla. A tatted up white girl that doesn't check on you, doesn't ask for any refills or not, doesn't come by for anything. She just stands right by the bar corner and plays on her phone. I gave her no tip. Because I had to get my own ketchup bottle and get my own napkins. She never came around, it's a good thing you can check out yourself.

Super impressed with this Chili's location! This was the fastest service I've ever experienced which was great as we had a short lunch break. Our waiter was fast and knowledgeable of the menu and we never had to ask for refills. The food was good and they have a very cheap lunch menu that includes an appetizer and a drink. We will definitely be back when in the Humle area!

If you want quick service go during lunch right when they open! (Which is 11am) we were seated right away drinks were out with a snap of the finger and then we ordered the sampler (double mozzarella sticks) with 2 of them having the Nashville hot sauce on them. We then ordered the 3 for Me special which is 1 drink, 1 app (app beings side salad, soup, chips & salsa) you can upgrade the app if you want. Then an entree. All and all it was pretty good and quick for a lunch spot since you only get so much time during your lunch.

We were told there was an hour wait. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and over 5 tables were vacant for about 10 minutes of that time. Husband asked what the wait is about. Next thing we know they sat everyone who had been waiting in less than 5-minutes. Sticky floors, restrooms are dirty, the glasses smelled and tasted like cleaning solutions.

Over the place was good. The ran out of mayonnaise which is pretty rare. Ordered the QP burger but there was nothing special about it. The chips and salsa was really good. There was no salt and pepper shakers on the tables.

Disappointed again. I wanted a ribeye, they were out, settled for a sirloin with loaded potatoes. The potatoes were cold. They bought me a warm side. I lost my appetite by then, as I'm eating the steak, I noticed the A1 was expired. I bought it to the managers attention, she compared the other bottles and said it may have been a typo because they were all from the same batch. I told her I have a Food Manager Certification and no, someone isn't doing their job checking the condiments. This is the second bad experience with this location. I didn't pay for the meal and didn't take it with me. It was a birthday dinner and dessert at that. I did get the dessert which was the Reese's pie. I would suggest that.

Food was decent, service was pretty great! Our server and others were helpful and on top of drink refills and extra condiments. A solid 4 stars!! Went in the late afternoon on a Tuesday. Kind of an odd time, but service was still good and attentive!

All in all it was pretty good. The food was a little bit soggy. I got the bbq quesadillas which were good just a little soggy from the grease maybe. The service was good just a little busy. Tables seem so close together thats why atmosphere got a 4 star.

I went in Saturday 28 Sept. I sat at the bar because the place was busy. It took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged even though I was sitting right in front of the two staff at the bar. I guess they can’t GREET while pouring a drink from the faucet? Lol. Wow. That being said - they were friendly …when I DID have their attention. Once I got the drink, it took ANOTHER 20 minutes (just over) to actually get someone to take my order. THEN….it took 30 minutes to arrive. As you can see, the noodles didn’t have much tomato on them, but the taste overall was pretty good. I am not putting down the staff, because I could see them all running around working very hard, but I think that management needs to hire on one or two other people to help on the weekends. I think that the place likely has people getting a bad taste for chilis because they have to wait a long time for their food. (I wasn’t the only one). The issue may have been that approx 30 people walked in (literally 30 people walked in just before I walked in) but the staff to customer ratio was just too overwhelming. The staff handled things as well as could be expected. (Especially those kitchen workers!!!! ) The atmosphere was LOUD and busy and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Also, the bartenders can make some VERY good drinks!!

The service during our visit was fairly good—our server was attentive, polite, and did their best. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by one major issue: we were given plastic utensils because the restaurant said they did not have silverware available. For a sit-down restaurant like Chili’s, serving full meals (burgers, salads, hot food), plastic cutlery is not acceptable. This isn’t fast food or take-out. Eating a burger and salad with flimsy plastic forks significantly lowers the dining experience and feels unprofessional for a restaurant at this price point. Food presentation and service standards matter. If there’s a shortage of silverware, that’s an internal operational issue that shouldn’t be passed on to the customer. Pros: • Friendly, attentive server • Food was decent Cons: • No real silverware provided • Plastic utensils are unacceptable for dine-in service I hope management addresses this, because while the staff was good, this detail makes a big difference and affects whether I’d return.

The service was good but not great. However the prices are so high that it is not a good deal at all. What got served when we ordered a chicken fingers dinner for my son was embarrassing, and the rest of the meal was barely warm. Nit at all worth the money paid.

I will never go to chilis again because of this location . I placed an order on DoorDash . My food was still hot and after a long day from hell I wanted some comfort food . I ordered the triple dipper for one only to realize I was dinning for 2 . You might ask did my dasher eat my food ? Oh no but there was definitely a GERMAN ROACH in the second bite of my slider . They are aware of the issue now and are still open and serving people . Not only that I asked for accountability and they offered me $20 . When I said accountability I meant for the restaurant I don’t mean monetarily. I want them to solve the issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else .

Went to this place while out shopping with my son. First thing i noticed is that most of the staff was very young. They took a long time to send a waiter to our table after being seated. They brought my dish first and I didn't realize through our conversation that I was done with my dinner and they still haven't brought out my son's dinner. I asked for waitress and she was surprised that my son's plate never arrived. She returned back to kitchen and 5 minutes later, she returned with my son's dinner plate. POOR MANAGEMENT.

When in place was pretty dead ordered, some early dinner took very long time for the dinner to even get there. And then when it got there, the chicken was really chewy. When we told the manager that the chicken was chewy, he said he had made it his self that he knew it was cooked. Well. So it could be chewy, so we had it in the pieces of chicken. And he came back with less chicken than what we gave him, and it wasn't even the right kind, no apologies, no nothing. I didn't even eat my meal.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely slow — our server barely checked in, and we had to wait forever just to get drinks and basic refills. When the food finally came, it wasn’t worth the price at all. Portions were small for what they charge, and honestly, the quality was closer to fast food than a sit-down restaurant. For the money, there are plenty of better places to eat nearby. Definitely won’t be coming back.
